Sea Jervis Bay is a stylishly decorated and very well equipped townhouse for 6 guests - located within easy walking distance of the Huskisson town centre and its beautiful beaches. The property has lovely, private deck areas, as well as upstairs balconies for each of the queen bedrooms. The third bedroom has two generous king singles, making Sea Jervis Bay suitable for a family or 6 adults.
Where will I be?
Sea Jervis Bay is located on Duncan Street, Huskisson. It is a short walk to the town centre, the pub and the two main beaches (Huskisson Beach and Shark Net beach). Huskisson is filled with cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.

How is the property laid out?
Sea Jervis Bay is a double storey townhouse. The lower level has a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area that opens to the north facing courtyard. There is also a laundry and guest toilet on this level.
The upstairs level has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a queen master bedroom with an en-suite & air conditioning. The second queen bedroom and the king singles room share a good sized bathroom. Both queen bedrooms have their own balcony.
Sea Jervis Bay is equipped with a 6 cup plunger coffee machine (ground coffee required for that), and a 6 cup Bialetti espresso coffee machine (ground coffee required again). The kitchen is also equipped with a Nutribullet machine, jaffle maker and rice cooker.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please have a backup device of your own.
What about outdoors?
Sea Jervis Bay has a lovely, sunny courtyard off the main living area, balconies upstairs, and a pebbled outdoor area adjacent to the laundry with a clothes line.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
This property has air conditioning in the living room downstairs & in the main bedroom upstairs, as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom upstairs. The house can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze. In cooler months, the air conditioner downstairs provides heating, and the upstairs bedrooms have individual heaters.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street parking for 1 vehicle in an open air car space. The garage is for owner use only. There is also additional on-street parking in Duncan Street.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Sea Jervis Bay is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!

- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property

Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Victoria & Nick Bradshaw & Tiffen - 16th July 2023This property is well maintained and has stacks of creature comforts to make it a warm and cosy place to stay over the winter months. Sea Jervis Bay is an easy flat 5 mins walk into the town centre and to the beach. All the bedrooms are a decent size with a walk-in shower off the main bedroom. Rear courtyard is a fantastic sun trap, a great place to curl up in the winter sun to read a book. This townhouse is situated at the back of the block of three making it lovely and quiet.

The townhouse itself was well presented, the bedrooms were generous and the living area was inviting. The host provided musli & milk, all kitchen cleaning products, shampoo & conditioner, and even a cute Christmas gift bag upon arrival! We would absolutely stay here again!
