Orion Blue Beach Stay is an immaculate, pet friendly, beachfront holiday home in Vincentia, only moments from Orion Beach. You will enjoy views through a lovely fringe of coastal trees to Jervis Bay, and the property is located only 20 metres from stairs that take you directly to Orion Beach. The cycle path is in front and goes north to Huskisson and south to Plantation Point, Nelson Beach and Blenheim Beach. With three bedrooms, Orion Blue Beach Stay can sleep up to 6, but we ask that you limit your party to a maximum of 4 adults, or 2 adults with 4 children. There is also a 15 Amp power outlet for guests needing to charge an electric car. Finally, please note that parties are not allowed at this property.

Orion Blue Beach Stay is well located in Vincentia, overlooking Orion Beach. Access stairs to the beach are a 20 metre walk away. The Vincentia shops are a short drive, or 15 minute walk away. Huskisson can be accessed by bike along the bike path (approximately 6km), or within 10 minutes if driving.

Orion Blue Beach Stay is one side of a duplex but has completely separate undercover parking, access and privacy. You enter the house into a long hallway which leads you down split levels, past two bedrooms into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. This area opens onto a patio area and fenced in lawn – perfect for kids and pets. Upstairs is a second living space with single bed, and a spacious balcony with views over Jervis Bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto pod machine, supplied with some pods. A variety of teas is also provided.

For the pets, there is a dog door leading from the living area to the fenced lawn on the ocean side of the property.

A cot and high chair are provided for children.

Set in the leafy surrounds of Burradoo, Narran offers guests a truly luxurious experience. The house was originally built in 1934 and has been lovingly restored to include all of the modern comforts, while maintaining it’s art-deco charm. Nights at Narran can be enjoyed on the plush lounge in front of the beautiful gas fireplace, or around the dining table enjoying a meal created in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. When you do venture out, the shops and cafes of Bowral are only a 5 minute drive away.

Adjoining the dining room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, coffee machine with pods supplied and dishwasher. To the right is the lounge room, with gas fireplace, smart tv, 3 seater lounge and 2 comfortable arm chairs. Directly ahead is the powder room and laundry with washer/dryer. Upstairs you find the two bedrooms, both with king beds and high-thread count linen. Connecting the bedrooms is a sitting area with coffee bar and seating for 2. Tasman Drive is a split level home on three levels:

On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with leather sofas, large flat screen TV, PS4, adjoining decks and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern and sleek and has quality appliances. There are also two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and large wooden cot, and the second with a queen bed only. Adjacent to these is a shared bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

On the upper level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and views to the beach. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet plus an outdoor luxury limestone freestanding bath – something unique! Stainless steel louvres and smoked glass balustrades allow you to bathe outdoors in privacy while enjoying the spectacular view!

The basement floor is designed for the kids games room and kids bedroom. The kids bedroom has twin single beds (with small trundle beds underneath for young children sleeping up to four in this room on request), flat screen TV and PS3. The games room has a pool table, fusball and table tennis table. There is also a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Tasman Drive has wide decks or marble terraces on all levels. There is outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ facing the mountain views to the west. Seascape is a lovely bush retreat, only minutes walk from Blenheim Beach. This clean, modern and well equipped house offers plenty of room to move or relax in the natural bush settings.

** Where will I be? **

Seascape is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is an easy eightminute walk to Blenheim Beach via the beach track at the back of the house, a ten minute walk to Greenfield Beach and from there only another 15 minute walk to Hyams Beach.

Seascape is set alongside a bush reserve (its north and eastern boundaries), and has easy access along a bush track to Blenheim Beach – giving very safe and easy access to Jervis Bay.

** Why choose Seascape at Blenheim? **

The house offers two large decks, perfect for entertaining. The upper deck leads off the living room and wraps back around to the front of the house offering fantastic views of the surrounding bushland.

Saltwood at Hyams is located at the southern end of Hyams Beach in a circuit that backs on to the Jervis Bay National Park. It is a quiet bush setting, with a huge array of birdlife, but only a very short stroll to Hyams Beach and just around the corner from the Hyams Beach Cafe.

