With a modern and stylish interior, Sunnyside provides all the space you will need for a relaxed beach holiday - and nearly every room has a spectacular view of the ocean. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, Sunnyside also has a generously sized living area upstairs which adjoins the kitchen and dining area, as well as an additional TV room downstairs for the kids - plus a ping pong table in the garage.

Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Wednesday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
Sunnyside is located two streets away from Seven Mile Beach with amazing views. Just a short walk to the beach, park and cafe, Sunnyside offers a location where you can easily walk to the park for a game of cricket or a picnic. Or take an early morning stroll to the cafe and grab a coffee to take on a beach walk.

Sunnyside has a modern and clean interior which is Immaculate and fresh. After spending the day at the beach swimming, lazing in the sun or fishing, enjoy watching the sunset from the deck overlooking the ocean. This classic Gerroa beach house is ideally located for a family or friends getaway by the beach.
How is the property laid out?
Sunnyside is a two storey house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs is one master bedroom with a king bed, ocean views and access to the backyard. Upstairs is one queen bedroom, one double bedroom with ocean views and one twin room with two single beds. There are two bathrooms - one upstairs with shower, bath and separate toilet and vanity, and one downstairs with shower and toilet.
The living area is located upstairs with the deck leading off the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the relaxed living space while taking in the breathtaking views.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with bench seating at the island bench. This full kitchen has enough space to prepare a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen includes a coffee pod machine, electric cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
The laundry is located downstairs and has a washing machine, dryer and sink. There is a Hills Hoist clothes line in the rear yard.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Sunnyside has an unfenced grassed backyard and a front and back deck on the second storey of the house. The back deck has an outdoor table setting and gas BBQ.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Sunnyside has reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the upstairs lounge room. Open the sliding doors to get the cool summer breeze!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off-street parking in the driveway for two cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
