The Waters is a two storey, three bedroom town house. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the first is a queen room with ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TVandBlu-ray. The second bedroom has tri-bunks (double below, single above) & the third bedroom has a double with flat screen TV and DVD. The main bathroom has a spa bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.

Downstairs there is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and double door fridge. The large circular wooden dining table has seating for six. The lounge area has sofas to seat six, a PS3 and Wii with games, a flat-screen TV and DVD player and a selection of books, board games and DVDs.Off the hallway, there is another seperate toilet with vanity andlaundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The garage provides parking for one car and also has a foosball table.

A highchair, travel cot and stair gate are also available.

The paved, fully fenced courtyard enjoys natural shade from the neighbouring trees, has a gas BBQ, a dining table to seat sixand hot and cold outdoor shower.

Take Time is a basic, older style, yet large and affordable beach house that sleeps up to 12 people.Please bookit as such, with the photos accurately depictingthe house and its furnishings. Ithas a fully self contained flat downstairs that is rented with the rest of the house. Take Time is situated at the southern end of Hyams in relaxing bush surrounds. It is only a 300 metre walk to the main beach at Hyams, and an easy walk to the Cafe. Its pocket of Hyams also has lovely bird and a pretty creek nearby.

Seaward is a classic family beach house with good lawn and garden areas, plus the bonus of a pool. The house is stylishly presented, makes you feel relaxed, and is an easy walk to Werri Beach. A perfect option for families or a group of friends!

Palmwood is the perfect relaxed stylish beach house, ideal for a family holiday. This classic 1950’s home has been fully renovated whilst retaining all of its original character. Full of natural light and with ocean views, just a short stroll to the white sands of Hyams and complete with a games room, this home provides the quintessential beach holiday!
The house is large and accommodates 8 guests (plus an infant in a travel cot)

Palmwood is located on the uphill side of Tulip Street, backing on to natural bush land. It is an easy walk to the Hyams Beach Cafe, Chinamans Beach and Little Hyams Beach.

** Why choose Palmwood? **

Palmwood is stylishly decorated and well designed. Having both a large yard and front deck, there is generous outdoor living space. Its elevated design permits views through to the bay. The downstairs kids room with pool table is also a plus.

** How is the property laid out? **

You enter the house from the front deck into a generous open plan dining, lounge and kitchen area. There are three bedrooms on the main level: a master bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom with two sets of king single bunks (sleeps four) and a third bedroom with a king bed. The Master bedroom has access to the front deck. Palmwood has two bathrooms and a separate laundry. The downstairs garage has been converted into a pool / games room.

Great location only 2 mins walk down to Hyams Beach. Within 5 mins walk to the local cafe. The house is spacious and can fit up to 8 people. There are no air conditioning in this place but very nice and cool if you leave door and window open for sea breeze.

Mystic Sands is a casual, comfortable, spacious and extremely well equipped beach house – complete with pool table, table tennis, multiple living areas and large decks. It’s cocooned and very private location, away from any road, will pleasantly surprise you. The house also has fantastic views of Gerroa, Seven Mile Beach and Culburra. Sleeping nine, this is a perfect group or multi-family option!

Vehicle access is via Bland Street, alongside No. 3 Bland Street. There is only pedestrian access to Crooked River Road, as driveway access off the main road is too dangerous / tricky.

Mystic Sands is located only a couple of minutes walk from Seven Mile Beach, the Blue Swimmer Cafe or the Gerroa Boat Fishermen’s Club (which has a courtesy bus).