The property has a lovely deck overlooking the bush surrounds. It is only across the road from the Jervis Bay National Park which also borders Booderee National Park. The house is expansive and can cater to a large group.

Saltwood at Hyams is a large and spacious two storey home with an open plan living area off the kitchen downstairs that fronts on to the deck. The bedrooms are generous in size and offer a number of different bedding requirements.

Upstairs has two very large bedrooms – each with one queen bed. Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, and both have access to a balcony that overlooks the lovely bush reserve behind the house.

Pinko’s is in the perfect location, within easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment is neat, tidy and very spacious – it feels more like a house than an apartment. Great views of Seven Mile beach from the living/dining area and front deck.

** How is the property laid out? **
Pinko’s is a large two level apartment with two bedrooms, one located downstairs with queen bed and built in wardrobe and one upstairs with two king single beds and built in wardrobe.There is also an upstairs living area with double sofa bed that can be used as a third bedroom.

There is one bathroom downstairs with shower, bath, vanity and toilet.

The kitchen, dining and living are spacious and open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plate, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine,and ironing facilities. The living area has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the balcony. There is a shared laundry with washing machine around the back of the apartment complex.

** WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it? **

Nanny and Poppy’s Beach House has everything you need for a perfect beach holiday – literally. It sleeps 9 across 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite. It has stunning views of Seven Mile Beach, an upstairs outdoor deck with opening verandah roof, bistro blinds, gas BBQ, gas outdoor heater &spa, an indoor deck for windy days, a lawn area downstairs, short cut to the beach, outdoor hot & cold shower, baby equipment, fantastic kitchen and living area….and the rest. The views are to die for, the spa is a bonus, and if it is windy, you still have a lovey, internal deck area where you can sit and enjoy the views. The house is spacious and comfortable, with lovely natural light in the open plan living / kitchen area which has high cathedral ceilings.

The owners also kindly supply spa towels, wifi, Netflix, 2 x kayaks, a beach umbrella, kidstoys and boogie boards for your use!

** Is there any special information I should know about? **

The owners live upstairs in a totally separate unit. They will not disturb you at all during your stay and sound does not travel between the levels. The owners will however report any unruly, noisy or inappropriate behaviour to us as the managing agents. Please be aware of this, making the house suitable only for families or respectful groups. No party groups – thanks!

** How is the property laid out? **

The unit is laid out on one split level. You have your own private entrance and hot and cold outdoor shower, and once inside, there are 4 bedrooms, 2en-suites, 1 powder room,1 shared bathroom. One of the 4 bedrooms is a large kids room with queen bed, single bed and bean bags. Bedroom 3 also has a small annexe with cot and changing table, perfect for a couple with very young children. There is an internal laundry which includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. From the laundry there isside access to the garden level as one steps up into the main living area. This is a very large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen room with cathedral ceilings. The living area connects to the intenal deck, as well as the external deck which has the spa and gas BBQ plus plenty of outdoor seating.

Stairs also lead down from the large external deck to a lower level where you will find a newly renovatedfull outdoor bathroom, a grassed / lawn area, an undercover area below the decks above, and steps that lead to the short cut to the beach.

** WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary NBN WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The owners also allow you to use their Netflix and Fetch TV accounts. ** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

This property has air conditioning in both the living area and the large kids bedroom – for both heating and cooling. Every bedroom in the house has ceiling fans and wall heaters. The house can be opened up as much as possible to catch the ocean breeze. In cooler months, if the reverse cycle air conditioning is not enough, there is also a fireplace! There is also an outdoor gas heater on the deck.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

High quality sheets and towels are provided including a towel for use in the Spa. Please bring your own beach towels as well if you plan to visit Seven Mile Beach, Shoalhaven, or other nearby beaches!

Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

This property has 3 to 4 secure off street parking spaces dependant on the size of each vechicle. Access is fairly tight and best suited to small/normal sized cars. If parking is tight or difficult, there is additional parking diagonally across the road.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Yes, Nanny & Poppy’s Beach House is pet friendly. The yard is fully fenced. Please keep any dogs off the furniture or beds. Please also clean up behind your canine friend! Cats and other pets are also welcome upon request.
