Amazing location

We absolutely love this property. Location right on the waterfront was perfect. The place itself is furnished lovely and has a real coastal feel to it. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be coming back again ourselves.

Erowal Bay a lovely little village. Beautiful water views with a visit from kangaroos morning and evening. Nice to visit Hyams Beach for morning coffee. Cottage very comfortable.

Sweet and cozy place

The property was maintained very well, had everything that we needed. The place was warm and lovely we’ve enjoyed very much, strongly recommend if you are planning to weekend get away! Would love to come back again!

We loved our family escape to the waterfront. Loads of family firsts-my son caught a fish and our dog saw her first kangaroo and I managed to read a book in the afternoon sun! So relaxing, amazing sun sets and as the temperature dropped we kept really cosy. Thank you Oh and plan a pizza night in - the local store has woodfired pizza on the weekend, it was sooo good!

Beautiful space. The lake is amazing. Super close to everything you want to be near and kangaroos will hop by you as you enjoy the deck/lake. Second bathroom is outside which was slightly inconvenient.

Gorgeous cottage in the loveliest location! We loved relaxing on the back porch and playing in the water with our dogs. It was so relaxing. Had a couple of kangaroos swing by in the morning & evenings, stunning sunsets & the air conditioning was very welcome as we stayed during a little heatwave. Not a lot around - as we like it. Ate out in Huskisson mostly and would have loved to have stayed longer to explore more local surroundings.

Gorgeously furnished place with dreamy views and lots of space. The bigger bathroom is external, which could be an issue for some at night but we had a wonderful time and would definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay- would definitely recommend. Gorgeous to wake up to that view. Was beautiful to also have the back seating section to escape the wind.

Negative: No Kayaks (only informed on arrival that it is due to insurance), Small bed in south room with hazardous bed frame and side table close to bed .Positive: Location is excellent !

Such a lovely cosy and homely little shack. The perfect little getaway spot to relax and enjoy being by the water. This was our second time staying and will most definitely be back again!

Had an amazing time at this little piece of heaven. The house is beautifully done and the views are spectacular. Got lucky enough to spot kangaroos too. Will definitely return for a relaxing time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The space works really well for a couple with an infant and dog. The second bedroom is a little smaller than what we expected- but it was very handy to have an extra room for baby’s changing room. The two outside areas is perfect- one has a fantastic view and the other is nice and sheltered from the weather. Very comfortable stay and the sunsets over the basin were stunning. Would happily rent again.

This place is a steal! Such a beautiful house, I was truly inspired by the beautiful interior design. The place is larger than anticipated from the photos which was a nice surprise. Very clean and beautiful spot.

A beautiful space that has been styled so beautifully. Lovely outside deck to enjoy the view and sunsets. Our dog Holly had a ball chasing ducks and exploring the bay. Slightly disaapointed there were no kayaks available as previously advertised and we did find the bed and pillows quite uncomfortable (personal preference I suppose but for the price of the stay each night you'd expect a comfy nights sleep). We did love our stay here though, the house, bay and local area is stunning and a perfect getaway spot for us and our pooch.

We had the most relaxing 3 night stay with our dog at the waterfront. The house is stunning and is in the quietest most beautiful location, the perfect place to switch off for a few days. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful with lots of character

This place is beautifully decorated and in a perfect location, super close to the white beaches. The second bedroom isn't huge but has everything you need and the beds are comfy. All amenities and are there, as well as tons of books, which adds to the whole experience. We loved the little extra touches like organic hand soaps and fresh flowers. Check-in as well as communication with the host have been very easy and friendly. The water view is stunning and very calming. This is the perfect place to chill out and relax. We're stoked to have found this little gem, we'll be back for sure!

So relaxing

The weekend was just perfect. From the time we arrived and saw our view we knew it was going to be special. The house just has that warm comfortable feeling. Everything we needed was there. The quietness was so wonderful to sleep in and just to curl up with a book was sublime. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you for a very special stay. Words really cannot do justice for this place. Everything and more!

I so badly needed a getaway and was really lucky to have booked this amazing bayside cottage. The peacefulness, the well kept cottage, the extra details and the comfort we experienced was just amazing, truly top notch!! My 11 yr old had only walked in 10mins and already knew she loved the place and would have the most amazing weekend! My birthday was made that even more special this year! Will be booking in again for sure!!

Pet-friendly and relaxing!

A very cosy home with a beautiful porch! We loved being able to take our Golden Retriever with us, who enjoyed swimming in the lake. The house had all the essentials you needed from tea, coffee, biscuits to bathroom amenities and toilet paper. Only downside was the bathroom, which seemed to be the only room that didn't have the Scandinavian interior. But other than that it was such a relaxing getaway, pet-friendly and very cosy to be staying at.

Exceptionally well setup

We stayed her for over a week, what a great little place. Perfectly situated if you have a boat, like us. The house itself was great. Very well stocked of the essentials, little things like heaps of toilet paper, hand wash, etc etc. It’s a pain when you arrive and then have to rush out and this stuff. Not here. Place was clean. Beds were probably the only let down, rock hard. Would we stay again, yes most definitely.

Perfection

Fantastic mini get-away. My little boy was in the water from morning till after sunset. Awesome way to unwind from busy city life. I want to come back again! PS watch out for the kangaroo that appears like clockwork between 20:30 - 9pm every night :-)

Pristine nature, peace and tranquility

While we only stayed for 4 nights, it felt like we were restored and had been away for a week. Every little detail was considered in the layout and design of this sanctuary. The sunsets were heaven and the setting made it easy to totally relax, walk, read and sleep. Bliss

Lovely space, beautiful view. Family friendly with lots of activities and places to see just a short drive away. Fantastic outdoor entertainment area.

Perfect

This was the perfect place to get away from busy city life. Very quiet, picturesque, family friendly environment. The house was so cosy it felt like a real home away from home. We relaxed on the porch by the water, enjoyed a romantic candle lit dinner and watched our dog run around the yard. From booking to check in and check out the entire process was seamless. Would definitely come back here.

This was the perfect beach bach - tastefully decorated, attention to detail spot on, everything we needed, well equipped (including 2 kayaks). Fabulous relaxing spot - sitting on the deck with a glass of wine watching life on the Basin was perfect. We had the best weekend - thank you for sharing your gorgeous home.

Perfect, Peaceful & Pretty

Beautifully appointed beachy cottage with every comfort thought of. Quality furniture, decor and accessories ensured a relaxing 'at home' feel, with a spectacular view you could never tire of. The local wildlife is a joy to watch, including pelicans, kangaroos, ducks and seagulls. Wonderful place to rejuvenate and get back to nature. The 2 kayaks provided were an extra bonus. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back.
