Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Thursday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
Set amongst the trees and a flat 200m walk from Werri Beach, Treetops at Werri is a laid back, family friendly home. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the seaside town of Gerringong to find cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping - or 15 minutes to the nearby boutique towns of Berry and Kiama for a day out! Located at the North end of Renfrew Rd, Treetops is also close to the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk.

How is the property laid out?
This property is a two storey four bedroom home, with entry through the front door on Renfrew Rd or backyard gate on Werri St.
On entering downstairs you will find two bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with a Queen and Bedroom 2 with 2 Singles - plus a laundry area leading out to the spacious backyard. A toilet and shower are adjacent to the laundry area.
Head up the stairs to the second storey and you hit the airy and comfortable spaces of the kitchen, living room (with Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker System)and dining area - centred between balconies either side of the house. Bedroom 3 with a Queen and Bedroom 4 with 2 x Singles are also on this level and are off to the side for quieter quarters. The main bathroom is located on this level.
What about outdoors?
Treetops at Werri has a good sized grass backyard that is fully fenced. You can enter straight off the beach via a side gate and make use of the outdoor shower.
The garage now includes a ping pong table! You may also borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella.
On the second storey, a covered barbeque area overlooking the backyard with spanning views to Rose Valley makes for fantastic entertaining space whilst opposite on the same level an additional balcony catches the morning sun - the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea!
Staying warm or keeping cool?
During the warmer months the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. In the cooler months a gas heater is available to keep you warm in the open plan lounge and dining area. Portable heaters are also provided for use in the bedrooms.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality linen and bath towels are provided at Treetops at Werri - though please remember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Treetops at Werri has parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles.Street parking is also available on Renfrew Rd, and there is alternate access to the backyard via a gate on Werri Street.
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?
Yes! Treetops at Werri is pet friendly.
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on any furniture or in any of the bedrooms
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Lastly, please consider that not all guests bring dogs on holiday and we want everyone to enjoy a clean and fresh home. Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure - thank you!

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during Peak Season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
Is there any special information I should know about?
Whilst the backyard is fully fenced, we do ask that you watch your pets in order to keep them safe and secure - thank you!
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Treetops and it has been fab every time. Loads of room for everyone and super secure backyard for doggies. With easy walk to dog beach. Lots of nice luxe touches as well
My family of 5 and I travelled down to Werri Beach for an extra long weekend getaway and absolutely loved the place! The house is within and few steps of the beach with a beautiful outlook from both verandahs and great indoor living spaces. It very comfortably fit the group and the kitchen was well equipped with all of the essentials. The house is on a quiet street and really provides a sense of calm and relaxation to the experience. I would recommend a stay!

Great location with a quick walk to the beach and lagoon. Nice house with lots of space. Items in garage very useful to borrow. Could of been a little cleaner with lots of spiders indoors. Also fly screens on all windows would be great.

We had a dog few days with us. Huge yard and nice walk to beach were perfect location for someone who wants to have relax time with dog. Dream house for surfer. There was a outside shower with hot water which was special, too.

What a great location for a quiet weekend away with family. Easy walk to the beach, walking track and beautiful view of the hills. The house and large yard was perfect for two families of four. The kitchen, living areas and bedrooms were spacious, clean with plenty of books, games, seating and comfortable bedding. BUT and a huge BUT considering the crazy hot weekend we just had; most of the windows and doors were either missing flyscreens or simply didn't open.

A fabulous location! So many beautiful coastal walks on the doorstep. A lovely garden and play area for the children (tree climbing, bike riding, table tennis) and a lovely verandah from which to enjoy the wonderful views of the hills behind the beach.
