Mystic Sands Gerroa

Booked this house for my 60th birthday and stayed with a group of friends. Very large house with great views of the beach. Easy check in/out. Well appointed large kitchen with lots of staples - oil, sauces, Salt/pepper, etc - nothing worse than booking an expensive place and they don't provide this stuff. Multiple large living areas and huge pool room. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot

Perfect little spot for a get together. Property was great, location was nice!

Beach views for miles

Mystic Sands is a lovely, large, comfortable house near Seven Mile Beach. The access is at the top of a very steep cul de sac and down a narrow right of way, however the views are amazing. Otherwise this is a great house for a weekend or a week away. Very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of comfortable furniture and lots of rooms. Would love to go back.

Another enjoyable stay

This was my fifth stay at Mystics Sands all being girls trips away. As usual everyone enjoyed their time. We will continue staying here in the future. Thank you.

A wonderful place to stay

This was our second time staying at Mystic Sands and again we had a wonderful time. The many bedrooms and living areas makes it great for our family holiday with 3 generations all staying together. The billiards room and table tennis tables ensured no one was ever bored and knowing that there were boogie boards etc. already made packing the car easier 😊 Afternoon drinks up on the deck topped off a wonderful weekend. We look forward to staying again.

Great as usual

Our group of 6 ladies enjoyed another girls weekend away at Mystic Sands. Property spotless and well equipped. Plenty of space and 3 bathrooms make it the perfect getaway. We will be back.

Great spot. Really comfy beds and loved the quality of the sheets and towels. Lots of room and was nice to have staples in the cupboard on arrival. Access can be tricky

Great weekend away

Well equipped, comfortable, everything is thought of. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Blankets, DVDs, games, books. Clean and comfortable beds and bathrooms. Fantastic views. Great for larger groups or couple of families.

Another enjoyable weekend

My third stay at Mystics Sands with a group of 6 girls. As usual property very clean, well equipped. and spacious. We have 2 more weekends booked amongst us in the next 2 months which is indicative of how much we enjoy our stays here.

Nice place, pool table great, view from deck very good. Lots of space to relax.

Craig’s place is an excellent place to holiday. We had 3 families holidaying together and it worked really well. There are a number of different spaces to relax and read or watch television which helps when you have different age groups sharing the house. The kitchen had all that we needed to prepare and serve meals. We also appreciated the use of the billiard table, table tennis and boogie boards. We would certainly consider holidaying there again.

Our second fabulous stay at Mystic Sands, in Gerroa. We love the proximity to the beach ... just a 5 minute walk. The pool table and table tennis are great options in wet weather and at night. Mystic Sands caters well for 6 adults with a well appointed kitchen (although the cooktop is temperamental) and dining facilities for 6 adults. Mystic Sands is clean with and has everything you could need for longer stays. Craig has been a helpful host, providing some thoughtful touches during both a weekend, and, a week long stay. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Mystic Sands. The house was huge and only a short walk to the beach. The large kitchen was very well equipped making it easy to cook meals. The best part of the house (besides the awesome view) was the pool table!

Dream Holiday House

Mystic Sands was such a dream holiday house! I was impressed with the photos online, but the actual place is even better. Plenty of space, ideal location so close to the beach, unbelievable views of the ocean, great huge kitchen, several living spaces which makes group or large family holidays great. The pool table was fantastic. Well decked out, from basics that you don't have to bring yourselves to great selection of board games. The main bedrooms were lovely and spacious.

Hi Dan, you booked a house that does not have air conditioning and is not pet friendly, yet you then asked to bring a dog and have complained that there is no air conditioning. That puts us and the owners in a difficult position, and is unfair criticism of the house. In future you should consider booking a house that does have what you need or expect. Nothing was hidden in the description and photos of the property. The verandah has been checked and is legal, but as a precaution, the owners have decided to install more railing. The owners have also bought more fans for future guests. Mystic Sands is a very fairly priced property and all guests normally love it! We are glad that you enjoyed the pool table. Too Hot

Hi, A great location and view. Plenty of space and which was good. However the fact that a place which commands the price it does is without air-conditioning is unforgivable. The heat within the property on Saturday was totally unbearable and upstairs was even worse. I am aware it was one of the hottest days of the year but even caravans have air-conditioning. Also the front verandah is very dangerous without any railing. How that is legal is beyond me.It was so dangerous and needs urgent att.

