Full of charm and character, this unique home is in an unbeatable location for your Hyams Beach get away. With high ceilings and large windows Sea Loft has plenty of natural light, and the great front and back decks offer plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Where will I be?
Sea Loft is 100 metres from the main beach at Hyams and is also a short, easy stroll to the Hyams Beach Cafe. The house is set back off the road and has arear deck and yard that provides plenty of privacy despite the central location – a perfect combination! The local towns of Vincentia and Huskisson are a short drive away, as is Booderee National Park.

How is the property laid out?
Sea Loft is all one level. You enter into the open plan kitchen, living and dining room area. Down the hall you will find the bedroom, with a queen bed, as well as the bathroom. The laundry is accessible through the separate lock up garage in the backyard.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it?
This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!
What about outdoors?
There is a large front deck at Sea Loft with a BBQ and table and chairs. There is also a deck at the rear of the house that overlooks the large backyard. You will find an outdoor shower near the separate lock up gararge.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Sea Loft has split system airconditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer. You can also open the windows and doors to catch the ocean breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen is supplied at Sea Loft. Please remember to bring your own beach towels though!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is plenty of room to park two cars on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sea Loft is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7 customer service – emergency calls only after hours, please.

Cute little loft located a few minutes away from the beach!
It was a great stay. Location was awesome! However be mindful theres little to no reception if youre with Optus or Vodafone. There is also no wifi here. There also wasnt any soap which you usually expect at an airbnb. Otherwise was a great stay!:)
Great place. Can’t beat the location. Just needs wifi... as there was no 4g reception at all.
The property is in a great location, a quiet road just a stones throw from the beach. Ideal for couples, anymore people and it would be rather snug! Upon our arrival, the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests and to our disappointment we were not able to check in until 4hrs after the organised check in time.
Nice house, very clean and close to the beach!
