There is currently building work taking place across the road from this property. The work is carried out between Mon-Fri 7am – 6pm & Sat 8am – 1pm. The project completion date is unknown to our office at this point in time but if you do have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us and we will do our best to find the information you require.

Where will I be?
Blue Waves is located very centrally in Kiama, within walking distance to great shops and cafes and across the road from Surf Beach.
Why choose Blue Waves?
Blue Waves is a brand new spacious ground floor apartment in a very central location. The apartment is modern and has a large entertaining deck with well equipped BBQ.
How is the property laid out?
Blue Waves has two bedrooms, (one queen and one with twoking singles) and one bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and vanity. Ideal for either two to four adults or two adults and two children. There is a great kitchen with European Bosch appliances, dishwasher, microwave and nespresso coffee machine with pods. The lounge and dining area are open plan with stunning views of the beach and the famous Kiama rolling hills, large sliding doors open out onto the spacious deck. There is also a small laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Large undercover terrace/deck with table, seating for four and well equipped BBQ.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Blue Waves has ducted reverse - cycle air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms, and can also be opened up to take in the ocean breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Blue Waves has secure garage parking underneath the apartment for one car.There is also extra parking on the street.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. David R - 20th October 2024We were greeted by a welcoming and generous fully equipped kitchen and living area. Clever design with ample room for our family of four. The adults relaxed out on the very comfortable outdoor furniture on the covered deck and watched the surf whilst the kids commandeered the couch for their relaxation. Close to town, so walking to coffee shops and restaurants was a breeze and a daily trip to the surf beach was just a short stroll across the road. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the unit and a great location
Catherine W - 11th March 2024We enjoyed our stay at Bluewaves unit 1. The unit has everything you need, is well set out and was very fresh and clean when we arrived. Despite the tall building under construction across the road, the unit still has a beach view from the living area and front outdoor area. The noise from the construction workers was minimal. Great cafes, town and restaurants and the beach just a short walk from the unit.

Fabulous location and lovely house

The house was clean and the lovely balcony really was a perfect place to sit and relax. Th 4pm check out on a Sunday is such a bonus, giving you that whole extra day opposed to the general 10am check out

We stayed at Craig’s place for a family holiday and it was really nice. Location was fantastic and the kitchen was well equipped. Would be nice to have a bath tub for our 2 yo boy but everything else is amazing. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.
A beautiful place to stay
Michelle T - 29th December 2020Looked exactly as advertised. A lovely apartment and central to everything in Kiama. The only suggestion I could offer would to have more towels, tea towels etc. One towel for each person for a week is not enough which meant washing and drying every day. It would be more cost effective to provide more. Plus having one tea towel for the week was difficult. Also there was no salt or pepper in the containers. A small thing but worth noting.Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

The property was very clean, comfortable and had a nice view of the beach. Within walking distance to the supermarket, cafes and of course, the beach! I highly recommend staying at Blue Waves - if ever we are back in Kiama, this is where we will be staying!
