The Beach Street Villas combine both Beach Street Cottage for 4 guests and Beach Street Residence for 6 guests. The property has a "one of a kind" location in Huskisson, with ocean views, beach access across the road, and a huge garden with expansive lawn areas. The Cottage is a stylishly renovated, classic beach bungalow and the Residence is immaculately presented and equipped. The Beach Street Villas are a perfect option for a family gathering of up to 10, or a respectful group of friends.

Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Saturday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
The Beach Street Villas are perfectly located in Huskisson, overlooking and directly across the road from Huskisson Beach. The cycle path between Huskisson and Vincentia is also right at your front door! The houses are set back well from the street behind a beautiful garden. There is also easy rear lane access for cars and parking.

How is the property laid out?
Beach Street Cottage is a single level, stand alone cottage with its own parking and rear lane access. The house has a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that connect to a front deck, or a side deck with BBQ. There are two bedrooms, one a queen, and a second with 2 x single beds. There is also the option to make use of a fold out single bed, but you need to BYO linen. Both bedrooms share a bathroom (shower and toilet only), and a European style laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso pod machine.
Beach Street Residence is a single level, stand alone house with its own parking and rear lane access. The house has a good sized living, dining and kitchen area, two queen bedrooms (one with en-suite and walk-in robe), a third bedroom with two single beds, and a second, shared bathroom with separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry and a side deck to the north. The home is stylish, comfortable, and spacious all at once. You will love it! The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso pod coffee machine. Please BYO pods.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WI-FI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Beach Street Cottage has 2 small but beautiful decks with ocean views. On one side is the bbq, on the other an outdoor dining area. There is also an enclosed lawn area to the front and rear of the property with open access on the south side of the adjacent property - perfect for letting supervised children play.
Beach Street Residence has a full width covered deck with ocean views. In addition, there is a side deck on the northern side of the house, and a patio at the entrance door. The home has a beautiful garden, front and back, as well as lawn areas - again front and back. Beach Street Residence shares the garden with the house next door. The garden area is fenced on 3 sides, but around the one side of Beach Street Residence, it is open to the rear laneway. So whilst mostly fenced, children will need to be supervised. Beach Street Residence also has a hot and cold outdoor shower.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
The cottage is equipped with a gas heater in the living room, and some moveable column heaters for the bedrooms + extra blankets. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the house can of course be opened up to catch any sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen, bath and beach towels are provided at this property.
Parking for cars, boats etc.?
Beach Street Cottage has laneway access behind the property with secure parking on the grass for 2 cars, behind a gate that can be closed, but not locked.
Beach Street Residence has laneway access behind the property with parking on a paved area for 2 - 3 cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Beach Street Villas is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many other pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

We had two young families stay in this property and it was fantastic for so many reasons. Close to the beach, great gardens, plenty of space and close to everything in Huskisson. Highly recommend this home.
