The Waterfront House is an original boathouse that has been sympathetically extended and features a relaxed aesthetic of rustic simplicity. ** How is the property laid out? **

The Waterfront House has an air-conditioned open plan living/ dining with polished wooden floors and French doors opening onto a covered deck with water views. The kitchen provides you with all the essentials including a coffee machine. There is a large undercover entertaining area with access to a laundry and bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has two bedrooms – Bedroom One has a queen bed and en suite with shower and toilet. This bedroom also includes air-conditioning.Bedroom Two offers a double bed, television and DVD player, air-conditioning and has views over the water. From the deck you can step down onto a large area of lawn and stroll just a few feet to the water.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

The Waterfront House does provide WiFi. You may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, please use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to seven night blocks during the peak period. The peak period runs from mid-December to end of the Australia Day long weekend in January. Easter also requires a minimum four night stay and a minimum three nights during all long-weekends.

The Waters is a two storey, three bedroom town house. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the first is a queen room with ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TVandBlu-ray. The second bedroom has tri-bunks (double below, single above) & the third bedroom has a double with flat screen TV and DVD. The main bathroom has a spa bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.

Downstairs there is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and double door fridge. The large circular wooden dining table has seating for six. The lounge area has sofas to seat six, a PS3 and Wii with games, a flat-screen TV and DVD player and a selection of books, board games and DVDs.Off the hallway, there is another seperate toilet with vanity andlaundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The garage provides parking for one car and also has a foosball table.

A highchair, travel cot and stair gate are also available.

This funky, pet friendly beach house has beautiful bedrooms and generous living spaces including a games area. Headland to headland views and within easy walking distance to the beach and town!

The Werri Shack is under two hours south of Sydney and is situated in the picturesque coastal town of Gerringong. This beach house is located on the coast in dairy and wine country – “where the mountains meet the sea”.

The Werri Shack is located in a quiet street and is just a very brief walk to the beach or village centre. This contemporary beach shack and its layout has chill, relax, & fun written all over it. With two living areas, a large balcony with BBQ, a secondary outdoor area with additional dining area and day bed offers space to relax, escape or simply enjoy good times with family and friends. The Werri Beach Shack has Three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, with the master offering one king sized bed & Bedroom 2 has a flexible configuration whereby it is made up as one king sized bed, however that can be split into two king singles by arrangement at the time of booking.

The kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and has a sevrery window opening up to the deck.

Downstairs you will find Bedroom 3 with two single beds. The living area on this level has two day beds & quality linen is provided.
There is also a table tennis, lounge, TV and glass sliding door to outdoor area and backyard.

Bathrooms and separate toilets are located on both levels with the downstairs bathroom accommodating both a washing machine and dryer.

The Lookout is split over multiple levels, as follows:

Street level – with views everywhere as you approach! Please note the driveway gradient is steep. The house can be entered either via the garage, or via a pathway that leads from the street to the front door on the main living area of the house.

Main living area – this level has lovely windows that take in the views and give plenty of natural light. You will find the master queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with bath tub and shower, the front door, a lounge area with fireplace, the dining table, the kitchen, and and outdoor deck which has a table and gas BBQ.

Mid level – this level has two semi-partitionedbedrooms, with a king single in each andtwo king single trundles underneath them both. There is also a shared bathroom with bath tub and shower, another good sized living area, and an internal laundry. A second deck adjoins the one bedroom and the living area.

Bottom level – the bottom level of the house has a third living area with tv, one king bedroom and the fourth bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms on this level share a third bathroom with bath tub and shower. THE CAPE, Culburra Beach – 4pm check out Sundays!

The Cape is luxury, style and comfort personified – definitely one of the best beach houses on the south coast of NSW! It has spectacular ocean views, a swimming pool, fire pit, and sleeps 12 across 6 bedrooms. Please note that The Cape is a place of relaxation and comfort and does not accept parties or events of any kind whatsoever. In addition, children under the age of 8 are not accepted without our permission. You will be met upon arrival by The Cape’s caretaker, who will explain the workings of the house and check the make up of your group. Please read below about the cash bond requirements at The Cape.

** Please note – ** The Cape is limited to a maximum of 8 adults + children under the age of 8 are not permitted without our permission. If you book for the wrong number of adults or have young children without permission, you will be asked to leave the property.

** Meet and greet ** – you will be met at the property by a caretaker. Our caretaker explains the workings of the house, revisits the house rules with you,and checks the composition of your group.

** Cash bond ** – The Cape is an incredibly luxurious property that the owners kindly make available to holiday rental guests. In order to protect against damage, excess cleaning or a breach of the “no party” rules etc, a cash bond of $2,500 is required when you pay your final balance. The bond will be released within 10 days of your departure provided that there are no issues or breaches of house rules.

** Where will I be? **

The Cape sits right on Culburra Surf Beach, about a 150 metre walk to the sand and has spectacular ocean views from almost every room of the house. Only a one minute drive from everything you need – grocery store, shops, cafes, bowling club and restaurants.

