Narran is located in Burradoo, a 5 minute drive from Bowral, 10 minute drive from Moss Vale and 10 minute drive from Mittagong. Wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions are all within easy driving distance.

**How is the property laid out?**

Narran is a 2 storey brick cottage, originally built in 1934 and lovingly restored. Parking is just outside the front door. As you enter the front door, to your left you will find the dining room with marble table and plush seating. Adjoining the dining room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, coffee machine with pods supplied and dishwasher. To the right is the lounge room, with gas fireplace, smart tv, 3 seater lounge and 2 comfortable arm chairs. Directly ahead is the powder room and laundry with washer/dryer. Upstairs you find the two bedrooms, both with king beds and high-thread count linen. Connecting the bedrooms is a sitting area with coffee bar and seating for 2. This area opens onto a small Juliet balcony with seating for another 2. Also on the second floor is the bathroom with marble tiles, underfloor heating, shower and a stunning stand-alone bath tub.

**Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?**

This property does have Wi-Fi. A username and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

**What about outdoors?**

Narran sits on a property with lawns and gardens for guests to enjoy. There is a small balcony leading off from the sitting area on the second floor – perfect for a morning coffee.

Due to how cold it gets in the Southern Highlands, the pool is only accessible from November 30 to March 30.

There is reverse cycle air conditioning, wall-mounted radiators, underfloor heating in the bathroom and powder room, and a gas fireplace in the lounge room. In the kitchen there as an Aga gas stove which warms the area, the modern oven can be used for cooking.

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Narran.
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps, shampoo, bath salts, slippers and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. Narran does supply some milk, coffee pods, tea, jams and hot chocolate.

Studio Cottage is a truly unique property that offers guests a charming country getaway. The cottage was built by artist Ray Crooke as his studio in the 1970s. The sandstone he used was originally hand quarried by convicts and was reclaimed from the old Kerrigans Inn. The cottage has a wonderful cozy feel to it and is a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day exploring the Southern Highlands.

Studio Cottage is located within the Little Forest complex, a collection of 7 cottages spread across 42 acres of grounds. Your cottage will have its own private spaces, but please be aware that other guests may be around as well. There are two other cottages as well as the Angas Carriage in immediate proximity to your cottage so please do expect to occasionally see your neighbours. Communal spaces include the lawns, gardens, driveway and trails, but you will have plenty of privacy as well. The Little Forest complex has a bush setting and is circled on one side by the Sydney – Melbourne railway line. As a result, trains are audible at times, and for any kids, part of the fun! Little Forest also has various trails throughout its 42 acres, but please keep children supervised at all times due to wildlife, unfenced dams and trains.

Studio Cottage is a charming and unique base from which to explore the Southern Highlands. There are few properties that will give you the same feeling of place as Studio Cottage does.

Cook a romantic meal for two in the spacious kitchen, then dine al fresco in the back courtyard with your dog.

** How is the property laid out? **

Whale Watch is a one bedroom, one bathroom house. Perfect for couples.The bedroom has a queen bed, and the modern bathroom/laundry has a shower, vanity, toilet, washer and dryer.

There are two living areas, the first at the front of the house with a smart TV, DVD player, Foxtel, gas log fireplace and ocean views. The second living area opens to the back courtyard and has a big sofa and second TV.The huge kitchen is well equipped with electric hotplate and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

** What about outdoors? **

At the front of the property there is a deck with outdoor furniture, heater and amazing views over the ocean and headland. The backyard is fully fenced, and there is an under cover area with gas BBQ and table and chairs.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Whale watch has a gas log fireplace in the living area and outdoor heaters. For the warmer months there is air conditioning.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway.

Vukeville is a luxurious, fully renovated beachfront home with a swimming pool, excellent back yard, large outdoor entertaining area and direct access to the Collingwood Beach cycle path.You will have exclusive access of the downstairs level, pool and outdoor area. Upstairs is a private owner level. PLEASE NOTE: VUKEVILLE IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS. IF YOU BOOK FOR MORE ADULTS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

** Where will I be? **

Located in the northern end of Vincentia, Vukeville is set along the cycle path with access to Collingwood Beach. The local shops are a ten minute walk away, and the local towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach are a short drive, as is the large Vincentia Marketplace and Booderee National Park.

** Why choose Vukeville? **

This high end home has an impressive outdoor seating area, with a spacious backyard and of course the large swimming pool! Inside, recently fully renovated, you will be imprssed by the high quality finishes, including a top of the range kitchen and comfortable living areas. Foxtel is also provided at Vukeville for our guests enjoyment.

** How is the property laid out? **

When you enter Vukeville you will find yourself in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which opens onto the large undercover patio. Down the hall you will find the bathroom and three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a separate activity area with a lounge and TV near the bunk room, and a European laundry off the entrance.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

Complimentary WiFi is offered at Vukeville, however without any guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

** What about outdoors? **

The outdoor areas at Vukeville are second to none. The large, secure backyard backs onto the cycle path, the perfect way to explore the local beaches. Of course you also have use of the large, recently renovated swimming pool. The spacious under cover patio offers a great area to sit back and watch the world go by. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off sand when you come back from the beach.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living area, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. You can also open the windows and doors to catch the breeze in the warmer months.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen is provided at Vukeville. Though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is enough parking for three cars at Vukeville. Please make sure you keep the driveway clear.

This beachfront villa is in an idyllic garden setting abundant with native bird life and just a 50 metre easy walk along a bush track to the white sands of Hyams Beach.Please keep in mind to BYO sheets and towels!

Waterscape is at the southern end of Hyams Village a short stroll to the Hyams Beach Cafe in one direction and the Booderee National Park in the other.

This architect-designed split-level two bedroom property has contemporary furniture with a beach theme and a fully equipped kitchen.

** How is theproperty laid out? **

The bedrooms are located at the entry to the house. There is a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, both bedrooms have built-ins. The bathroom has a large Roman bath with shower and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry. The sunken living room with high raked ceilings has floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors that open onto the patio and garden. There are ocean views through the trees. The kitchen and dining room overlook the sunken lounge.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

There is a single car garage for guests to use. Please enter the garage from the side door and open the roller door from inside. The complex has shared visitor parking.
