A wonderful escape for a couple of families, this impressive home is a 30 minute stroll from shops, cafes and restaurants of beautiful Berry. The large back garden is a green swathe of grass which rolls out from the pool room which is accessed via a walkway from the main house.

Kevalier Park is one of Berry’s most luxurious properties. The house has an indoor pool, wood fire place, air- conditioning, and WiFi. You will never have to leave!

** How is the property laid out? **

Kevalier Park is a large double storey home with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor there are double entrance doors that open into a tiled foyer looking through to the formal lounge room. The formal lounge room is elegant with a high pitched ceiling, plush carpet, comfortable sofas and wing-back chairs around an open log fire place.

There is an entertainment room with leather lounge suite, slim line TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and lots of board games. Also on this floor are two dining areas, a gourmet eat-in fully equipped kitchen and a laundry.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a queen bedroom and a large children’s retreat with three single beds and one trundle bed plus a television for entertainment, and one bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet.

On the upper floor there are four more bedrooms, the master bedroom with private balcony, queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.Bedrooms Two and Three are spacious queen bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and window seats, and Bedroom Four is a twin bedroom with two single beds, and built-in wardrobes. There is one main three-way style bathroom with bath and shower room, separate toilet and double vanity unit.

The separate pool and bar area is accessed via a covered walkway from the main house, this area incorporates a swimming pool with bar area and leisure room plus a change room with bathroom.The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a games area leading from the pool area, the garage doubles as a games room with a pool table and table tennis.

There is a private balcony off the master bedroom and also another undercover outdoor area off the kitchen.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Kevalier Park has ducted air-conditioning throughout the house for year round comfort, an open log fire in living room and ceiling fans in most of the bedrooms.

** Pool heating ** – the pool is heated with an electric heating unit, with a set temperature. The heating is monitored by the property caretaker and will be turned on for your arrival. Please be patient with the system while it warms up. Please also make active use of the pool cover mat which is provided for your use. It can help significantly with the pool temperature.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is ample off street, open air parking for four cars on the circular driveway at the front of the house.
