South Wandobah is a stylishly renovated beach house, perfectly located within walking distance of the Blue Swimmer Cafe and the popular swimming spots in Gerroa. The home also has lovely views of Seven Mile Beach, a fully fenced yard and a separate bathroom, games room and tv area downstairs!

Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Friday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
South Wandobah is located in the heart of Gerroa, well protected from the worst of any NE or SE wind. It is on the corner of Stafford St and Riverleigh Ave, within easy walking distance of the Blue Swimmer Café, the local shop, the Crooked River Estuary, or Seven Mile Beach.
Why choose SOUTH WANDOBAH?
South Wandobah is casual and comfortable, yet at the same time it has been recently refurbished to very high and contemporary standards - true to the photos. The property has all bedrooms and the main living areas upstairs + a lower level that has its own bathroom, tv lounge and table tennis table.
How is the property laid out?
South Wandobah is a two level house. It is accessed from Riverleigh Avenue, through a side gate in the fence, and a front door at the rear of the house.
You enter into the main living level of the house with 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, separate toilet, a living / kitchen / dining area, and a full width deck overlooking the ocean.
The lower level has a second bathroom with laundry, a smart tv, lounge, table tennis table and Championship Dart Board set up.
Variable bedding configuration
Please note that bedroom 3 can be made as a king or left in the default configuration of two king singles. Please let us know a preference at the time of making your booking as we cannot guarantee changes to the default configuration will be possible closer to your your arrival.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Both TVs are Smart TVs so you can stream your favourite shows via Netflix using your login in details.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There is a balcony area with BBQ and outdoor setting off the kitchen, which is perfect for enjoying the impressive views of Seven Mile beach. The back yard has lawn and is fully fenced.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
South Wandobah has reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living, kitchen dining room upstairs and all three bedrooms have ceiling fans and portable oil heaters. The house can also be opened up to catch the breeze in summer.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc.?
There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway. The garage has been converted to a rumpus room and is not accessible to vehicles.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, SOUTH WANDOBAH is not pet friendly. Please try to find care for your pets, so that you can enjoy this property, but if that is not possible, please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

This place is amazing and just as advertised! Easy and straight forward instructions for check in and check out. Our summer weekend turned into a winter feeling with the current weather so this was a perfect house for nights in and especially loved the table tennis!! We will be back.
