Due to the bedding configuration, Kendalls Beach Escape is most suitable for a maximum of 6 adults.There may also be guests staying in the cottage next door throughout your stay. Both homes are fully self contained and have separate entrances. Please respect other guests and neighbours by keeping noise in the evening to an acceptable level. Where will I be?
Kendalls Beach Escapeis located across the road from a public reserve. Nearby you will find the shallow waters of Kendalls Beach, BBQ facilities, picnic tables and walking tracks. Kiama town centre is a short drive away with shops, cafes and great restaurants.

How is the property laid out?
Kendalls Beach Escapeis a two storey home that sleeps 6 adults and 4 children comfortably.
Main house, downstairs – enter the property via the front door into the downstairs of the housewhere you will find a living area and work station with desk and floor lamp. Continue into the hallway which leads you into the main Kingbedroom with built in wardrobe, dresser and alrec electric heater.There is also a laundry with shower and vanity and door which leads out to the backyard where you will find the clothes line on the rear of the house. There is also a separate toilet.
Main house, upstairs -there is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, along with the main bathroom and the other three bedrooms; bedroom two withqueen bed, bedroom threewith two king single beds, and the fourth bedroom with a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single above) + atrundle bed.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There is a full length upstairs balcony at the front of the house which can be accessed from bedroom two and bedroom three.The backyard isfenced with an outdoor dining setting, umbrella and a spa to make the most of the outdoors!
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. All the windows have been fitted with flyscreens so you can let the breeze in without the bugs.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets & doonas, linen and bath towels are provided in this home. However please bring your own favourite beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking for up to 2 smallcars on the left hand side of the driveway, There is also street parking nearby.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Beautiful house in an ideal location. We had 8 adults and 4 children all under 7. The house was beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house felt safe with the little ones. The spa was an extra special treat. The beach was a minute away with a playground just before it. Couldn't have asked for a better stay for our much needed break. Highly recommend this place for lovely holiday.
The house is great! It has everything you need and it is walking distance to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the spaces are good. 100% recommended.
