Photography

Good photography is critical in our digital world.  For that reason, we work closely with a dedicated photographer, David Venish.  Either we can coordinate your photography, or we are happy for owners to deal with David directly.  David can be contacted on 0408 535 279 or davevenish@gmail.com

If an owner chooses to use another photographer, please ensure that ALL photos are in landscape format and with dimensions of 1920 x 1280 pixels.  We also ideally require house shots, drone shots, location shots, floor plan and site plan.  If your photographer wants to take portrait shots, please ask him or her to make a collage using two portrait shots side by side.

David Venish standard photography pricing

Standard pricing is as follows, subject to understanding the exact location of the property, its size, and exactly what is required:

– Southern Highlands, Kangaroo Valley, Gerroa, Gerringong, Berry – $700 + GST

– Jervis Bay – $800 + GST

Prices include:

– Internal and external house images (25-35 images)

– Drone shots (4-8 aerial images)

– Location shots

– Floor plan

David Venish extra services pricing

The costs of extra services are as follows:

– Twilight Dusk Photography – $170 + GST

– Evacuation Diagrams – $150 + GST

– Additional 5-10 photos $150.00 + GST

– Additional floor plan, for an additional cottage / shed / stables etc $100.00 + GST

– Additional floor plan, for a second 3-4 Bed house $150.00 + GST
