If you do have a special occasion or celebration in mind that falls within reasonable use of the property by you as a guest, please contact us with full details so that we can consider your request. If you hold an unapproved event at Earlsbrae, your full cash bond will be forfeited.

** Security at Earlsbrae **

Due to the quality and nature of Earlsbrae, external security cameras are located at both entry gates, and at the external doors of the house. There are no internal cameras. The security cameras are used as needed to monitor vehicle movements and to ensure that the property is used for agreed purposes by the agreed number of guests.

Earlsbrae is located a 15 minute stroll or quick drive from Bowral’s restaurants, cafes and shops. The surrounding towns of Mittagong, Berrima and Moss Vale, as well as local wineries and key wedding venues are also all within easy driving distance.

** How is the property laid out? **

Earlsbrae is accessed through an ornate cast iron gate which leads to a driveway that winds through the property’s established gardens. Guests then have access to the large and stately main house that sleeps 14 and a separate loft style cottage that sleeps 5.

The main house has three bedrooms downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs, and two additional bedrooms, one of which is a very good quality queen sofa bed in a study room. The master bedroom downstairs has its own large en-suite, two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom, and each of the upstairs bedrooms has it own shower / toilet bathroom – a total of four bathrooms for five bedrooms.

The cottage has one bedroom upstairs with a double bed and single bed, plus a good quality queen sofa bed downstairs. The cottage has its own ktichen, living area and a shared toilet / shower bathroom upstairs.

The main house has a number of generous, luxurious and beautiful common areas – a large open plan kitchen / dining room, a formal lounge, a second formal dining room, a large billiard room, an internal laundry, outdoor entertaining decks, a fire pit, and extra bathrooms for visitors.

In the main house, Earlsbrae has central gas heating thoughout that rises from floor ventsand 2 working fireplaces that can be usedfor the cooler months. The two upstairs bedrooms have split system airconditioners for either heating or cooling. The open plan ktichen / dining room also has its own splitsystem airconditioner, and the two adjacent bedrooms have electric heaters. Finally, some of the bathrooms have under floor heating.

The cottage has its own fireplace and firewood suppy, as well as a split system airconditioner downstairs and upstairs.

Where will I be?

Set amongst the trees and a flat 200m walk from Werri Beach, Treetops at Werri is a laid back, family friendly home. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the seaside town of Gerringong to find cafes, resturants, bars and shopping – or 15 minutes to the nearby boutique towns of Berry and Kiama for a day out! Located at the Northend of Renfrew Rd, Treetops is also close to the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk.

On entering downstairs you will find two bedrooms – Bedroom 1 with a Queen and Bedroom 2 with 2 Singles – plus a laundry area leading out to the spaciousbackyard. A toilet and shower are ajacent to the laundry area.

Head up the stairs to the second storey and you hit the airy and comfortable spaces of the kitchen, living room (with Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker System)and dining area – centred between balconies either side of the house. Bedroom 3 with a Queenand Bedroom 4 with2 x Singlesare also on this level and are off to the side for quieter quarters. The main bathroom is located on this level.

What about outdoors?

Treetops at Werri has a good sized grass backyard that is fully fenced. You can enter straight off the beach via a side gate and make use of the outdoor shower.

The garage now includesa ping pong table! You may also borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

On the second storey, a covered barbeque area overlooking the backyard with spanning views to Rose Valleymakes for fantastic entertaining space whilst opposite on the same level an additional balcony catches the morning sun – the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea!

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

During the warmer months the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. In the cooler months a gas heater is available to keep you warm in the open plan lounge and dining area. Portable heaters are also provided for use in the bedrooms.

High quality linen and bath towels are provided at Treetops at Werri – though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Treetops at Werri has parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles.Street parking is also available on Renfrew Rd, and there is alternate access to the backyard via a gate on Werri Street.

The Deck is an ultra-modern and architecturally designed threestorey house with high quality fixtures and fittings. It is styled with beautiful timber panelling that contrasts with the light tones of the house to create a relaxed atmosphere and good energy. Entrance to the house is via the ground floor where you will find three of the four bedrooms. There are three luxurious bathrooms, a living room, deck, pool (including baby pool) and spa also on this level. You can also access the lower, fenced rear garden from here. Upstairs you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and main living area with a stunning view of the ocean. There is a large 180 degree deck and fourth bedroom on this level also. On the lower floor there are laundry facilities and an extra toilet and shower.

The spa can also be accessed from the main bedroom deck. Children must be supervised at all times.The door from the living room to the pool can be locked for peace of mind.

The Deck has ducted heating and cooling in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for the cooler months.

The Deck has solar heating only for the pool – not electric or gas heating.  The pool will only be as warm as the weather permits and no assurances whatsoever can be given by us or the owner as to the pool temperature.  Please be aware of this.

