Normandie Park is a 207 acre working cattle farm, set in the green pastures of Exeter and featuring a stunning modernist home. The home was built in 1962 by renowned architects Allen Jack + Cottier. Built in the modernist pavilion style, it is surrounded by established gardens and paddocks filled with grazing cattle. Large windows in every room bring in views of the gardens and pastures, giving you a wonderful sense of place. The lounge room opens onto a large verandah, a perfect space to sit and enjoy the country atmosphere. During the colder months you can relax in front of the fireplace. Outside you can walk the grounds, explore the established gardens and view the grazing angas steers. When you stay at Normandie Park you will get a unique taste of Southern Highlands rural life, without being too far from the shops, restaurants and cafes of the surrounding townships.

Normandie Park is a 5 minute drive from the town of Exeter. Moss Vale is a 10 minute drive, and Bowral a 25 minute drive away. The St. Maur and Sally’s Corner vineyards are just down the road. The wineries, wedding venues and other attractions of the Southern Highlands are all within easy driving distance.

**How is the property laid out?**

You approach the house up a long driveway that winds its way past cow paddocks and underneath long established trees. When you arrive at the house, you enter through the large front door into the entry foyer. Turning left off the foyer takes you to four of the five bedrooms, two with ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Turning right off the entry foyer takes you into the large living room with lounges, large television, fireplace and stunning views over the established gardens. Adjoining the living room is the dining room with a large dining table. There is a large, modern kitchen fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils. The kitchen opens onto an internal courtyard with bbq and outdoor dining table. Moving past the kitchen you will find two more bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, and the laundry with washer and dryer.

This property does have Wi-Fi. A username and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

Normandie Park is a working cattle farm with extensive grounds. Guests are welcome to explore the gardens and lawns surrounding the house.

Close to the centre of Huskisson, the beach and local walking trails are all a short walk away. Inside you will find the home has retained its original charm, but has been restored to make your stay a comfortable one.

Propeller Lime is located in a quiet cul de sac and overlooks the bush.It is an easy eight minute walk to the town centre of Huskisson and six minutes walk to Huskisson Beach. At the end of the road there is access to Huskisson National Park for walking and bike riding trails.

There are many great outdoor options at Propeller Lime. Sit back and relax on the front deck, or BBQ and dine on the back patio. The back yard is very large, and you may even receive a visit from a kangaroo or two and the resident kooaburra!Just note that the backyard is not fully fenced.

THE OASIS, Werri Beach – 4pm Check Out Sundays!

The Oasis is an original Werri Beach house that has been stylishly renovated into a casual, comfortable and relaxing home – complete with a secret garden! The main house has one queen bedroom and a separate cottage in the magical garden has a double bedroom with en-suite. The house oozes tranquility and you are less than a one minute walk to Werri Beach!

The Oasis has a water well and shallow pond in the garden. The water well is completely covered by solid timber lattice work. The pond is shallow, yet unfenced!Please inspect upon your arrival, and despite the cover being secure, please supervise young children around the well.

** Where will I be? **

The Oasis is less than a one minute walkto the famous surf spot at Werri Beach, and the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk. Close to The Oasis is Werri lagoon – a safe swimming area for younger children. A short, 5 minute drive away is Gerringong where you’ll find good coffee and a selection of nice restaurants. Minnamurra Falls is also close by – another great family outing!

The Oasis is a stylishly renovated, original Werri Beach house. With a Balinese influence, The Oasis is a comfortable and tranquil place to come home to after a day on the beach or exploring the local area.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Oasis is made up of the main house and a cottage, joined by a timber walkway that leads through a lovely garden. The cottage is nonetheless totally separate from the main house so keep this in mind if travelling with kids!

The main house contains one spacious bedroom with queen bed, as well as a bathroom withshower and separate bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a lounge room with smart tv. In the bedroom there is a single sofa bed that can be made up for a child on request.

The cottage contains a double bed and a bathroom which also contains a washer/dryer.

Please note that there is also a two storey annexe on the property (as seen in the photos). The deck areas of this annexe are accessible to guests, however the interior rooms, both upstairs and downstairs,are not for guest use.

