Wirani is a comfortably set up house sleeping six, right on the water with Lake views and easy access to all the delights of Jervis Bay. An ideal location for exploring the area, with all amenities close; or simply go swimming out the front. Perfect for couples or families wanting to enjoy the sights and activities in warm or cooler months.

** How is the property laid out? **

Wirani is a three-bedroom house overlooking the expansive St Georges Basin Lake, perched above the reserve grassland/bike-walking track which runs around the lake for 5km. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe, lamps. The second bedroom is very large with two single beds and sofa and is ideal as a playroom. An ensuite /laundry with dryer is attached. The third bedroom is smaller with one double bed. This bedroom is accessed internally by walking through bedroom 2, or has its own door to the backyard.The living/loungeroom area has polished, wooden floors with a TV, DVD player and small stereo with wonderful views over the lake. The separate dining area seats 6. The kitchen has recently been renovated with a large pantry, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooktop/stove, cooking utensils, glasses, crockery, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and a bath.

** What about outdoors? **

Exit the living room straight onto the deck and outdoor dining area. Have meals and BBQs here overlooking the ever-changing colours of the Lake and watch the sunsets, swans, pelicans, kangaroos and other birdlife. An expansive grassy lawn is ideal for children. Access in seconds the shallow, sandy Lake which is ideal for swimming, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, boating and fishing. Boat ramps are close and Jervis Bay beaches are easily accessible. This is an original 1950s retro cottage beautifully renovated and decorated, and well catered for families or couples.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Shack is an original 1950s cottage that comprises three bedrooms and an open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air-conditioning. As you enter the house you have combined laundry and bathroom on your left (with washer and dryer), before you make your way into the open plan living and dining area. The kitchen has all the mod cons needed while away on holidays, including a dishwasher. Down the hallway are the three bedrooms. Main with a queen and the other two have split bunks – ideal for young children. Facing the waterfront you have a large open entertaining deckand boat shed with direct access to the waterfront reserve. The yard is fully fenced.

There is also a large private deck with a lounge area.

Loralyn is a completely wheel chair accessible home and boasts a light and roomy design which allows an easy transition through out the house. Wide doorways, with a full wheelchair accessible bathroom, coupled with ramps to access the BBQ and outdoors areas ensure that all members of the family are included in all aspects of your holiday. The walk to the waterfront is flat and very easy to stroll too where you can enjoy the beautiful ambience of St Georges Basin. Loralyn is a completely wheel chair accessible home and boasts a light and roomy design which allows an easy transition through out the house. Wide doorways, with a wheelchair accessible bathroom, coupled with ramps to access the BBQ and outdoors areas ensure that all members of the family are included in all aspects of your holiday. The walk to the waterfront is flat and very easy to stroll too where you can enjoy the beautiful ambience of St Georges Basin.

** How is the property laid out? **

Loralyn has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, and two living areas. Off the large entry hall is the bunk room, housing a tri bunk, and a single bunk complete with reverse cycle AC, and the bedroom next door is a queen room again, with reverse cycle AC. A further bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen and enough room for a baby cot if needed. Bedroom five has water views, a WIR and ensuite. The main bathroom has a separate double vanity, and is the wheel chair friendly bathroom. The laundry has a separate toilet. Two living areas equipped with TVs and reverse cycle ACs, allows everyone to have some personal space. The well equipped kitchen features, a gas cooktop, dishwasher and wall oven with beautiful, peaceful views to the water.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

** What about outdoors? **

Loralyn has a level backyard that backs on to the waterfront reserve. The outdoor area has a ramp for wheelchairs to access the undercover timber decked BBQ area, as well as a pathway to the back gate for waterfront access. A fully fenced yard allows the children to play with out worry.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There are four reverse cycle air conditioning units throughout the property (two in bedrooms, and two in the living areas)

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Loralyn does not supply linen. Linen to be supplied by guests alternativelylinen hire is available, price on application. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off (and on) street parking for multiple cars.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Loralyn is not pet friendly (assistance dogs are more than welcome.) Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? **
