Tucked away in a quiet part of Gerringong, this comfortable holiday home looks out to Boat Harbour and the Pacific Ocean. Head up the moderately sloped driveway into the double garage, then in through the downstairs front door.

Why choose Harbour Deck?
Harbour Deck is the perfect family holiday house to relax in! It is in a great location, within easy walking distance to shops and cafes. You can walk down to the ocean rock pool and the beach is only a short drive away.
How is the property laid out?
Harbour Deck is a comfortable two storey home with views to the ocean. Upstairs has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and the living, dining and kitchen area.
Bedroom One has two single beds and views to the ocean; Bedroom Two has a double bed with views to the back garden, Bedroom Three has a queen bed and glass doors that lead onto the front deck.There is also one bathroom with bath, shower, vanity area and separate toilet.
The living room has sofas, a large flat screen TV with DVD and USB so guests can bring movies, music system with iPod Dock, and dining table to seat eight and combustion wood fire place. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and coffee machine.
Downstairs is the entry foyer that leads to a living room with TV/DVD, comfortable sofas and a collection of DVDs, books, and games.There is also a bathroom/laundry with washing machine, dryer, shower and toilet.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner canguarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable ifproblematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
A spacious deck at the front of the property with views across grazing pastures to Boat Harbour and the Pacific Ocean. There is an outdoor setting with table and eight chairs. The back of the property has a large north facing deck with table and chairs for six people and direct access into the fenced back garden.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is a combustion wood fireplace in the upstairs living room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as the upstairs living areas for the warmer months
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway, The garage is locked and not available for guest use.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Harbour Deck is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights

Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Great house for a family Holiday break

The views are spectacular from the deck and the house is very conveniently located - quick walk to shops, beach and rock swimming pool. The house itself is simple, but well appointed and very clean. The yard is very pleasant. The kitchen is well set out and equipped (there are just so many ways to make coffee!). We would definitely stay here again..
Good family home in a great location
Linda King - 31st May 2021We loved our stay at Harbour Deck. While the weather was foul, the view was spectacular, and we could see the sea sitting inside on the couch. The house is a very convenient walk to town, after the first steep bit up the hill. It was also very well kitted out with excellent supplies in the kitchen. I would stay here again. My only criticism (and this is small) is that fabric softener has been overused on the towels and they were not so absorbent.

Jane Lowe - 9th January 2021We booked a week in this property after a prior, weekend stay. The views - ocean to the left and rolling hills / horses - to the right, never get old. Facilities in the house are great, though I’ll comment again that the lounges need a good clean. My son and I thoroughly cleaned the table tennis table, which was covered with mould (in the damp garage) when we got to it.

Ruby - 3rd August 2016Very relaxing, fantastic location. Southcoast holidays were great to deal with. The house was very comfortable and had all of the necessary equipment. Potbelly fireplace, heaters, comfortable lounges all made it a good getaway location. House could do with a good clean though, skirting boards very dusty and cupboards in kitchen need a good scrub. However, oven spotless as was fridge. Bathroom and kitchen could do with an upgrade - quite tired but that did not detract from the weekend.
