Parking at the side of the house, you enter through the side door. This takes you into the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Following the hallway towards the front of the house you will find a sitting room and three generous sized bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with t double bed. These bedrooms all share the one bathroom, featuring claw foot bath tub and separate shower. The master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite is at the other end of the house, with its own access to the deck and pool.

Milhouse is a beautiful country retreat set on 3.5 acres. It accommodates up to 19 guests (maximum 14 adults please), across 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This beautiful property is only 1.5 kms from the heart of Berry. The heart of the building is the large living, dining and kitchen area. A long hallway leads to 6 additional bedrooms. VINCE’S LANDING, OLD EROWAL BAY – 4pm Check Out Sundays (except Peak season)!

Vince’s Landing is a beautifully designed waterfront property located in Old Erowal Bay – suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, or 6 adults + 4 children.

From the street, Vince’s Landing presents as a cute cottage, however once inside it opens into a large open living space with views over the reserve to the water – the huge St Georges Basin. Gorgeous timber tones and generous living spaces will make you feel right at home. The large patio area is perfect for a BBQ overlooking the water.

Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park, Vincentia and Huskisson are all only a 5 – 10 minute drive away.

Mungurra is a modern, stylish beach house in Hyams Beach with beautiful ocean views. A large deck with outdoor setting allows you to make the most of the stunning outlook. There is a swimming pool for when you don’t want to venture to the beach, and a gas fireplace for the cooler nights. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and large living areas make this the perfect holiday house for families or groups.

Please note that Mungurra is not a party house and is suitable for a MAXIMUM of 8 guests, comprising a MAXIMUM of 4 adults and 4 children, please.  If you are found to have booked for more than 8 guests or more than 4 adults you will be evicted immediately.  Permanent residents live on both sides and across the street from this property and they will report breaches to our office. 

** Where will I be? **

Located on high side of Tulip Street, its elevated position gives Mungurra a wonderful outlook. Beaches and the cafe are also within easy walking distance.

** How is the property laid out? **

Mungurra is set across two levels with a deck, swimming pool and pizza oven nook coming off the upstairs / second level. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and modern with direct access to the swimming pool and front deck. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace.

Upstairs has an ocean facing master bedroom and a bunk room, both of which share a good sized bathroom. They adjoin the open plan living space. An internal laundry is also on this level.

Downstairs has one queen bedroom and a rumpus room with two day beds (that are not made up for guest use). Downstairs also has a shared bathroom.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email.

You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or compensation by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

** What about outdoors? **

Mungurra has a lovely deck with ocean views. There is also a swimming pool with patio area. The rear of the property has a lawn area and backs directly onto Jervis Bay National Park.

If you wish to use the pizza oven, please BYO your own firewood and fire starters.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Mungurra has a gas fireplace for the cooler months, and in summer can be opened up extensively to catch the ocean breeze.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen and bath towels are provided at Mungurra. Though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is driveway parking for 2 – 3 cars.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Earlsbrae is an iconic and luxurious Bowral home.Built in the 1870s, the property has been stylishly renovated, yet still maintains the beautiful period architecture that connects its guests to a rich history. Set on 7 acres of beautiful established gardens, Earlsbrae can accommodate up to 19 guests across 9 bedrooms. Once in house, it is a pleasant stroll or short drive to Bowrals shops, cafes and restaurants. Or if you prefer to stay in, there is plenty to keep you entertained and comfortable including a clay tennis court, billiards room, grand piano, easy access to Mt Gibraltars walking trails, smart TVs, a modern, fully equipped kitchen and 5 renovated bathrooms. Please also note that due to the high standards of this beautiful home, party groups are not accepted, smoking inside is not permitted, and a cash bond of $2,000 applies to every booking.

** Weddings, events, and corporate retreats at Earlsbrae **

Unless you have written permission from us or the owner, weddings, events, large celebrations, parties or any other event are NOT allowed at Earlsbrae. If you do have a special occasion or celebration in mind that falls within reasonable use of the property by you as a guest, please contact us with full details so that we can consider your request. If you hold an unapproved event at Earlsbrae, your full cash bond will be forfeited.

** Security at Earlsbrae **

Due to the quality and nature of Earlsbrae, external security cameras are located at both entry gates, and at the external doors of the house. There are no internal cameras. The security cameras are used as needed to monitor vehicle movements and to ensure that the property is used for agreed purposes by the agreed number of guests.

