Surfbreak is a large, family home with direct access to Culburra Beach. Located in a quiet part of Culburra Beach but only 1.5 kilometres from the local shops, guests will find Surbreak comfortable, spacious and convenient. Open plan living upstairs leads onto the large covered deck with lounges, hammocks, occassional chairs and dining table! A great house for accommodation extended families - and all with beautiful views of the ocean and the feel of the gentle sea breeze. Where will I be?
Surfbreak is accessed via a quiet cul de sac road, and sits right on Culburra Surf Beach, with direct access through the coastal vegetation to the beach! The house is also only a few minutes drive from everything you need - grocery store, shops, cafes, bowling club and restaurants.

Surfbreak is ideal for families who need space for the adults to enjoy conversations and room for the kids to run around. Surfbreak is a well equipped home that will make beach holidays enjoyable and easy.
How is the property laid out?
The two storey house makes the most of the ocean view by having the main living area upstairs and facing the ocean. This is an open plan area with lounge room, kitchen and dining table. This opens up to the large, covered wrap-around a verandah. The master bedroom and one bathroom is located upstairs. Downstairs is 1 king and 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 2 beds and a lounge - great for kids! There is a shared bathroom downstairs with shower, bath and a separate toilet. The laundry is also downstairs.
The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee pod coffee machine.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Surfbreak has so much to offer! There is an extensive grass area between the house and the path that leads directly to the beach. Though, the covered outdoor verandah is what guests will enjoy the most as they wind down and listen to the surf breaking nearby! Enjoy long, lazy days on the lounges or a meal at the outdoor dining table. Prefer a hammock? Surfbreak has two hammocks as well! If you want to watch the sun go down, relax in the low lounge chairs that look out to the west. There are also two BBQs including a Kamado on the covered deck which allows cooking in all weather.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Open the doors to capture the sea breeze, or make use of the ceiling fans in the main living area and master bedroom. There is reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. For cooler days or winter stays there is a gas fireplace.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking on the grass for 4 cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
