Normandie Park is a 206 acre working cattle farm, set in the green pastures of Exeter and featuring a stunning modernist home. The home was built in 1962 by renowned architects Allen Jack + Cottier. Built in the modernist pavilion style, it is surrounded by established gardens and paddocks filled with grazing cattle. Large windows in every room bring in views of the gardens and pastures, giving you a wonderful sense of place. The lounge room opens onto a large verandah, a perfect space to sit and enjoy the country atmosphere. During the colder months you can relax in front of the fireplace. Outside you can walk the grounds, explore the established gardens and view the grazing angas steers. When you stay at Normandie Park you will get a unique taste of Southern Highlands rural life, without being too far from the shops, restaurants and cafes of the surrounding townships.

Normandie Park is a 5 minute drive from the town of Exeter. Moss Vale is a 10 minute drive, and Bowral a 25 minute drive away. The St. Maur and Sally’s Corner vineyards are just down the road. The wineries, wedding venues and other attractions of the Southern Highlands are all within easy driving distance.

**How is the property laid out?**

You approach the house up a long driveway that winds its way past cow paddocks and underneath long established trees. When you arrive at the house, you enter through the large front door into the entry foyer. Turning left off the foyer takes you to four of the five bedrooms, two with ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Turning right off the entry foyer takes you into the large living room with lounges, large television, fireplace and stunning views over the established gardens. Adjoining the living room is the dining room with a large dining table. There is a large, modern kitchen fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils. The kitchen opens onto an internal courtyard with bbq and outdoor dining table. Moving past the kitchen you will find two more bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, and the laundry with washer and dryer.

This property does have Wi-Fi. A username and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

Normandie Park is a working cattle farm with extensive grounds. Guests are welcome to explore the gardens and lawns surrounding the house.

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Normandie Park.

Like the idea of going to sleep with the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore? This delightful townhouse right on the beach, allows you to do just that. With access to the beach from a short bush path, you can wander the white sands of Jervis Bay or head directly to the National Park, also at your doorstep. On the other hand, you might choose to sit and enjoy the peaceful bay view from your outdoor dining area. This home will give you the ultimate Hyams holiday experience!

** Where will I be? **

This home is located at the southern end of Hyams Beach village in and end block on a very quiet street. It faces Hyams’ main beach and is adjacent to the bush but only a stroll from the Hyams Beach Café.

** Why choose Bush Song? **

This home has recently undergone significant updates. Inside you will find quality linen and furnishings. There is one bedroom upstairs and two at the back of the house and all of the living areas are at the front facing the beach. The paved outdoor entertainment nook fronts on to a lovely little garden area where there is a bush track down to the beach.

** How is the property laid out? **

There are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and the other with a king single bed (child guests only). All have built-ins and a ceiling fan. The upstairs main bedroom also has an en-suite and private balcony. There is a bath and separate laundry, and open plan kitchen and dining that overlooks the sunken lounge. This gives access to the outdoors via a glass sliding door.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

** What about outdoors? **

There is a lovely communal garden/lawn just beyond the paved outdoor BBQ area which has an awning. Beyond the lawn is native bush which leads down to the beautiful Hyams Beach. The property has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

This home is complete with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and there are electric heaters in the living room and master bedroom. There is a large gas log fire in the lounge room and the property is also provided with lots of blankets to keep everyone warm and cosy during the cooler winter months.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

This home does supply linen. Please remember to bring your own beach towels though!

** Parking for cars? **

Secure garage parking for one car. There is free on street parking available in Lister Court.

Unwind in stylish comfort! This tastefully renovated and well furnished home adjoining the Jervis Bay National Park has an enormous deck with views, views, views! Close to the beach, but far enough from the crowds, Unwind at Hyams Beach will draw you back again and again.

Unwind has a steepish driveway, but is easily navigable if you take care.

Unwind at Hyamsis located on the uphill side of Tulip Street, equidistant to Little Hyams and Chinamans Beach. The cottage is a relaxed beach house with expansive views over Jervis Bay. The new large deck has a commanding position allowing easy outdoor living in a private protected space. There is also a good garden for the kids which adjoins native bushland at the rear of the property.

** Why choose Unwind? **

Unwind has amazing views, a good garden, and is casual and comfortable. It offers great value for money and is a great option either for couples or a family.

** How is thr property laid out? **

Unwind is accessed from sliding doors off the new front deck. There is space for parking two cars under the deck. The door opens into open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area. The main bedroom is at the front of the house. The second bedroom is located off the lounge area and the third new large bedroom is in a quiet location at the back of the house.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

** What about outdoors? **

Unwind has a good, mostly natural garden. The new large deck has views over the whole of the bay and to the bush at the rear of the property. The deck has an outdoor table with seating for eight and a gas barbecue for your use.

