Seascape is a lovely bush retreat, only minutes walk from Blenheim Beach. This clean, modern and well equipped house offers plenty of room to move or relax in the natural bush settings.

** Where will I be? **

Seascape is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is an easy eightminute walk to Blenheim Beach via the beach track at the back of the house, a ten minute walk to Greenfield Beach and from there only another 15 minute walk to Hyams Beach.

Seascape is set alongside a bush reserve (its north and eastern boundaries), and has easy access along a bush track to Blenheim Beach – giving very safe and easy access to Jervis Bay.

** Why choose Seascape at Blenheim? **

The house offers two large decks, perfect for entertaining. The upper deck leads off the living room and wraps back around to the front of the house offering fantastic views of the surrounding bushland.

** How is the property laid out? **

This two storey house is accessed via ground level. Walk into a fresh foyer which leads directly to the stair well. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with a queen size bed, and a combined laundry, shower and toilet. Moving upstairs you walk into the open planned living decorated with a lovely beach feel. The “U” shaped kitchen is modern and well equipped and tucked nicely behind the living. The master king bedroom and second bedroom with tri-bunk share a fully renovated bathroom and are both fitted with large built in wardrobes.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property providesWi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email.

Seascape has a large yard, perfect for a hit of backyard cricket. The upstairs and downstairs decks also provides plenty of room for entertaining.

This property has air-conditioning in the upstairs section andis equipped with pedestal fans as well as travertine flooring throughout to keep it cool. There is also a gas heater for winter.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Seascape at Blenheimdoes provide linen and bath towels for guests. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is no access to the LUG at Seascape, however there is enough parking on the driveway and grass for twocars.

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Jervis Shores is located in a quiet residential area, with direct access to Callala Bay. There is a well equipped IGA a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away, along with a few takeaway shops.

** Why choose Jervis Shores? **

This modern, well equipped home has everything you will need for your Jervis Bay getaway. Sheridan bed linen is provided, as well as Netflix, an Xbox 360 and books and magazines for your entertainment.

** How is the property laid out? **

Jervis Shores is a split level home. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a single bed and bunk beds. There is also a bathroom and access to the garage which has a washing machine and dryer. The middle level of the home has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens onto the outdoor porch. The top level has the master bedroom with king bed and large ensuite, as well as an eagles nest office alcove if you need to work remotely.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner canguarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. ** What about outdoors? **

Jervis Shores has a fully fenced courtyard style backyard. There is an undercover dining area with an electric BBQ. You can access the beach via the back gate and down the track to the beach. There is an outdoor shower for the whole complex at the top of the track to the beach.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There is split system air conditioning in the master bedroom, and all the doors and windows can be opened to catch the breeze. Heaters are provided to keep you warm in winter.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There are two parking spaces at Jervis Shores. You will have access to the single garage and there is a second parking spot to the right of the house. Please ensure you do not block any other residents parking spaces or access.

Relax, unwind and enjoy a weekend getaway or family holiday at this modern three bedroom property. Superbly located only a five minute walk from Gerringong Village, you can make the most of your stay, enjoying Gerringong’s many cafes, beaches and ocean pools. Coastline is also just a short stroll to a picturesque headland and Boat Harbour, with it’s beautiful ocean pool.

Coastline is very centrally located in Gerringong, with shops, cafes and restaurants all just a five minute walk away and Gerringong’s Boat Harbour only a ten minute walk from the house. Drive five minutes north to Werri Beach or five minutes south to the famous Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa.

Coastline is a brand new house with modern fixtures. It is in a great central location, close to town and the beaches. With three queen beds, it is suitable for three couples.

** How is the property laid out? **

Coastline is a double storey house. There are three queen bedrooms, all with blockout blinds. The main bedroom is downstairs and has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with hobless shower, vanity and toilet. Also downstairs is a tiled living area with TV, three seater lounge, a laundry with washer and dryer and separate toilet and a double garage with internal access.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs, as is themain bathroom with toilet, vanity, hobless shower and deep set bath. There is also an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with wooden floor boards throughout, access to a balcony, and a dining table seating six.

The kitchen is a family kitchen with gas hotplate, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich press.
