Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Friday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
Serenity 222 property is located on The Wool Road, adjacent to the waters edge of St Georges Basin. The property is located a 15 minute drive to both Huskisson and Hyams Beach. Huskisson is well known for the range of attractions including whale and dolphin watching tours, paddle boarding, boating, beautiful beaches and bushwalks. The Huskisson Pub has an expansive deck where you can enjoy a long lunch overlooking Jervis Bay. Hyams Beach boasts beautiful beaches with turquoise water and glorious white sand. Within 30 minutes drive, you can access wineries, beaches, water activities, Kangaroo Valley and Fitzroy Falls. The local shopping area of St Georges Basin is an easy 15 minute flat walk.

How is the property laid out?
The loft style unit is spacious, airy, private and has been beautifully renovated. Upstairs has a stunning bathroom and a sumptuous king bedroom with district views. The spacious loft has a large but private window where you can watch the sun come up through the trees. The loft includes a private bathroom with bath and luxury bathrobes. Downstairs has a generously proportioned lounge area with big screen television. There is a fireplace for the cooler weather, and a full kitchen, as well as a washing machine and toilet. Leading off the lounge room is a private deck area where you can enjoy the view to the water! The property boasts direct access to St Georges Basin via a private jetty, where you can launch your kayak or enjoy a few sun-downers watching the sunset.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan. Please bring your own account details for Netflix, etc.

Serenity 222 Levante has no shortage of outdoor spaces - a timber deck looking towards the water, and access to the private jetty.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Serenity 222 Levante provides two ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating units, downstairs and upstairs, for year-round comfort. The house can also be opened up to catch the coastal breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets, pillows, blankets, duvets, linen, bath towels and luxury bath robes are all provided at this property. However please bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Car parking is provided within the grounds of Serenity 222.
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

Note this property has direct access via a private jetty to St Georges Basin.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
