Sea Mist is located directly across from Werri Beach, and a short, easy walk to the Surf Club or beginning of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk. A quick 5 minute drive and you’re in the main street of Gerringong – a hub for shopping, cafes, resturants and a local supermarket.

Just across from the sand at Werri Beach and a short walk to local hot spots, you can’t beat Sea Mist for it’s location and features. Brand new furnishings, ample space and quality appliances mean that once you arrive at Sea Mist you’ll easily switch right into holiday mode!
It’s close proximity to the waterfront lets you wake up to the sound of the ocean, and sunrises are spectacular on both the upstairs deck or walk across the road from the property onto the beach.
How is the property laid out?
Downstairs: Walking through the front door into Sea Mist you find a Media Room to the left and the Garage entry to the right. Beside the Garage door is a powder room and opposite that is study with work space. Head straight through the entry hallway past the laundry and you’ll reach the airy kitchen, living and dining spaces, easily opening via glass sliding doors to the large backyard and BBQ areas.
Upstairs: Coming up two flights of stairs you find yourself in a generous lounge and TV area leading out to the beach side balcony. All four bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master with Queen bed,built in wardrobe and ensuite overlooks the backyard. Bedroom 3 with Queen bed, and built in wardrobe alsooverlooks the backyard. Bedroom 4 has a Double bed and built in wardrobe and opposite is Bedroom 2 with two Single beds. The main bathroom with shower, bath tub, toilet and vanityis besdie Bedroom 2.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Sea Mist has no shortage of outdoor spaces – a paved back patio flows on to a fair sized grass backyard with a BBQ area around the side. The upstairs undercover balcony provides a stunning outlook over the horizon at Werri Beach and adjacent headland.
A left hand side gate from the front of the house leads straight to an outdoor shower area – perfect for that post swim or surf wash off!
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Sea Mist provides ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating throughout for year-round comfort. The house can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets, pillows, blankets, duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property. However please bring your favorite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
A double garage is available for guest use and can fit two cars parked side by side. An additional 2 cars may also park on the driveway space.
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

Is there any special information I should know about?
Note this property is right on the bike track so feelfree to bring your bikes, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades!
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
