Writers Loft is located in the sleepy coastal village of Erowal Bay on beautiful St Georges
Basin. Erowal Bay is perfect for walking, playing tennis or relaxing in the sleepy village
atmosphere surrounded by wildlife. Waterskiing, fishing, canoeing and windsurfing are
just some of the activities to be enjoyed on St George’s Basin. There is a boat ramp and
the local store provides takeaway food, petrol, alcohol and groceries.

together the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. French doors lead from the light-filled
open-plan interior onto a lush outdoor deck with lounge and Weber BBQ.
The bedroom is a calm, stylish and beautiful space with touches of luxury such as pure
linen sheets, bed canopy and chandelier. The barn door leads from the bedroom into a
spacious bathroom with a large bathtub, shower and original concrete laundry sink.
There is also a laundry containing a second shower and toilet.

Writers Loft is a pet friendly property and is fully fenced. Guests must advise they will be bringing pets at the time of booking. Please also respect the following rules in relation to pets:

The Waterfront House has an air-conditioned open plan living/ dining with polished wooden floors and French doors opening onto a covered deck with water views. The kitchen provides you with all the essentials including a coffee machine. There is a large undercover entertaining area with access to a laundry and bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has two bedrooms – Bedroom One has a queen bed and en suite with shower and toilet. This bedroom also includes air-conditioning.Bedroom Two offers a double bed, television and DVD player, air-conditioning and has views over the water. From the deck you can step down onto a large area of lawn and stroll just a few feet to the water.

The Waterfront House does provide WiFi. You may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. The Lake House at Erowal Bay is a stunning waterfront property, sleeping 6 adults (MAXIMUM, please), and 6 children. It is the perfect family retreat. You can escape city life in a rustic yet stylishly decorated home – a feature of which is the beautiful lounge with huge fire place! Outdoors, the house has lovely lawns and direct access to a waterfront reserve. BYO sheets and towels and strictly 6 adults maximum!

This house is suitable for a MAXIMUM of 6 adults. If you are found to have booked for more than 6 adults you will be evicted immediately. Permanent residents live on both sides of this property and they will report more than 6 adults immediately to our office.

The Lake House is located on the St Georges Basin at Erowal Bay on the waterfront reserve. The house is also an easy walk to the Erowal Bay General Store, bottleshop and takeaway. Erowal Bay is also only a five minute drive from Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park, and 15 mins from Vincentia and Huskisson. The location is fantastic and you get to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the back deck, and if you are a nature lover, you will not be disappointed with the myriad of wildlife that this location has to offer.

The Lake House at Erowal Bay has a fabulous wood fire for the whole family to sit around whilst enjoying the views of St Georges Basin out of the floor to ceiling windows. The waterfront reserve invites the kids to play outside all day, with ample room for running around.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Lake House at Erowal Bay is a rustic family home which sleeps 12. The open kitchen has a dining table for the children. The large living area at the back of the house with main dining table also offers lounges and wood fire place. Thecabin style living area looks out to the water of St Georges Basin. At the front of the house is the first bedroom with a queen size bed and sun lounge, the second bedroom had a double bed and the bunk room sleeping six is also in this area. The bathroom and laundry are both large and well equipped. At the back of the house, leading off the porch is a parents retreat with water views, queen size bed, ensuite and day bed.

The Lake House at Erowal Bay can be opened up to create a lovely breeze in the summer. The wood fire will keep you cosy warm during winter. Abundant louvre windows through out the property let in any hint of breeze creating a refreshing air flow.

The Lake House at Erowal Bay does not provide linen. If you would prefer we can direct you to a linen service provider, otherwise the following items should be brought with you; sheets (top and bottom), pillow case, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is enough parking for three cars in the driveway at The Lake House at Erowal Bay.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Yes! The Lake House at Erowal Bay is a pet friendly home. Please bring a bed for your dog, and do not allow them on the beds or furniture. Please also clean up after your pet, and note the yard is not fully enclosed.

On Golden Ponds at Erowal Bay – 4pm Check Out Sundays

On Golden Ponds is a comfortable waterfront property located on the St Georges Basin in peaceful Erowal Bay. The property has a large, lovely garden that runs down to the water, with kids cubby house, private jetty, and private gazebo. Unwind here! Please keep in mind to BYO sheets and towels.

** Where will I be? **

On Golden Ponds is located on the St George’s Basin at Erowal Bay and has a lovely waterfront aspect, with agarden that runs down to the water’s edge. The house isan easy 150 metre walk to the Erowal Bay General Store, bottleshop and takeaway. Erowal Bay is also only a five minute drive from Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park, and 15 minutes from Vincentia and Huskisson. The location is fantastic and you get beautiful sunsets from the large, main deck.

** Why choose On Golden Ponds? **

As the name suggests, On Golden Ponds has a tranquil and picturesque waterfront aspect, and a lovely, relaxed feel with rolling lawns and plenty of space for guests and kids. You will immediately feel relaxed. The house is also stylish, well equipped and the bunk room / annexe keeps the kids well out of earshot.

** How is the property laid out? **

On Golden Ponds has three bedrooms in the main house – queen, queen, double, and a separate bunk room / annex that sleeps four in two bunks.

The main house bedrooms have lovely, polished wooden floors and the main bedroom has views over the water. The open plan kitchen and dining area connect to a sunken lounge, which in turn connects to a very large deck with great water view and a good, under-cover area for sun protection. The house has two bathrooms for shared use, one with shower and one with shower and bath.

The annex provides a couch and second TV.

The garden of On Golden Ponds is terraced below the house and has a very large area of lawn that runs down to the water – complete with kids’ cubby house and a private jetty.

The large, covered timber deck is complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining table.

On Golden Ponds has a split system air-conditioning unit in the living area – providing either heating or cooling options. The sleep out room also hasa fan. The house iswell supplied with flyscreens inmany rooms, allowing you to catch any available breeze.

On Golden Ponds does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by guests or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for.
