Annabel’s Place is a casual, comfortable and very affordable beach house – perfect for families. It is a five minute walk to beautiful Orion Beach, and because of its elevated position, has views to the bay from the upstairs deck. Where will I be?
Annabel’s Place is located in a quiet pocket of Vincentia, with National Parks land at therear. It is in an elevated position, with lovely views of Jervis Bay from the large upstairs deck. The closest beach is about a five minute walk away – along Caroline Street.The Vincentia shops and all other amenities are also very close by car.
Why choose Annabel’s Place?
Annabel’s Place has a quiet setting and is very well laid out for families with children or a large gathering. There is plenty of space to run around and lovely views if you just want to sit and relax on the main deck.
How is the property laid out?
Annabel’s Place is a generous, two storey house, configured as follows:
The downstairs level has a living area with slow combustion wood fire place, a king bedroom, good sized shared bathroom that has been newly renovated, and two additional bedrooms (one with a tri-bunk bed, and the second with a tri-bunk bed and single bed). There is also an outside rear sitting area under cover, an external laundry with second shower and toilet, and a good sized back yard.
The upstairs level has a combined living, dining, kitchen area and a large outside, covered deck. Both the kitchen and deck have lovely views of Jervis Bay. There is also a large queen bedroom on this level, with its own toilet.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Annabel’s Place has good lawn areas, an outdoor seating area downstairs, a large covered area for the kids behind the garage, and the large upstairs deck. Overall, there are plenty of options for relaxing outside, or for dispersing the kids!There is an outdoor shower offering hot and cold water located on the side of the house for washing off the beach sand.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?!
Annabel’s Place has some air conditioning and celing fans, as well as a lovely, slow burning wood combustion fire place for winter.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Annabel’s Place does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by tenant or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Three cars can fit easily on the driveway, and there is plenty of on street parking if necessary.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Annabel’s Place is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Great place, close to the beach, good sized yard. Neighbours across the road are hilariously sensitive about noise though. House itself is awesome.

This a lovely quiet property in a nice street. Very well equipped , only thing we were disappointed in was there was no access to the garage for the tabletennis, one of main reasons we booked this property.

Any thanks to the Holidays Collection! We were a bunch of friends and had such a great time in this beautiful, spacious and relaxing house! The garden and 2 terrasses incl. a BBQ make your stay very comfy and nice. Lots of beds as is the description. Perfect location at 5mins from both the beach and the Woolys. Only 15-20mins drive from ALL the most beautiful beaches such as, Hyams, Murrays and Caves Beach. Perfect weekend away from the crowd! Thanks for hosting.