The Lake House at Erowal Bay is a rustic family home which can sleep up to 12. A large open kitchen has a small dining table. The main living area offers a large dining table, a sofa and armchairs and a central wood fire and looks directly out to the waters of Erowal Bay on St Georges Basin. The front of the house has a large bedroom with a queen size bed and sun lounge, another bedroom with a double bed and armchair, and a bunk room for six with an additional double sofa bed. The bathroom and laundry are both large and well equipped. At the back of the house, leading off the porch, is a lovely parent’s retreat with water views, a queen size bed, a two seater sofa and an ensuite.

The Beachstead is a single storey home with the garage below the house.There are three bedrooms: Bedroom One with one queen bed, TV, wardrobe and ensuite;Bedroom Two with one double bed and wardrobe, and Bedroom Three with one king single bed and one trundle bed.

There are two bathrooms, the main with bath, shower, vanity and toilet, the second is an ensuite to the main bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

Take Time at Hyams Beach – 4pm Check Out Sundays

Take Time is a basic, older style, yet large and affordable beach house that sleeps up to 12 people. Please book it as such, with the photos accurately depicting the house and its furnishings. It has a fully self contained flat downstairs that is rented with the rest of the house. Take Time is suitable for a large family gathering or a group who wants a casual, comfortable and well priced beach house.

** Please note: **

Take Time is located particularly close to some of the neighbouring properties, so please keep noise levels down and please take entertaining inside after 10pm.

** Where will I be? **

Take Time is situated at the southern end of Hyams in relaxing bush surrounds. It is only a 300 metre walk to the main beach at Hyams, and an easy walk to the Cafe. Its pocket of Hyams also has lovely bird and a pretty creek nearby.

This large family home has six bedrooms – three upstairs and one downstairs (accessed via a spiral staircase), and two additional bedrooms in adownstairs flat with separate access. Spinifex is perfect for families, with two generous living areas, one upstairs for the adults and one downstairs for the kids. The property is surrounded by trees and has beautiful ocean views from the upstairs balcony, living area and master bedroom.

** How is the property laid out? **

Spinifex is a split level property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the upper level there are two queen rooms, one with newly rennovated ensuite and another room with two single beds. The main bathroom is also on this level with bath, shower and separate toilet.

On the lower level is the open plan living/dining area flowing out to the front deck. The living area has two threeseater lounges, a flat screen TV, DVD player and selection of DVD’s. The kitchen is modern with gas hotplates, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate sitting/sun room overlooking the beach with a CD player and selection of magazines to enjoy.

Downstairs is a second living/dining area with dining table that seats eight, a lounge and bookshelf with a wonderful assortment of books and games. There is also a third bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and laundry with washer and dryer. There is a table tennis table.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

Spinifex has complimentary WiFi. Whilst the service is generally reliable, it cannot be 100% guaranteed and no compensation will be paid if wifi is faulty.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

** What about outdoors? **

The balcony off the living/dining room has an outdoor dining setting with views over the back garden and Seven Mile Beach. Downstairs there is a second undercover outdoor dining area with BBQ and another outdoor setting.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living/dining area and main bedroom, the other bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric oil fin heaters. Downstairs there is agas heater.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

There is carport parking for one car and off street, open air parking for another car possibly two depending on their size.

Shanti is a comfortable, well priced cottage that has a lovely gardens, especially at the rear. The house is pet friendly and has a fully fenced back garden. Linen and towels are supplied and you are only 200 metres from Boat Ramp beach. This home is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults.

Nestled towards the top of HyamRoad (a quiet cul-de-sac) and adjoining a lovely creek and natural bushland, Shanti is centrally located relative to the various beaches and the cafe.

** How is the property laid out? **

Shanti is a doube storey home. The front door is on ground level and opens into a good sized lounge and tv area, with a door leading through to a queen bedroom. A shower, loo and laundry are also located on this level, near the rear door that leads out to the back garden. Upstairs the house has a dining room, kitchen, second shower and toilet,three bedrooms, and an internal sunroom / balcony. The main queen room has its own adjoining deck overlooking the back garden and the creek. There is then a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed (sleeping three). The house is north facing with good natural light upstairs.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

** What about outdoors? **

Shanti adjoins a creek and its riverine bush at the rear of the property. There are lovely bush aspects from nearly all parts of the house, and the rear garden is a lovely area to sit and relax under the trees.

Shanti comes with a pedestal fan and wood fireplace.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Shanti provides linen and bath towels. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels!

The second bedroom, also located at the front of the house, features a queen bed, built in wardrobe, and its own private balcony with views of the ocean and waves breaking onto the beach. The two bedrooms located at the back of the house both have king single beds and built in wardrobes. The main bathroom features a spacious shower, vanity with double basin, a luxurious bath and lavatory. A TV/study nook is also located on this level with a sofa, TV and an XBox player for young adults to enjoy.

Taking the internal stairway to the top level open plan living space, where the rich landscape and breathtaking beach views will surround you. The ‘living’ area is an open plan space, with a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge with a flat screen TV and a fireplace, all flowing together perfectly. A separate lavatory is located on this level. Included in the kitchen is a dishwasher, Nespresso machine (coffee pods provided), oven, saucepans, microwave and everything else you may need to ensure a comfortable stay.
