Four Loralyn is a fully refurbished and beautifully equipped waterfront house – comfortably accommodating 8 adults and 4 children in 4 bedrooms and over 2 levels. The home has two upstairs decks, one with magnificent water views, and the downstairs rooms flow through to lawns that run down to the water’s edge. This home away from home is the perfect entertainer for a big family gathering, with plenty of secure covered and off-street parking for boats and car!

Please take care with young children at the water’s edge. The St Georges Basin is generally a safe and shallow water environment, but children should be supervised at all times.

Four Loralyn is in St George’s Basin, a suburb that takes its name from the beautiful basin of water that is right in front of the property – offering peaceful views, fantastic birdlife, watersports and fishing. The house is in a quiet stretch of Loralyn Avenue just around the corner from the local boat ramp. The local shops are also close by and the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay, Booderee National Park, Huskisson or Vincentia are all15 minutes away by car.

Four Loralyn oozes relaxation and tranquility. Its waterfront setting, beautiful views, and large lawn areas force you to relax! The home is also very well furnished and equipped – true to the photos – offering a fantastic gathering point for family and friends. The house also has plenty of off-street parking to keep your vehicles and any boat secure.
** How is the property laid out? **
Four Loralyn is a double two storey house with 3 bedrooms, 1 childrens bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area upstairs – with an expansive large deck that enjoys stunning views over St George’s Basin.
Downstairs – has an entry hall, state of the art internal laundry combined with a shower and toilet, one bedroom with two king single beds and trundles, and a huge second bedroom with two queen beds (each with its own recess). Both bedrooms on this level have access to a covered outdoor sitting area and the lawns.
Upstairs – has a landing area, one good sized king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a good large shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is also a large, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area – complete with wood fire and a good sized expansive entertaining deck with BBQ.
Overall, the house has plenty of comfortable and well appointed spaces for a group of 12!
** Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix or pay TV- will I have it? **
This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
A smart TV is provided, however, BYO Netflix accounts etc.
** What about outdoors? **
Four Loralyn is a 1,423m2 block of land, so there is plenty of outdoor space for everyone! Outdoor features include plenty of off street parking, a covered carport area for the kids, an undercover outdoor area downstairs, two decks upstairs, and then of course the lovely lawns that flow down to the water’s edge where you will find an outdoor fire pit and picnic table at the waters edge – perfect for watching the sunsets! Access to the water for swimming is also easy with no steep drop off and relatively shallow water.
** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **
Four Loralyn has a reverse cycle air conditioning (for heating and cooling in the main living area upstairs), ceiling fans in every bedroom and a panel heater downstairs. On a cooler day or for a winter weekend away, the wood heater upstairs will keep you warm and give great atmosphere to the room!
** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
High quality sheets and towels are provided at Four Loralyn, beds will be made up for your arrival. Please bring your own beach towels!
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.
** Parking for cars, boats etc? **
There is parking at the property for four cars, and plenty of off street parking.
** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **
Yes, your favourite pet is welcome to stay at Four Loralyn, and please note the following:
– Fenced yard – the yard is not fully fenced
– Furniture and beds – please keep your pets off all furniture and beds
– Clean up – please clean up behind your pet
** What are the minimum stay rules? **
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