Kirriemuir is a luxurious and beautifully decorated retreat in Burradoo – ideal for 3 couples. Families may also stay of course, but due to the nature of this house, children under 8 are not permitted – sorry! The home is stylish, sumptuous and equipped with everything you could wish for – including complimentary home roasted coffee, wine and other treats upon arrival. Beds are super comfortable, the garden is large and you will be very centrally located – so a perfect base for exploring the Southern Highlands!

Families are of course welcome at Kirriemuir, but due to the nature of this house, children under 8 are not permitted – sorry! The open gas fireplace and the quality and value of furniture and other decorative items in this house are the reasons for this rule.

Kirriemuir is within easy driving distance of Bowral town, Moss Vale, and all wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions. The local pony club grounds and the beautiful Burradoo Park are an easy walk from the house and highly recommended.

The Estuary House is architecturally designed and master built in 2019. The contemporary design ushers in elements of the outdoors into the luxurious indoor space. The house is in a stunning waterfront location, complete with infinity pool and private jetty.

** Where will I be? **

Estuary House is located in the tranquil hamlet of Basin View, with private waterfront access to St Georges Basin. Basin View is at the western end of St Georges Basin, and is the only location where deeper water jetties can be found (water depth approximately 1.2m). Basin View also has a good public boat ramp located only 700 metres from the house.

** Why choose The Estuary House? **

The Estuary House oozes style, luxury, relaxation and tranquility. Its waterfront setting, pool deck, beautiful views, and private jetty force you to relax! The Estuary House is on one level, and steps down through the pool area to a good sized lawn that extends to the water’s edge. The layout is open plan in the living areas, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all in one wing – making the house compact yet spacious at the same time.

Chestnut Trees is a beautiful, architect designed home, set on 2 acres and within walking distance of Burrawang’s cafe, pub and main street. The home has a separate master bedroom wing, cathedral ceilings, generous open plan living areas, plenty of natural light, and beautiful trees and gardens (including of course Chestnut Trees!). It is a perfect, stylish and quintessential Southern Highlands getaway for 6!

** Where will I be? **

Chestnut Trees is located in Burrawang Village, within walking distance of the pub, General Store Cafe, the renowned Maugers Meats butcher, and many historic buildings in the main street. Burrawang is arguably one of the prettiest villages in the Southern Highlands, and is close enough to also be a base for any event or wedding in Bowral, Mittagong or Moss Vale. Robertson town is also only a 5 minute drive away.

** Why choose Chestnut Trees? **

Chestnut Trees oozes style, grace, and tranquility. The home is architect designed and that is evident in the space, flow and natural light of the house. The gardens and lawns are beautiful, and you are able to walk to Burrawang village. The vehicle access road that you will use – Harman Street – is also a quiet cul de sac with no through traffic at all.

** How is the property laid out? **

Chestnut Trees is all on one level and as per the floor plan has a living / dining / kitchen wing, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom as a second wing, and a master bedroom with en-suite, second kitchenette and second living room as a third wing.

There is also an internal laundry, large pantry, entry hallway and use of a lock up garage.

The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine that requires ground coffee and has a milk steamer. Please clean it properly after use for the benefit of the next guest.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix and Pay TV – will I have it? **

Chestnut Trees has complimentary WiFi. Whilst the service is generally reliable, it cannot be 100% guaranteed and no compensation will be paid if wifi is faulty.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

** What about outdoors? **

Chestnut Trees has plenty of outdoor options – a BBQ area, beautiful lawn areas and plenty of trees and garden areas to explore! There is also a shortcut path behind the hedge at the garage which takes you down the hill, across a timber walkway and up to Burrawang village along an extension of George Street. There is no need to walk along Harman Street to get to town!

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Chestnut Trees has ducted central heating and airconditioning in two wings of the house, and a split system airconditioner in the third wing. The house can also be opened up to let in fresh highlands air – especially the living room!

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen and bath towels are provided at Chestnut Trees.

** Parking for cars? **

There is parking for 1 car in the lock up garage, and space for 3 additional cars on the designated parking area as you are driving in.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

A lovely, spacious house surrounded on all sides by beautiful gardens which were home to adorable bunnies. The interiors of the house are just as lovely as they are pictured, and the surrounds are even nicer than they seemed in photos. We had a fantastic and relaxing time in this house – there is enough room for everyone to spread out. It is an easy walk to the Burrawang Village Hotel and General Store which are the only options for dinner and breakfast, made even nicer by a small trail and boardwalk accessed at the back of the property which cuts out quite a bit of road. It’s worth remembering there are no shops in town besides the cafe and pub so bring everything you need with you. We’ve already recommended this beautiful house to friends and family and plan to return ourselves.