** Sofa bed in master bedroom for one child **

The master bedroom has a super comfy sofa bed, suitable for one young child. You are free to make use of this but bring your own sheets, towels, blankets etc if you do.

** What about outdoors? **

Werri Beach is less than a one minute walk from the house. Connecting the two buildings is a timber deck with a Balinese inspired entertaining area complete with gas bbq and a heated spa bath, complete with swim jets for those who like to swim. There is an outdoor shower on the deck for cleaning up after the beach. The deck overlooks the landscaped garden.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room of the main house, which also services the other rooms in the house. The lounge room also contains a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have free standing fans, and the cottage has an oil heater for warmth.

Studio Cottage is a truly unique property that offers guests a charming country getaway. The cottage was built by artist Ray Crooke as his studio in the 1970s. The sandstone he used was originally hand quarried by convicts and was reclaimed from the old Kerrigans Inn. The cottage has a wonderful cozy feel to it and is a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day exploring the Southern Highlands.

** Where will I be? **

Studio Cottage is located within the Little Forest complex, a collection of 7 cottages spread across 42 acres of grounds. Your cottage will have its own private spaces, but please be aware that other guests may be around as well. There are two other cottages as well as the Angas Carriage in immediate proximity to your cottage so please do expect to occasionally see your neighbours. Communal spaces include the lawns, gardens, driveway and trails, but you will have plenty of privacy as well. The Little Forest complex has a bush setting and is circled on one side by the Sydney – Melbourne railway line. As a result, trains are audible at times, and for any kids, part of the fun! Little Forest also has various trails throughout its 42 acres, but please keep children supervised at all times due to wildlife, unfenced dams and trains.

Studio Cottage is a charming and unique base from which to explore the Southern Highlands. There are few properties that will give you the same feeling of place as Studio Cottage does.

Studio Cottage is reached down a tree-lined country drive way. You approach the house through beautiful gardens and enter into a charming country kitchen and dining area. ELLENGOWAN FULL HOUSE, Foxground, Gerringong- 4pm check out Sundays!

Relax around the pool or on the spacious deck while breathing in the fresh air at this Foxground property set on acreage halfway between Berry and the beach. The swimming pool and fireplaces make this the ideal house for family entertaining and relaxing.

Ellengowan is ideally suited for a large family gathering, or two families going away together. Groups of ten or more adults may be permitted, but only once we have an understanding of the age, nature and make up of the group. Party groups, bucks, hens or other rowdy gatherings are definitely not permitted at Ellengowan – sorry.

There is an unfenced creek on the property, small children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Friendly horses live in a paddock near the entry to the property you are welcome to pat them, but please keep gates closed at all times.

Ellengowan is located in the beautiful rural valley of Foxground. The property is private and secluded but only a 15 minute drive away from Gerringong’s shops, cafes and Werri Beach.

Ellengowan is a single level farmhouse suitable for ten adults and four children. There are three king rooms, one double room, one queen room and twochildren’s rooms, with two single beds, one of the children’s rooms can also be used as a play room with a selection of games and toys. There are three bathrooms all with vanity, shower and toilet and one with a claw foot bathtub.

Ellengowan has two living areas, the first has four comfortable sofas, a wood fireplace, flat screen TV and sliding doors that open to the deck. The main living area has a flat screen TV, twosofas and is divided from the dining room by a double sided wood fireplace. In the dining area there is a huge timber table with seating for 16. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooktop, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger and a servery window leading out to second living room. White Caps is an older style, casual and comfortable beach house that sleeps six and ispriced accordingly. It is a great option for a relaxed, easy going family holiday – with fantastic views and a great location!

** How is the property laid out? **

Enjoy the comfort of this light filled home with lofty, vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork feature walls and carpet underfoot throughout the living area and bedrooms. Purpose built to take advantage of the amazing views and natural sea breeze, this wonderful split level home will not disappoint.

On the entry level are three bedrooms: a queen with ensuite, walk in robe and views over the beach, another queen and a twin room with two single beds. Opposite the twin room is the main family bathroom with generous shower, vanity and toilet.

