Nestled within the Breconside Estate, Pine Forest 3 is an edgy, contemporary and well designed option for a couple. The property is cosy and compact and should be booked as such...for a tiny house experience in a beautiful rural setting! Pine Forest 1 has a double bed, kitchen bench, bathroom, a deck, fire pit and one allocated car space.

Where will I be?
Pine Forest @ Breconside is located on the Range Road, Glenquarry, just 10 minutes from Bowral. The region has many small towns to explore - Bowral, Berrima, Robertson, Burrawang, Moss Vale - all within a 15 minute drive of the property.

Pine Forest offers a unique experience of feeling as though you are part of nature, whilst being accommodated in an architecturally designed lodge. Modern and comfortable, Pine Forest is a place where you will feel away from the rigour and routine of modern living.
How is the property laid out?
Enter the tiny cabin through the glass bi-fold doors that are accessed via the deck. Once inside, you will be in the living space with bench and bar stools and kitchenette. Continue through to the bedroom where the floor to ceiling glass window connects you with the pine trees - beyond which you can take in the captivating view. The bathroom, with shower and toilet, is tucked away between the living space and the bedroom.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides does not have Wi-Fi, however mobile reception (4G) is available. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the reception will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Pine Forest 3 has a deck with table and chairs where you can enjoy the country view. Looking towards the west, Pine Forest 3 has a small sitting deck which will provide the perfect perspective to see the glorious sunsets through the tall pines. Pine Forest 3 also has a firepit and log seats for private use.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Pine Forest 3 provides a Dyson Pure Hot+Cool purifying fan heater and a ceiling fan for the warmer weather.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets, pillows, blankets, duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property. However please bring your favourite beach towel!
Please note:
Water supply - the house has rainwater supply only for drinking and showering / taps.
Septic - the house has a septic sewer system, so please only flush toilet paper - no other items. Thank you!
Wildlife
Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, spiders and snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe and do work with a network of wildlife removal experts, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. If you do, we will use our best endeavours to have the animal removed or to make the property safe, however no compensation whatsoever will be paid for any disturbance caused by wildlife. You must book the property knowing that this risk exists, even though very uncommon.

Car parking is provided beside Pine Forest 1.
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?
Sorry - this property is not pet friendly!
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral.