Just over an hours drive from Sydney, Alpine Lodge is the perfect luxury country getaway. Set on 22 acres, this architecturally designed home boasts beautiful bush views and luxurious modern amenities. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen and generous living spaces, Alpine Lodge can accommodate up to 10 people.

** Where will I be? **

Alpine Lodge is located approximately 10 minutes drive from Mittagong. Bowral is a 15 minute drive away. This is the perfect location for those who want a secluded retreat to come home to after a day enjoying all the Southern Highlands has to offer.

** Why choose Alpine Lodge? **

Alpine lodge is just over one hours drive from Sydney but feels a world away. You will enjoy a beautiful, tranquil bush setting that attracts wildlife including kangaroos, wombats and many types of birds. Inside you will enjoy beautiful, architecturally designed living spaces with high quality furnishings and appliances. Wedding venues, wineries, cafes and restaurants are all with easy driving distance.

** How is the property laid out? **

Enter via the side door off the carport into the fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage. This space doubles as a mudroom with shower, vanity & WC at the far end.

Continue through the impressive kitchen with induction stove, Miele oven, steamer, heat tray, microwave (4 in 1 unit), double drawer dishwasher, fridge, caesarstone benchtops, bar stools.

From the kitchen the property opens up into a spacious casual dining/living room with floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a massive paved outdoor terrace. The lounge faces a gorgeous sandstone feature wall. Take the steps beside the sandstone feature wall to enter the rumpus room with 2 seater lounge, wall mounted big screen TV. Also on this level is a bathroom, & two bedrooms one with a queen bed and built in, and the other with 2x king singles & built in. There is a glass sliding door out onto a large rear deck where you can overlook the surrounding bushland.

A large foyer with vaulted ceiling that features a white piano is located behind the kitchen wall. Pass through the double doors into the formal dining room and raised formal lounge room which features the double sided fireplace, glass windows that bring light and sunshine indoors and allow guests to enjoy the views. (The hallway in front of the piano leads to the actual front door. The foundations have sunk slightly and the front door is now extremely difficult to open and close hence why we use the side entrance off the carport) At the end of the hallway beside the front door there is another set of white double doors that leads into the spacious home office with a desk. There is a powder room opposite the staircase to the upper level.

Upstairs is a sitting room, home theatre with balcony behind the blackout curtains, and three bedrooms; two with queen beds & built-ins plus access to a balcony. On this level you will also find the master bedroom with king bed, occasional chair by the windows perfect for reading, wall mounted TV, walk in robe, & two way bathroom with underfloor heating, heated towel racks, bath, shower, & vanity.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it? **

Alpine Lodge provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan.

Alpine Lodge is set on 22 Acres. The house is surrounded by gardens and manicured lawns. Beyond the lawns is bushland which attracts a range of wildlife that can be viewed from the expansive outdoor entertaining area.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool? **

There are heated, polished concrete floors throughout the house. Between the formal dining room and the lounge room is a double sided gas fireplace which warms both areas. The ensuite bathroom features underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.

For the warmer months there is reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house.

Alpine Lodge has a carport plus open air driveway parking spaces. Sorry, the garage is not for guest use.

This amazing rural retreat features two homes and a pool overlooking lush acres and mountains. The main house features high raked ceilings, stone beach tops and a luxurious kitchen. The nearby cottage features a wood fire place and comfortable living area.

Whispering Pines is a perfect rural retreat but with modern comforts. Ideal for two or three families, a group of friends, or a girls’ getaway weekend, you will not find a better holiday home than this spacious six bedroom property on acreage, with swimming pool and firepit.

** How is the property laid out? **

Whispering Pines has a main house and a cottage that are roughly 50m apart from one another. The main house is a single level property with six bedrooms; the master Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom has views into back garden, walk in wardrobe and TV. Bedrooms Two, Three, Four and Five are all spacious Queen bedrooms, with hanging space and TVs. Bedroom Six has two single beds, and a TV.

There are three bathrooms; an ensuite, main bathroom with a huge corner bath looking out over the lush green garden, frameless shower, double vanity plus toilet, and the third bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Hand and body wash is provided for each guest.

There is a modern farm style kitchen, and the living/dining area is spacious, open plan, light, airy, clean and fresh. There is a dining table to seat 12, large wrap around couch, remote control gas fireplace and a hallway nook with a library of books.

The cottage has a combined living and dining area. There is a kitchen with a bar fridge, oven, cooktop and microwave. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, the other has two sets of bunks. Both bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom which has a vanity, shower and toilet.

Whispering Pines is set on 20 lush level acres. Lush green lawns surround an inground, saltwater pool. The pool has a glass fence around it and there is an entertaining area with two sun loungers, outdoor table, umbrella and BBQ. There is also an undercover patio that surrounds the property with benches to sit on and take in the view and a paved area with a firepit.

The main house has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and a gas fireplace for the cooler months. The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort.
