Where will I be?
32 Werri Blue is located across the road from Geringong's Werri Beach. Only a two minute drive or 15 minute walk to Gerringong's main street with shops, cafes and restaurants. This Werri Beach waterfront home is very special as it has views right through to the ocean from the living room.
Why choose 32 Werri Blue?
32 Werri Blue has a stylish living and dining area with large table to seat six, a chaise lounge and gas fireplace, perfect for evening entertainment. The house also has a back garden area with BBQ, undercover alfresco dining area and table tennis. There is an external laundry with washer, dryer, shower and toilet - ideal for using when you come in from the beach.
In summer, you will love being directly opposite the beach and in winter you can take long walks on the beach in the winter sunshine, then snuggle up in front of the cosy fireplace.
How is the property laid out?
32 Werri Blue is a single level cottage with a garden area. The cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, single bed and a trundle, and the third bedroom can be used as a bedroom or media room with two futon sofa beds. There is a main bathroom with a deep bathtub which is an open plan wet room, an ensuite and an external laundry with shower and toilet.
The main living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area are located in an open plan area with a gas fireplace. There is also a second living area or media room which can be used as a third bedroom. There is a front deck with a day bed and outdoor dining table and also a back garden with under cover BBQ area, outdoor furniture and table tennis.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property has Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B. This property does not a smart TV.
What about outdoors?
A fully fenced tropical back garden with undercover area, BBQ and table tennis make 32 Werri Blue perfect for entertaining.There is also a grassed area out the front of the property. Enjoy the day bed on the front deck while watching the kids play or have breakfast using the second outdoor setting. Access to the beach and cycle/walking path is directly across the road!
Staying warm or keeping cool!
32 Werri Blue has a gas fireplace and ceiling fans in the main living room. The windows can be opened up in summer to let sea breezes through the property.
Linen - What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the gravel driveway to the left of the house. The garage is for owners' use and is not available to guests. Please do not park on the grass at the front of the property.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

We loved our stay. The house was perfectly located, beautifully clean and well appointed.
32 Werri Beach is a renovated cottage across the road and a sandhill to Werri Beach. Also an easy walk to Gerringong's cafes and shops. Communication and access were excellent and the facilities are very good. We appreciated the cleanliness and preparation for our visit. Recommend for up to 6 people for a beachside hol.

There was nowhere to hang clothes if staying in in the back bedroom and it was difficult not to wet the bathroom floor as there was no screen. Other than that, it was fab.

Angela - 3rd October 2017I'm reluctant to give a good review so we can keep this little gem all to ourselves! Werri Blue is a beautiful little house located right on the beachfront. We wanted a holiday where we didn't need to lug the kids and beach paraphernalia in the car and we got just that. The house was very well appointed so we mostly cooked each day. If you're after a quick bite out, the fish and chip shop is two doors down. You know you're staying somewhere nice when you look at all of the little design features and wonder whether you can replicate them in your own home. We're feeling very refreshed after our stay and hope to be back to Werri Blue one day

Loved the day bed on front porch for a little relaxing and reading space. Just across the road from the beach and short 3 minute drive to shops. Plenty to read, movies to watch etc if it is a rainy weekend. Great spot to watch the storm from also. Loved this place - looking forward to another trip to Werri Beach

Jodie - 28th June 2016We loved this little cottage (we were thinking of calling in squatters rights) it had everything we needed (oh except microwave dishes/bowls) . Comfy and beautifully appointed. Things to note: The fire is GAS!! (We had fun looking for the wood pile) Watch your head on the low (hanging lights in the main bedroom) And careful of all the water on the floor in the main bathroom after you've had a shower. Having said that, I'd still stay there again. Great location, charming and cosy.

JAPandPJT - 16th January 2016This is a lovely cottage, beautifully decorated and maintained and well-equipped in a great spot opposite beach and next to fish n chip shop. If you have kids who like a more manageable surf, Gerroa is better. Gerringong dumps right on the shore. But Gerringong has magnificent green headlands and walks. The house is a cottage, and it would've been fine for a few days but with six of us, including teenage boys, we would have loved to have extra room. Teens slept and monopolised tv room (the third bedroom). Nice porch though at front, and great ping pong table and garden area at back for balmy nights.

The house has been lovingly and tastefully refurbished with impeccable style and attention to detail. Loved the furnishing, especially the lights and bathrooms. We take an annual trip away to somewhere beautiful for 2 nights and we all agreed this has been our best house thus far.

All the extra kitchen supplies like oils, tea, cling wrap were very much appreciated. We couldn't figure out how to work the DVD player and after sending a text message in the early evening we were very grateful to get a call back with the assistance we needed. The service from South Coast holidays was fabulous.
