The beach is only 50 metres away and accessible through a bush track. Sleep to the sound of lapping waves and wake to the beautiful calls of the many surrounding native birds.
Please note:
The entrance is by a side gate at the back and to the right of the block.
Where will I be?

Fantastic property
Rachel Tucker - 28th December 2020Fabulous location, very homely cosy feel. Great appliances and plenty of crockery etc. Shame there isn't air con. (Minor details; could be more specific about what is or isn't supplied ie; tea towels, bath mats, washing machine powder etc)
You may never want to leave
marlene6448 - 19th May 2017We have stayed in the Jervis Bay area for many years, we love Hyams Beach & opted for this property for a week. Wow, this unit is amazing, so much space - there were just 3 of us & the unit sleeps 7. The location is excellent, so much wild life in the garden, and you wake up to the sound of the waves. The unit is well stocked with everything you need for your visit. Our only problem, our ute was too big for the garage, but at this time of year, alternate parking available.
Private, quiet, perfect location
Deej - 18th January 2017We've stayed and several places in the area and 5/102 Cyrus st is hands down my favourite (our 2nd time here). It is also great for the kids. The beach is close, a minute down the bush path (no need to battle with parking on those hot busy days), the property is clean, well equipped with the essentials and elevated a little from the other villas giving more privacy. For the days you want to stay in there is an awesome selection of DVDs, books and games for all ages. We were also lucky enough to see the "resident" Diamond Python in the front garden. I cannot fault this place at all and will definitely be back.
Fabulous property
