Hyams Reflections is a large, contemporary home that sleeps 11 in total comfort and style. It has a separate garden studio for two plus one, a good back yard, a large deck, and great views - a perfect family beach house or group getaway.
There is current building work taking place at the property next door.

Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Thursday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
Hyams Reflections is located on the northern side of the village in quiet Tulip Street. It is very centrally located a short walk from the cafe and the three beaches in Hyams. By being one street back from the water, it avoids much of the hustle and bustle of the busy periods, but still has great views of Jervis Bay. A great location overall!
Why choose Hyams Reflections?
A large, well designed house with a detached studio for an extra couple (or couple with child), Hyams Reflections has stunning views of the water from the living, kitchen and dining rooms, as well as the master bedroom.
How is the property laid out?
Hyams Reflections is a two storey house with a lovely detached studio in the garden. The ground / entry level has three bedrooms and a lounge with access to the back yard and studio via an entertainment deck. There is also a large, shared bathroom with spa bath, shower and heated towel rack. The upstairs level has a large open plankitchen,living and dining area (with combustion fire), a separate toilet, and the spacious master king bedroom with large shower ensuite. The kitchen, dining, living area and master bedroom access the main upstairs deck and have fantastic views to Jervis Bay. The studio in the garden has a double bed, a single couch-bed that is suitable for sleeping one child, and its own lounge, deck, shower bathroom and the laundry for the house.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Hyams Reflections has great deck areas (upstairs with wind sheltered dining table and area, downstairs, and for the studio), a good sized back yard for the kids, and a front lawn area to the street. When you come back from the beach, the house also has a very cleverly designed and useful hot and cold outdoor shower where you can get all of the sand off you, have a shower and hang up wet clothing and towels, out of sight.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Hyams Reflections has three ceilings fans: one in the master bedroom and two in the upstairs and downstairs living areas. There are also two fans downstairs too.There is a wood combustion stove upstairs along with two gas heaters as well.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen is supplied at Hyams Reflections. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is driveway parking for two cars and normally some off-street parking along Tulip Street for an additional two cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Hyams Reflections is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Are there any special Peak season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Excellent location, everything was made easy, beautiful views. Comfy beds, heavenly heated floors & towel racks in the bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Great sized backyard too.

Loved waking up to the waves on the beach and the house is light filled and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of room for a large family or two families.
