Clouddance is a beautiful, architect designed, mountaintop retreat set on 106 acres of gardens, lawns, bush and rainforest. The showpiece of this property is the stunning views over the entire Shoalhaven coast. The interior of the home is spacious, with high ceilings, open plan living areas and plenty of windows for you to enjoy the view. The oversized lounge in front of the fireplace is the perfect spot to relax with a good book, or simply to enjoy the scenery.

Please note that Clouddance is strictly NOT a party house and a maximum of 8 adults are allowed at the property. The 4 single bunks are also only suitable for children. A cash bond of $3,000 is required and will be forfeited if there are any noise disturbance, damage or other problematic issues. Clouddance welcomes family gatherings and respectful groups of friends, and an onsite caretaker will be on hand to help with any issues during you stay.
Where will I be?
Situated on Tourist Road, Clouddance is a 12 minute drive from Berry, 15 minutes to Kangaroo Valley, and 20 minutes to Seven Mile Beach.

How is the property laid out?
Clouddance is spread across three split levels. You enter into the entry foyer which continues on to the stairs, connecting to the other 2 levels of the house. On the top level you will also find the children’s bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and one of the queen rooms. Moving down to the middle level you will find 2 more queens rooms and their shared bathroom. Also on this level is the master bedroom with king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The lower level is where you find the kitchen, dining table and living area. This opens out onto the spacious verandah with gas BBQ, firepit and outdoor setting.
The kitchen is equipped with a ground coffee machine and milk frother. Please BYO ground coffee.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The extensive 106 acres of Clouddance are a myriad of gardens, rainforest and lawns to explore. A stroll around the property will reveal many quiet places to sit and take in the beautiful surroundings.
The one side verandah has a weight set that can be used by guests, however totally at their own risk.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There are electric wall heaters in each bedroom as well as a wood burning combustion heater in the master bedroom. There is a fireplace and ceiling fans in the living room.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is extensive off street parking on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Clouddance is not pet friendly.
Wildlife
Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, spiders and snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe and do work with a network of wildlife removal experts, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. If you do, we will use our best endeavours to have the animal removed or to make the property safe, however no compensation whatsoever will be paid for any disturbance caused by wildlife. You must book the property knowing that this risk exists, even though very uncommon.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
