Directly opposite Surf Beach, you are within walking distance of everything: Kiama town centre, the beach and the great cafes further along Manning Street. A private outdoor courtyard, a lovely entertaining deck and secure parking are an added bonus!

Aria on Manning is an easy, immaculate, well located apartment – perfect for a visit to Kiama. It has a lovely entertainment deck with views towards the ocean, secure parking, and stylish interiors. The 2 bedroom + study configuration also gives plenty of space for 4 guests. Kiama is a vibrant town with lots on, and by staying here, you will be right on the doorstep of all that you will want to see and do. You will however also be able to hear the ocean at night and relax in a stylish and comfortable home.
How is the property laid out?
Aria on Manning is accessed from either the parking area of the building or a separate entrance off Manning Street. The apartment is set over three levels (including the parking level), as shown on the floor plan. The street level is parking. The first level has the living area, kitchen, laundry, shower / toilet bathroomand entertaining decks. The second level has the two bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a bath tub, both with shower and toilet.
Bedding configuration - please note that Bedroom 2 can be made up as a King or left in the default configuration of two singles. Please let us know a preference at the time of making your booking.
WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it?
Aria on Manning provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Aria on Manning has its own, small enclosed garden area that is fully fenced and secure. In addtion, there is a good sized entertaining deck + a balcony off the master bedroom upstairs + a rear balcony for hanging washing or catching a spot of sun. If that is not enough, the park across the road is big and leads directly to Surf Beach – apatrolled beach. There is a gas BBQ on the deck.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?!
Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area downstairs offers year round comfort in this apartment – for either heating or cooling. There is also air conditioning upstairs, andboth bedrooms have ceiling fans and blinds. The apartment can also be opened up to catch any available sea breeze!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels however.
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Aria on Manning has parking for two cars stacked one behind each other. The parking is only suitable for small to medium sized cars, as seen in the photo. Entry to the garage will be tight for larger vehicles. For larger vehicles, there is free parking on Manning Street.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

A comfortable, stylish and tasteful space in a great location - walk to the beach, Kiama coastal walk, blowhole and cafes. The place was clean, cosy and included bathroom amenities. The games, outdoor balcony and 3 bathrooms were a treat. There is 2 sets of stairs (3 levels; garage, living & bedrooms) so may not be suitable for young children.