On the upper level is the open plan living and dining area openout to a deck looking out to the beach. The living areaincorporates a large flat screen TV with DVD player (with a selection of DVDs to suit most ages), and music system. There is a large dining room table, leather lounge and chairs to relax and enjoy the views.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric wall oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and an eat-in breakfast nook.

A staircase leads down to the ground lower level where you will find a spacious games room withdoors to a fenced back garden. There is a playstation with a large selection of games along with a selection of DVDs to keep the kids entertained.

The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Another bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet is accessed through the laundry.

Sorry, this property does not provide wifi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

** What about outdoors? **

Upstairs, White Caps has a deck looking out to the ocean, Crooked River and mountains with an outdoor setting and gas barbecue. Downstairs there is a fully fenced back garden with both grassed and paved areas.

With world-famous Jervis Bay beaches nearby and overlooking the Lake at Sanctuary Point, Wirani offers immediate access to a relaxing, adventurous seaside holiday for couples or families. This is an affordable, casual, comfortable and relaxing option!

Wirani is a comfortably set up house sleeping six, right on the water with Lake views and easy access to all the delights of Jervis Bay. An ideal location for exploring the area, with all amenities close; or simply go swimming out the front. ** How is the property laid out? **

Wirani is a three-bedroom house overlooking the expansive St Georges Basin Lake, perched above the reserve grassland/bike-walking track which runs around the lake for 5km. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe, lamps. The second bedroom is very large with two single beds and sofa and is ideal as a playroom. An ensuite /laundry with dryer is attached. The third bedroom is smaller with one double bed. This bedroom is accessed internally by walking through bedroom 2, or has its own door to the backyard.The living/loungeroom area has polished, wooden floors with a TV, DVD player and small stereo with wonderful views over the lake. The separate dining area seats 6. The kitchen has recently been renovated with a large pantry, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooktop/stove, cooking utensils, glasses, crockery, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and a bath.

** What about outdoors? **

Exit the living room straight onto the deck and outdoor dining area. Have meals and BBQs here overlooking the ever-changing colours of the Lake and watch the sunsets, swans, pelicans, kangaroos and other birdlife. An expansive grassy lawn is ideal for children. Access in seconds the shallow, sandy Lake which is ideal for swimming, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, boating and fishing. Boat ramps are close and Jervis Bay beaches are easily accessible. Play golf or dine out at the Country Club just 5 minutes away.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Being elevated and right on the Lake, the property takes in cool breezes in Summer. A gas heater in the lounge room and other heaters are provided for the cooler months. There are fans for the summer months.

Wirani on the Water does NOT supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by the guest or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.

There is ample off-street, open air parking for up to three cars and a boat, on the long driveway. The garage is locked and not available for guests use.

This amazing rural retreat features two homes and a pool overlooking lush acres and mountains. The main house features high raked ceilings, stone beach tops and a luxurious kitchen. The nearby cottage features a wood fire place and comfortable living area.

** How is the property laid out? **

Whispering Pines has a main house and a cottage that are roughly 50m apart from one another. The main house is a single level property with six bedrooms; the master Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom has views into back garden, walk in wardrobe and TV. Bedrooms Two, Three, Four and Five are all spacious Queen bedrooms, with hanging space and TVs. Bedroom Six has two single beds, and a TV.

There are three bathrooms; an ensuite, main bathroom with a huge corner bath looking out over the lush green garden, frameless shower, double vanity plus toilet, and the third bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Hand and body wash is provided for each guest.

There is a modern farm style kitchen, and the living/dining area is spacious, open plan, light, airy, clean and fresh. There is a dining table to seat 12, large wrap around couch, remote control gas fireplace and a hallway nook with a library of books.

The cottage has a combined living and dining area. There is a kitchen with a bar fridge, oven, cooktop and microwave. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, the other has two sets of bunks. Both bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom which has a vanity, shower and toilet.

Whispering Pines is set on 20 lush level acres. Lush green lawns surround an inground, saltwater pool. There is also an undercover patio that surrounds the property with benches to sit on and take in the view and a paved area with a firepit.

The main house has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and a gas fireplace for the cooler months. The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort.
