Where will I be?

Set amongst the trees and a flat 200m walk from Werri Beach, Treetops at Werri is a laid back, family friendly home. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the seaside town of Gerringong to find cafes, resturants, bars and shopping – or 15 minutes to the nearby boutique towns of Berry and Kiama for a day out! Located at the Northend of Renfrew Rd, Treetops is also close to the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk.

How is the property laid out?

This property is a two storey four bedroom home, with entry through the front door on Renfrew Rd or backyard gate on Werri St.

On entering downstairs you will find two bedrooms – Bedroom 1 with a Queen and Bedroom 2 with 2 Singles – plus a laundry area leading out to the spaciousbackyard. A toilet and shower are ajacent to the laundry area.

Head up the stairs to the second storey and you hit the airy and comfortable spaces of the kitchen, living room (with Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker System)and dining area – centred between balconies either side of the house. Bedroom 3 with a Queenand Bedroom 4 with2 x Singlesare also on this level and are off to the side for quieter quarters. The main bathroom is located on this level.

What about outdoors?

Treetops at Werri has a good sized grass backyard that is fully fenced. You can enter straight off the beach via a side gate and make use of the outdoor shower.

The garage now includesa ping pong table! You may also borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

On the second storey, a covered barbeque area overlooking the backyard with spanning views to Rose Valleymakes for fantastic entertaining space whilst opposite on the same level an additional balcony catches the morning sun – the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea!

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

During the warmer months the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. In the cooler months a gas heater is available to keep you warm in the open plan lounge and dining area. Portable heaters are also provided for use in the bedrooms.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality linen and bath towels are provided at Treetops at Werri – though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Treetops at Werri has parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles.Street parking is also available on Renfrew Rd, and there is alternate access to the backyard via a gate on Werri Street.

Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

Yes! Treetops at Werri is pet friendly.

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house

Absolutely no dogs on anyfurniture or in any of the bedrooms

Orchard Cottage is a two storey cottage set in the orchard of Little Forrest. The cottage has a warm, rustic ambience and is comfortable for groups up to four people. Downstairs is a wonderful social area, consisting of the kitchen and living area. Combined with a wood heater, this is the perfect area to curl up with a book or to watch a movie. Upstairs is a large combined sleeping area with bathroom.

** Where will I be? **

Orchard Cottage is located within the Little Forest complex, a collection of 7 cottages spread across 42 acres of grounds. Your cottage will have its own private spaces, but please be aware that other guests may be around as well. There are two other cottages as well as the Angas Carriage in immediate proximity to your cottage so please do expect to occasionally see your neighbours. Communal spaces include the lawns, gardens, driveway and trails, but you will have plenty of privacy as well. The Little Forest complex has a bush setting and is circled on one side by the Sydney – Melbourne railway line. As a result, trains are audible at times, and for any kids, part of the fun! Little Forest also has various trails throughout its 42 acres, but please keep children supervised at all times due to wildlife, unfenced dams and trains.

Oatley Cottage was originally built in 1910 in the Sydney suburb of Oatley. It was transported to Little Forrest in 2009 and lovingly restored. The cottage has a wonderful homely feel to it and is a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day exploring the Southern Highlands.

Oatley Cottage is reached down a tree-lined country drive way. You approach the house through beautiful gardens and enter into a charming country kitchen and dining area. The front door opens into a light, timber lined hall way off which you will find the three bedrooms. At the end of the hallway is the open plan living and dining area with large country kitchen. The bathroom and laundry lead off from this open plan area. The verandah runs the length of the back and one side of the house. There is a barbeque and plenty of outdoor seating out there to enjoy in the warmer months.

This has been achieved with a water tank, low energy hot water system and enviro cycle septic system. The cottage makes use of recycled timber, windows and materials. Just over an hours drive from Sydney, Alpine Lodge is the perfect luxury country getaway. There is a glass sliding door out onto a large rear deck where you can overlook the surrounding bushland.

A large foyer with vaulted ceiling that features a white piano is located behind the kitchen wall. Pass through the double doors into the formal dining room and raised formal lounge room which features the double sided fireplace, glass windows that bring light and sunshine indoors and allow guests to enjoy the views. (The hallway in front of the piano leads to the actual front door. The foundations have sunk slightly and the front door is now extremely difficult to open and close hence why we use the side entrance off the carport) At the end of the hallway beside the front door there is another set of white double doors that leads into the spacious home office with a desk. Where The Forest Meets The Sea – 4pm Check Out Sundays

Like the idea of going to sleep with the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore? This delightful townhouse right on the beach, allows you to do just that. With access to the beach from a short bush path, you can wander the white sands of Jervis Bay or head directly to the National Park, also at your doorstep. This home is complete with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and there are electric heaters in the living room and master bedroom. There is a large gas log fire in the lounge room and the property is also provided with lots of blankets to keep everyone warm and cosy during the cooler winter months.

Whale Watch is a one bedroom, one bathroom house. Perfect for couples.The bedroom has a queen bed, and the modern bathroom/laundry has a shower, vanity, toilet, washer and dryer.

There are two living areas, the first at the front of the house with a smart TV, DVD player, Foxtel, gas log fireplace and ocean views. The second living area opens to the back courtyard and has a big sofa and second TV.The huge kitchen is well equipped with electric hotplate and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Villa San Gabriel is ideally located in Vincentia. The local shopping precinct is across the road and it is a two minute walk to Collingwood Beach. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee Park are all a short drive away.

When you enter Villa San Gabriel you will find yourself on the ground level of the home. On this floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two singles, the other with a tri-bunk and single bed. There is also a bathroom and the laundry which has an adjacent shower and toilet.

Upstairs you walk into the open plan living area with spacious kitchen, generous lounge and the dining area, from which you access the large, north facing balcony. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have queen beds, and the second bathroom.
