Nestled on the corner of the beach and the banks of Crooked River, overlooking the water and towering Norfolk Pines, this luxurious Gerroa home sleeps six guests in total style and comfort. The house is meters to both Seven Mile Beach with its famous surf break and also to the very family friendly Little Beach. Across the road you’ll find the acclaimed Blue Swimmer Cafe; perfect for a morning coffee,lunchor a romantic evening meal.
Where will I be?
Fairytale is perfectly located in Gerroa – protected from the wind and set in a quiet and peaceful pocket, overlooking Crooked Riverand on the corner of the ocean/beach access areas. The Blue Swimmer Cafe is just over the road.
The village of Gerroa is at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach and the towns of Gerringong, Kiama and Berry are just a short drive.

Why choose Fairytale?
Architecturally designed, with high ceilings, designer furniture,the highestquality finishes and floor to ceiling windows throughout, Fairytale is sure to impress. It has a minimalist style, plenty of natural light and a perfect location.
Is there any special information that I should know about?
Fairytale is a brand new designer house divided into two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Every design consideration has been given ensuring your privacy, with your own private entrance and sole use of the backyard.
How is the property laid out?
Fairytale is a 3 bedroom downstairs apartment.
Enter into the spacious open plan living/dining area, flooded with natural light, with high ceilings and smart TV. The kitchen is galley style with an oven, small cook top, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave and sink.
Bedroom one has a king bed and large ensuite with a bath and shower. Bedroom two has a king bed, bedroom three has two king singles. Each of these bedrooms have their own floor to ceiling wardrobes in the hall and both share a large bathroom with walk in shower.
There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The TV in the shared living/dining area is a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Stan.
Please note however that neither South Coast Holidays nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If access to WiFi is important or critical during your stay, please have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Make the most of being outdoors in the large undercover dining area. There is an outdoor dining setting, gas BBQ, and a grassed backyard. When you get back from the beach, there is also an extremely luxurious hot and cold outdoor shower.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout for year round comfort – heating or cooling. In addition, there are ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. Alternatively, you can leave all the large glass sliding doors open to enjoy the breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, duvets, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Whilst there is no allocated parking for Fairytale, there is street parking along Riverleigh Avenue and additional parking at Emerys Reserve – very close by.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

The location of the house was perfect. We really enjoy our stay because it was a short walk to the local cafe and beach.

My worst experience of renting a house in Gerroa. You are not renting a house, but an airbnb-style optimised basement with an extremely small kitchen and limited equipment.

What a great escape! Lacking nothing at all, this luxurious property inside and out was Modern, clean and new. It was all we could possibly ask for. Close to the beach and river, with great restaurants, shopping and even a golf close by, it caters for all the family. A perfect holiday getaway.

As soon as you walk in you instantly feel like you are on holiday. Amazing facilities and designed with all the modern comforts with no expenses spared. The location is so close to everything, enjoying the beach plus the river access so close but with a lovely sense of privacy. Loved strolling down to the cafe every morning or evening, no need to drive/park to enjoy all of Gerroa. Will definitely be coming back.
