Where will I be?
Coastal Dreamer on Headland Drive is located in the much sought-after beachside suburb of Gerroa.
The Blue Swimmer Café and Restaurant is only a five minute stroll away, or Gerringong is a seven minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

Coastal Dreamer is a well laid out beach house in a fantastic location. Facing toward the long stretch of Seven Mile Beach, Coastal Dreamer is an incredible vantage point for the sun rising over the surf or setting over the rolling hills of Rose Valley and Foxground. It's easy, family friendly layout makes staying here - a dream!
How is the property laid out?
Coastal Dreamer is an impressive two storey home.
On the lower level you will find a double garage housing a table tennis table. Bedroom 4is on this level and has an ensuite, walk in wardrobe and shower.
All other areas are upstairs, which you access directly from the front foyer. As you come up to the second level you are met with a spacious living area which flows directly to the kitchen and dining areas. Glass sliding doors lead you to a large outdoor balcony with views as far as the eye can see. Bedroom 1 comes off the living room space, has a walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite attached. Bedrooms 2& 3are towards the back of the property with another bathroom and separate toilet in between.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Internet or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
The main TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Stan etc. and a Bluray/DVD player is also provided.
What about outdoors?
Heading to the backyard via gates either side of the property you find yourself coming up to the back patio and BBQ area. Small, enclosed grass areas are at the back of the block which are great to let the kids play whilst entertaining outside.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
This property is well equipped for all seasons with reverse cycle air conditioning, some ceiling fans, gas heaters, and a pedestal fan. Coastal Dreamer can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property! Please bring your favourite beach towels if you plan to enjoy a swim at Seven Mile Beach.
Parking for cars, boats etc.?
There is off street open air parking for three cars on the driveway. Free street parking is also available.
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

It’s equipped with all the essentials, plenty of linen and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need prepare and cook for many people. My favourite part about the property are the amazing views from the front balcony. So easy dealing with the team at the holidays collection. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.
A great place for two families, with many spaces for everyone. Short stroll to the beach, amazing views and clean and comfortable rooms. Recommended!
This 4 bedroom, 2 level house was delightfully comfortable and beautifully clean. All the amenities were available, there was a small hairdryer in the upstairs ensuite despite it not being on the description. A very well-stocked kitchen, with plenty of cutlery, glasses and dishes for the 9 of us. Also a few pantry staples were a great help, such as olive oil, salt and pepper, vinegar. Lots of dishwashing tablets and liquid as well as laundry liquid. It’s the little things like this that make a holiday away from home just a little bit more comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful and modern beach house with great views of 7 mile beach. The house was sparkling clean, checking in and out was a breeze and the kitchen is very well appointed for a holiday home.

However to get to a five star rating the owners should consider the following. 1.The lack of a clothes dryer in the laundry is a big negative, particularly given the showery weather we experienced. 2.The dining table seats 6...whereas this is a 9 person house !!! 3.There was no Home Manual anywhere to be found !!! 4. The front deck needs a suitable outdoor tabl setting

The house is quite spacious and the views are outstanding! The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, pots, pans, serving platters etc (probably the best stocked kitchen we’ve seen in all our trips). Easy 5 min walk down to the beach and local cafe (the walk back is uphill though). Short drive to Berry and Gerringong. Could not fault this property!

holidayh - 6th October 2020This house is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door and see the stunning view you are instantly relaxed. The house is modern and clean with fantastic facilities. The location is also perfect with a quick walk to the beach and the local shops. It is perfect for accomodation more that one family as there are two bedrooms with ensuites. There is also an additional living room so that the kids have their own space. The beautiful house would also be perfect for a girls weekend away. It really does tick all the boxes. We had a fantastic weekend and will definitely book again

George - 6th October 2020As soon as we entered, we could see the house was very clean. Modern house that is brand new. Enjoyed the location, with great views to 7 mile beach. Heating was good and Adam from the management company was very helpful in supplying an additional electric heater for 1 of the bedrooms. We recommend this property to any family or large group that needs the 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Even enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage.
