This high end home has an impressive outdoor seating area, with a spacious backyard and of course the large swimming pool! Inside, recently fully renovated, you will be imprssed by the high quality finishes, including a top of the range kitchen and comfortable living areas. ** How is the property laid out? **

When you enter Vukeville you will find yourself in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which opens onto the large undercover patio. Down the hall you will find the bathroom and three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a separate activity area with a lounge and TV near the bunk room, and a European laundry off the entrance.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

Complimentary WiFi is offered at Vukeville, however without any guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

** What about outdoors? **

The outdoor areas at Vukeville are second to none. The large, secure backyard backs onto the cycle path, the perfect way to explore the local beaches. Of course you also have use of the large, recently renovated swimming pool. The spacious under cover patio offers a great area to sit back and watch the world go by. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off sand when you come back from the beach.

There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living area, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. You can also open the windows and doors to catch the breeze in the warmer months.

** How is the property laid out? **

When you enter Surfscape through the spacious entry foyer you will find yourself on the ground level with three bedrooms: two with a queen bed each and one with two sets of bunk beds, along with a bathroom with full size bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, enjoy the very spacious kitchen,and gather around the impressive dining table. The lounge area, with fire place and 65 inch TV boasts views of Seven Mile Beach. The master bedroom, with a king bed, has a two-way en-suite to the rear lounge. There are four smart TVs on the property all with inbuilt Netflix so you can continue watching your favourite shows.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary fast wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Enjoy outdoor living at its finest! Make the most of summer in the new pool that looks onto neighbouring farmland affording you privacy. BBQ on the fully covered rear deck or admire the water views from the front deck. You will find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after spending the day at the beach.

Surfscape has reverse cycle central air conditioning upstairs, along with ceiling fans and louvered windows. The house has been cleverly designed to catch the breeze when you open the louvres and doors during summer. In the winter the combustion fire will keep you warm and cosy as you watch the changing surfscape from our oversized lounges.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen and bath towels are supplied at Surfscape. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

There is parking in the double garage, as well as room for up to three cars on the driveway.

Take Time is situated at the southern end of Hyams in relaxing bush surrounds. It is only a 300 metre walk to the main beach at Hyams, and an easy walk to the Cafe. Its pocket of Hyams also has lovely bird and a pretty creek nearby.

Open plan living in a bush setting with an open fire for cosy nights, this expansive house is big enough to accommodate a large group with privacy. Please be aware that this is a casual, comfortable, older style beach house, as per the photos

** How is the property laid out? **** **

This large family home has six bedrooms – three upstairs and one downstairs (accessed via a spiral staircase), and two additional bedrooms in adownstairs flat with separate access. The main house also has a kids games room equipped with a fusball machine. The upstairs living area is expansive and the kitchen has modern appliances. The home has two bathrooms – one for upstairs and one for downstairs, plus an internal laundry.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix and Pay TV – will I have it? **

NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

** What about outdoors? **

The rear yard is fully fenced with a smaller secure pet area. There are two outdoor showers on either side of the property. There are upstairs and downstairs decks, a rear BBQ area and an outdoor firepit – plenty of speace for the kids to run around, and for entertaining!

Spindrift is ideally located between two fantastic beaches – family friendly Kendalls Beach and Easts Beach. There is a local tapas bar and cafe just a short walk from the house. There are 4 bedrooms, the two front rooms each have a queen bed and the two other rooms have one set of bunk beds and a trundle in each.
