White Caps is an older style, casual and comfortable beach house that sleeps six and ispriced accordingly. It is a great option for a relaxed, easy going family holiday – with fantastic views and a great location!

** How is the property laid out? **

Enjoy the comfort of this light filled home with lofty, vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork feature walls and carpet underfoot throughout the living area and bedrooms. Purpose built to take advantage of the amazing views and natural sea breeze, this wonderful split level home will not disappoint.

On the entry level are three bedrooms: a queen with ensuite, walk in robe and views over the beach, another queen and a twin room with two single beds. Opposite the twin room is the main family bathroom with generous shower, vanity and toilet.

On the upper level is the open plan living and dining area openout to a deck looking out to the beach. The living areaincorporates a large flat screen TV with DVD player (with a selection of DVDs to suit most ages), and music system. There is a large dining room table, leather lounge and chairs to relax and enjoy the views.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric wall oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and an eat-in breakfast nook.

A staircase leads down to the ground lower level where you will find a spacious games room withdoors to a fenced back garden. There is a playstation with a large selection of games along with a selection of DVDs to keep the kids entertained.

The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Another bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet is accessed through the laundry.

The Cape is luxury, style and comfort personified – definitely one of the best beach houses on the south coast of NSW! It has spectacular ocean views, a swimming pool, fire pit, and sleeps 12 across 6 bedrooms. Please note that The Cape is a place of relaxation and comfort and does not accept parties or events of any kind whatsoever. In addition, children under the age of 8 are not accepted without our permission. You will be met upon arrival by The Cape’s caretaker, who will explain the workings of the house and check the make up of your group. Please read below about the cash bond requirements at The Cape.

** Please note – ** The Cape is limited to a maximum of 8 adults + children under the age of 8 are not permitted without our permission. If you book for the wrong number of adults or have young children without permission, you will be asked to leave the property.

** Meet and greet ** – you will be met at the property by a caretaker. Our caretaker explains the workings of the house, revisits the house rules with you,and checks the composition of your group.

** Cash bond ** – The Cape is an incredibly luxurious property that the owners kindly make available to holiday rental guests. In order to protect against damage, excess cleaning or a breach of the “no party” rules etc, a cash bond of $2,500 is required when you pay your final balance. The bond will be released within 10 days of your departure provided that there are no issues or breaches of house rules.

The Cape sits right on Culburra Surf Beach, about a 150 metre walk to the sand and has spectacular ocean views from almost every room of the house. Only a one minute drive from everything you need – grocery store, shops, cafes, bowling club and restaurants.

The Cape is a two storey Hamptons-inspired waterfront home with six bedrooms, laid out as follows:

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms; a main queen room with walk in robe, ensuite bathroom and French doors leading to a private terrace with ocean views;another queen room with built in robe and Juliette balcony;a third twin room with two single beds, built in robe and Juliette balcony, and the main bathroom withclaw foot bath, double vanity, frameless shower, toilet and under floor heating. Also on this level is an open plan lounge/dining area which features a wood fire place, air conditioning, comfortable furnishings, and bi-fold doors that open on to the deck. The sublime kitchen flows on from this space and features a large stone top island bench, integrated appliances and large oven and cooktop. There is also a second formal dining area and sunroom/living space.

Downstairs are three more bedrooms:a queen room with ensuite bathroom, walk in robe, and French doors leading to a private garden, a queen room with built in robes, and French doors leading to the backyard, and a bunk room with one set of bunks, and French doors leading out to the backyard. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a large frameless shower, single vanity, under floor heating, and a separate powder room with toilet. This level also has a second lounge room with TV, comfortable leather lounges, a selection of books and games, and bi fold doors opening to the pool. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Rowse House is a casual and comfortable holiday home in a prime location – across the road from a park, with great views from both levels of Jervis Bay and beautiful Chinaman’s Beach! Sleeping nine people across four bedrooms, this double storey, somewhat classic beach house home is a great option for your holiday.Please keep in mind to BYO sheets and towels or contact our office for local linen hire options.

** Where will I be? **

Across the road from the only park in Hyams Beach and with lovely views across the bay and down to Chinaman’s Beach, Rowse House can’t be beaten for location. The Hyams Beach Cafe and your pick of three beaches are also within easy walking distance. You areon the prime waterfront strip of Cyrus Street, with no other houses in front. If that wasn’t enough, Booderee National Park and the nearby towns of Huskisson and Vincentia are only a short drive away!

** Why choose Rowse House? **

Built and owned by the same family since 1951, Rowse House has been a labour of love over the years, and retains much of it original, casual and comfortable charm. It is an older style home but a solid ‘crowd favourite’. Sit back and enjoy the ocean views from the lovely deck or upstairs balcony, or let the kids run around in the spacious backyard.

** How is the property laid out? **

Entry toRowse House is from the rear. On the downstairs level is a bedroom with a double bed, the kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a combined bathroom/laundry and separate toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms: one with two single beds, the second with one double bed and one single bed, and the third with a queen bed. Two of the upstairs bedrooms access a balcony with fantastic views of Jervis Bay. There is also a bathroom on the second level.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

The front deck is fully fenced and accessible via the open plan living area. There is a large backyard with a washing line and plenty of space for some cricket! Please keep in mind if you are bringing your furry friends that the yard is not fully fenced.

There are heaters at Rowse House for cooler months, and a pedestal fan for the summer. You can also open the windows and the doors to catch an ocean breeze.

Freshwater is a quintessential beach house in a perfect location, with an ideal layout for two families or a group of ten. The house has been styled with casual, relaxed beach time in mind. You will love this classic beach house!

Freshwater is ideal in summer as it is directly across the road from the northern end of Seven Mile Beach which is perfect for families with kids.

The Blue Swimmer cafe and restaurant is only a five minute stroll away or Gerringong is a seven minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

Freshwater is made up of a main house and a cottage that is accessed via the deck or one of the bedrooms. It is ideal for two families, with two separate living areas split between the main house and separate cottage.

The main house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds, (the main with TV and DVD) and one with two deluxe king single beds. There are twobathrooms, each with a vanity, toilet and large shower recess. The second bathroom also has a washing machine and laundry sink.
