Blue House Kiama is a beautifully styled, beautifully presented home with plenty of space (and bathrooms) for 8 guests! It is set in a quiet and leafy cul de sac street, with an easy few minutes short cut walk to Kendalls Beach. The house has a large master suite upstairs with full width private deck and ocean views, a pool, a lovely garden with trampoline and cubby house, and roomy living areas - one adjacent to the pool, and a separate rumpus room for the kids and the tv. The home has many thoughtful features and details including stained glassed windows, a gourmet kitchen with separate scullery, a study nook, original artwork or wallpapering throughout, and a Tesla 22kW wall charger. Booking for peak season (mid Dec 2021 to end Jan 2022)
Changeover day for the coming peak season is Wednesday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.
Where will I be?
Blue House Kiama is located in the Kendalls Beach precinct - arguably the prettiest of all the Kiama beaches! William Street is a quiet cul de sac, and stairs at the end of the road lead to an easy short cut to the sand and surf. Shops, a great cafe, and a boutique bottle store are all withing walking distance of the house. It's a 10 minute direct walk to the main beach (Surf Beach) and the start of town, or else a 15 minute walk along the scenic ocean pathway. Otherwise, the town centre is a short four minute drive away.

How is the property laid out?
Blue House Kiama is set over two levels - the main living and bedroom level downstairs, and the master suite upstairs.
The main living level has 3 bedrooms (king with en-suite, queen, and 2 singles), 2 shared bathrooms, a study nook, a rumpus / tv room, the large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, as well as the decks, pool and garden.
The upstairs level is a large master suite with king bed, full width balcony, ocean views, en-suite and doors that open up full to the ocean breeze.
The lower level off the street is a driveway level, with parking for 2 vehicles. The garage is not for guest use.
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a smart tv in the living room so you can stream your favourite shows.
Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Blue House Kiama has a huge choice of outoor options - a front garden, rear garden, front door patio, upstairs full width balcony, rear and side decks adjoining the pool, cubby house and trampoline! These are all clearly seen in the photos and make the property a true home away from home - perfect for families, kids, or a group of respectful friends.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Blue House Kiama has ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling throughout - another luxurious feature. The master bedroom also has an electric fireplace! In summer, the house can also be opened up fully to catch the sea breeze.
The swimming pool is solar heated.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at Blue House Kiama. Please bring your own beach towels however.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway level. The garage is not for guest use. There is some off street, free parking on William Street as well. Tesla 22kW wall charger available.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Blue House is not a pet friendly property. A caretaker lives next door and will monitor if any pets are brought to the property. Hopefully you can find a pet minder so that you can come to enjoy this beautiful home!
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