We had a fabulous weekend at Mystic Sands. The house is situated on a hill with brilliant views over the sea. It is exceedingly well equipped and we wanted for nothing ...except maybe for chalk for the pool cues! The beds were comfortable with all linen supplied. We are so impressed we wil be back for a week next time. Many thanks.

This home was better than the pictures - the location with views onto Seven Mile Beach were spectacular!! The home was perfect for our extended family weekend away - plenty of space for all family members to spend time together and also find a private nook for some quiet relaxing time. The pool table and ping pong table kept the kids entertained for hours!! We will back.

We booked this great home for an extended family w/e away. The pictures didn’t do the place justice - the space, view and options for each family member to find their own nook to relax was perfect. The pool table and ping pong kept the kids entertained for hours. As we cooked for a group of 8 the kitchen was also well stocked with all cooking utensils and crockery to serve! We will be back!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend with our family. Parents Adult children and grandchildren . The house is spacious has amazing views close to cafe club beach and children's park.The kitchen is so well stocked and conducive to family gatherings .We used the table tennis table and the pool table.

Surprisingly great

Ill be honest i was nervous when i booked this place from looking at the photos but its really surprising and i believe you will be pleased! plenty of space for two families and sweeping views of the beach. Will definately come back!

Amazing view

We had a lovely time with our family here. The adults enjoyed the views and the kids loved the pool table. We like that the house has multiple living areas and you can enjoy the views from most rooms. We also like that the amazing coffee shop with the most delicious breakfast (can't remember the name) is just a few minutes walk away and the beach/park is also close by. Overall we loved this place and would definitely come back. The only negative feedback I have is that it's quite cold in Winter around the kitchen area due to the extended dining room not properly insulated. Other than that it's a lovely place.

Nice location but no A/C

Great for 4 couples, but unfortunately web site said ceiling fans in all bedrooms, but not down stair bedroom, gets very little breeze and in early January very hard to sleep at night, portable fans very noisy to sleep with, so wont be returning at this time of year without a/c which isnt included in price, but house is well setup, clean with great location

Mystic Sands was a great home away from home for our girls weekend. Just a short walk to the beach and the view is beautiful. The home was large and would suit four couples very comfortably. A great place to relax and unwind.

A fantastic family holiday home

A fantastic family holiday home with epic views - even in the rain our two family groups enjoyed this house immensely :) the location was devine and the pool table and multiple living spaces were perfect for fun in the wet weather as we're the kids games. The beds were amazing and the linen fantastic- couldn't ask for more - thanks again for a great holiday! :)

Lovely spacious house

Lovely spacious house and close to the beautiful seven mile beach. We had a lovely stay as two families. Also walking distance to Fishermans club which is a good place for dinner with a stunning view of the coastline

Thank you so much for a wonderful family long weekend away! The house is superb - Our favorite features were the view, the large bedrooms with comfy king beds, the pool room ( a lot of pool was played) the cleanliness of the house + little finishing touches (pods for the coffee machine etc) We have had such a fantastic time and hope to be back again soon, would definitely recommend Mystic Sands to family and friends!

Great house for a couple of families with something for everyone. The Billiard Room is great. Fantastic location, within walking distance of club, beach and cafe. Arrived late and the lights were on giving us a warm welcome. Great work South Coast Holidays.

Fantastic spot at Gerroa

Fantastic spot at Gerroa. Well laid out house with very comfortable amenities. Very close to the Blue Swimmer Restaurant and the Fisherman's club. We were a group of friends and it was great for us, but would also suit a large family or families, but it does have stairs for those with toddlers.

Beautiful property!

Mystic Sands is a beautiful property with a great view of the beach. It is well equipped and we had a perfect stay. All beds were super comfy and the children loved the snooker room. Communication regarding key pick up etc was spot on. We'll be back and would recommend to others.