Earlsbrae is located a 15 minute stroll or quick drive from Bowral’s restaurants, cafes and shops. The surrounding towns of Mittagong, Berrima and Moss Vale, as well as local wineries and key wedding venues are also all within easy driving distance.

** How is the property laid out? **

Earlsbrae is accessed through an ornate cast iron gate which leads to a driveway that winds through the property’s established gardens. Guests then have access to the large and stately main house that sleeps 14 and a separate loft style cottage that sleeps 5.

The main house has three bedrooms downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs, and two additional bedrooms, one of which is a very good quality queen sofa bed in a study room. The master bedroom downstairs has its own large en-suite, two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom, and each of the upstairs bedrooms has it own shower / toilet bathroom – a total of four bathrooms for five bedrooms.

The cottage has one bedroom upstairs with a double bed and single bed, plus a good quality queen sofa bed downstairs. The cottage has its own ktichen, living area and a shared toilet / shower bathroom upstairs.

The main house has a number of generous, luxurious and beautiful common areas – a large open plan kitchen / dining room, a formal lounge, a second formal dining room, a large billiard room, an internal laundry, outdoor entertaining decks, a fire pit, and extra bathrooms for visitors.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it? **

Earlsbrae has extensive gardens and grounds, with multiple places to sit outdoors and entertain. There is a full sized clay tennis court and the walking trails of Mount Gibraltar are within close proximity perfect for getting some exercise!

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

In the main house, Earlsbrae has central gas heating thoughout that rises from floor vents and 2 working fireplaces that can be used for the cooler months. The two upstairs bedrooms have split system air conditioners for either heating or cooling. The open plan ktichen / dining room also has its own split system air conditioner, and the two adjacent bedrooms have electric heaters. Finally, some of the bathrooms have under floor heating.

The cottage has its own fireplace and firewood suppy, as well as a split system airconditioner downstairs and upstairs.

NARRAN, Burradoo – 4pm Check Out on Sundays (except Peak season)!!

Set in the leafy surrounds of Burradoo, Narran offers guests a truly luxurious experience. The house was originally built in 1934 and has been lovingly restored to include all of the modern comforts, while maintaining it’s art-deco charm. Nights at Narran can be enjoyed on the plush lounge in front of the beautiful gas fireplace, or around the dining table enjoying a meal created in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. When you do venture out, the shops and cafes of Bowral are only a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that due to the high quality of its furniture and decor items, as well as its slightly steep internal stairs, Narran is suitable for adults and children over 12 years old. For child friendly options please check our other listings.

Narran is located in Burradoo, a 5 minute drive from Bowral, 10 minute drive from Moss Vale and 10 minute drive from Mittagong. Wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions are all within easy driving distance.

**How is the property laid out?**

Narran is a 2 storey brick cottage, originally built in 1934 and lovingly restored. Parking is just outside the front door. As you enter the front door, to your left you will find the dining room with marble table and plush seating. Adjoining the dining room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, coffee machine with pods supplied and dishwasher. To the right is the lounge room, with gas fireplace, smart tv, 3 seater lounge and 2 comfortable arm chairs. Directly ahead is the powder room and laundry with washer/dryer. Upstairs you find the two bedrooms, both with king beds and high-thread count linen. Connecting the bedrooms is a sitting area with coffee bar and seating for 2. This area opens onto a small Juliet balcony with seating for another 2. Also on the second floor is the bathroom with marble tiles, underfloor heating, shower and a stunning stand-alone bath tub.

Narran sits on a property with lawns and gardens for guests to enjoy. There is a small balcony leading off from the sitting area on the second floor – perfect for a morning coffee.

Due to how cold it gets in the Southern Highlands, the pool is only accessible from November 30 to March 30.

**Keeping warm or keeping cool?**

There is reverse cycle air conditioning, wall-mounted radiators, underfloor heating in the bathroom and powder room, and a gas fireplace in the lounge room. In the kitchen there as an Aga gas stove which warms the area, the modern oven can be used for cooking.

**What about sheets, towels and other supplies?**

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Narran.
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps, shampoo, bath salts, slippers and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. Narran does supply some milk, coffee pods, tea, jams and hot chocolate.