This architecturally-designed, award-winning waterfront home features six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a powder room; with multiple entertaining areas and balconies set over two levels. It is arguably one of the most luxurious, stately and impressive homes on the South Coast of NSW, complete with private pool, stunning views and direct ocean frontage.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Cape is a two storey Hamptons-inspired waterfront home with six bedrooms, laid out as follows:

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms; a main queen room with walk in robe, ensuite bathroom and French doors leading to a private terrace with ocean views;another queen room with built in robe and Juliette balcony;a third twin room with two single beds, built in robe and Juliette balcony, and the main bathroom withclaw foot bath, double vanity, frameless shower, toilet and under floor heating. Also on this level is an open plan lounge/dining area which features a wood fire place, air conditioning, comfortable furnishings, and bi-fold doors that open on to the deck. The sublime kitchen flows on from this space and features a large stone top island bench, integrated appliances and large oven and cooktop. There is also a second formal dining area and sunroom/living space.

Downstairs are three more bedrooms:a queen room with ensuite bathroom, walk in robe, and French doors leading to a private garden, a queen room with built in robes, and French doors leading to the backyard, and a bunk room with one set of bunks, and French doors leading out to the backyard. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a large frameless shower, single vanity, under floor heating, and a separate powder room with toilet. This level also has a second lounge room with TV, comfortable leather lounges, a selection of books and games, and bi fold doors opening to the pool. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

In the kitchen, The Cape has a Nespresso Machine (welcome supply of capsules provided – but guests should bring additional), and several coffee plungers (BYO ground coffee).

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

** What about outdoors? **

The Cape has multiple decks and outdoors spaces off the living rooms and bedrooms. French doors and large bi-fold doors open to the deck area with table and chairs. The inground pool has stunning views over the fully fenced backyard and ocean. The lawn area is a good size and features a fire pit as well. There are 2 BBQ’s – a Webber Style and a larger Ziegler & Brown Turbo. You can roast in both.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

The Cape has a wood fireplace and air conditioning in the main living area. All bathrooms have under floor heating and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

There are two bathrooms, one with a spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet, and the second with a shower, vanity, toilet.

There is a sitting area with spectacular views of the beach, two sofas, coffee table, desk area and selection of books. The living and dining areas are open plan with a large corner sofa, open wood fireplace, TV, DVD and CD player and dining table to seat six.

The gourmet kitchen has a six burner gas cook top, large oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also an internal laundry: washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The Beach House has a wood fireplace in the main living area to ensure your stay is cosy throughout the Winter months. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and portable heaters & fans in each bedroom for year round comfort. The property has flyscreens on the windows and doors andcan therefore be opened up in Summer to take in the ocean breeze.

Cascading over three levels and sleeping eight, this stylish, architect designed home is within walking distance of Werri Beach. Tasman Drive offers impressive indoor/outdoor living and has stunning views of the Gerringong headland and Rose Valley hinterland.

** How is the property laid out? **

Tasman Drive is a split level home on three levels:

On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with leather sofas, large flatscreen TV, PS4, adjoining decks and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern and sleek and has quality appliances.There are also two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and large wooden cot, and the second with a queen bed only. Adjacent to these is a shared bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

On the upper level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and views to the beach. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet plus an outdoor luxury limestone freestanding bath – something unique! Stainless steel louvres and smoked glass balustrades allow you to bathe outdoors in privacy while enjoying the spectacular view!

The basement floor is designed for the kids games room and kids bedroom. The kids bedroom has twin single beds (with small trundle beds underneath for young children sleeping up to four in this room on request), flat screen TV and PS3. The games room has a pool table, fusball and table tennis table. There is also a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

** What about outdoors? **

Tasman Drive has wide decks or marble terraces on all levels. There is outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ facing the mountain views to the west. The sunny lawn area extends from the outdoor entertainment area on the basement level. The house also has an outdoor shower for use after returning from the beach.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

Tasman Drive can be opened up in summer to take in the ocean breeze. There are dimplex electric heaters and an electric fireplace in the games room.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Tasman Drive. Please bring your own beach towels!

Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off street, open air parking for three cars on the driveway and parking platform. Please note that the property has a somewhat steep driveway. There is also a parking bay across the road for public use.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Unfortunately this is not one of our pet friendly properties.

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

CCTV security cameras – please note that this property has security cameras positioned outside the house and inside the garage for security. There is also one internal camera in the games room. Camera footage will only be reviewed if the house is overloaded with guests, or hens, bucks or other party groups book the house without permission. The cameras are not or will not be used for any other purpose.

Spindrift is ideally located between two fantastic beaches – family friendly Kendalls Beach and Easts Beach. There is a local tapas bar and cafe just a short walk from the house. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Kiama where you will find many cafes, restaurants and shops. The nearby towns of Gerringong, Gerroa and Berry are all a short drive away.

There are ceiling fans in the two front bedrooms and a pedestal fan in each of the bunk rooms. All windows have fly screens so you can open themto catch the breeze. In the winter there is a gas heater in the lounge area that heats the whole house.
