Stay in your own Berry hideaway, which is just a short walk from town, yet set in a private garden oasis with mountain views. Through the gate and down the ivy and wisteria passageway, you will find a beautiful Italianate cottage.
Where will I be?
Antonia’s Cottage is located a 15 minute walk from the main street of Berry, close to theshops, cafes and restaurants. The famous Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa is an 11 minute drive away.

Why choose Antonia’s Cottage?
Antonia’s Cottage is an ideal location for a Berry stay if you are attending a wedding- it’s close to all the popular Berry wedding venues. Close to town, perfect for a girls weekend away or three couples. Antonia’s Cottage also provides a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.
How is the property laid out?
Antonia’s Cottage has three queen size bedrooms,The Marilyn Room: with queen bed, bedside tables and lights, built in wardrobes, the Jungle Room: with queen bed, bedside tables and lights, built in wardrobes and the Blossom Room: with queen bed, bedside tables and lights, built in wardrobes. There is one bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet.
The air conditioned living room has large comfortable sofas with a flat screen TV, and doors that open to an alfresco terrace area. The dining area and kitchen are combined and there is also a laundry with washer, dryer and second toilet.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. In addition, the smart tv has Netflix available.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan for accessing WiFi.
What about outdoors?
The alfresco terrace area is fully fenced and paved with dining table, chairs, fountain and gas BBQ. Antonia’s Cottage also has a small grass area and undercover patio with bench at the front of the property.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Antonia’s Cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living room and electric blankets on the beds for the cooler months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, electric blankets,doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway to the left of the house. The garage is locked and not available for guests use.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7 customer service – emergency call only after hours, please.

Although it only had 1 bathroom, it was a nice surprise to find it had 2 toilets. Would recommend this property to family & friends travelling to the south coast.

Ample garden setting with nice eating area out back especially in warmer months. The out door area does need a pressure clean though. This would enhance the overall ambience of the cottage. Overall, we did enjoy the stay very much.
