Set amongst the trees and a flat 200m walk from Werri Beach, Treetops at Werri is a laid back, family friendly home. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the seaside town of Gerringong to find cafes, resturants, bars and shopping – or 15 minutes to the nearby boutique towns of Berry and Kiama for a day out! Located at the Northend of Renfrew Rd, Treetops is also close to the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk.

How is the property laid out?

This property is a two storey four bedroom home, with entry through the front door on Renfrew Rd or backyard gate on Werri St.

On entering downstairs you will find two bedrooms – Bedroom 1 with a Queen and Bedroom 2 with 2 Singles – plus a laundry area leading out to the spaciousbackyard. A toilet and shower are ajacent to the laundry area.

Head up the stairs to the second storey and you hit the airy and comfortable spaces of the kitchen, living room (with Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker System)and dining area – centred between balconies either side of the house. Bedroom 3 with a Queenand Bedroom 4 with2 x Singlesare also on this level and are off to the side for quieter quarters. The main bathroom is located on this level.

What about outdoors?

Treetops at Werri has a good sized grass backyard that is fully fenced. You can enter straight off the beach via a side gate and make use of the outdoor shower.

The garage now includesa ping pong table! You may also borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

On the second storey, a covered barbeque area overlooking the backyard with spanning views to Rose Valleymakes for fantastic entertaining space whilst opposite on the same level an additional balcony catches the morning sun – the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea!

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

During the warmer months the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. In the cooler months a gas heater is available to keep you warm in the open plan lounge and dining area. Portable heaters are also provided for use in the bedrooms.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality linen and bath towels are provided at Treetops at Werri – though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Treetops at Werri has parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles.Street parking is also available on Renfrew Rd, and there is alternate access to the backyard via a gate on Werri Street.

Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

Yes! Treetops at Werri is pet friendly.

The Oasis is an original Werri Beach house that has been stylishly renovated into a casual, comfortable and relaxing home – complete with a secret garden! The main house has one queen bedroom and a separate cottage in the magical garden has a double bedroom with en-suite. The house oozes tranquility and you are less than a one minute walk to Werri Beach!

** Please note – water well and shallow pondin the garden **

The Oasis has a water well and shallow pond in the garden. The water well is completely covered by solid timber lattice work. The pond is shallow, yet unfenced!Please inspect upon your arrival, and despite the cover being secure, please supervise young children around the well.

** Where will I be? **

The Oasis is less than a one minute walkto the famous surf spot at Werri Beach, and the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk. Close to The Oasis is Werri lagoon – a safe swimming area for younger children. A short, 5 minute drive away is Gerringong where you’ll find good coffee and a selection of nice restaurants. Minnamurra Falls is also close by – another great family outing!

** Why choose The Oasis? **

The Oasis is a stylishly renovated, original Werri Beach house. With a Balinese influence, The Oasis is a comfortable and tranquil place to come home to after a day on the beach or exploring the local area.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Oasis is made up of the main house and a cottage, joined by a timber walkway that leads through a lovely garden. The cottage is nonetheless totally separate from the main house so keep this in mind if travelling with kids!

The main house contains one spacious bedroom with queen bed, as well as a bathroom withshower and separate bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a lounge room with smart tv. In the bedroom there is a single sofa bed that can be made up for a child on request.

The cottage contains a double bed and a bathroom which also contains a washer/dryer.

Please note that there is also a two storey annexe on the property (as seen in the photos). The deck areas of this annexe are accessible to guests, however the interior rooms, both upstairs and downstairs,are not for guest use.

** Sofa bed in master bedroom for one child **

The master bedroom has a super comfy sofa bed, suitable for one young child. You are free to make use of this but bring your own sheets, towels, blankets etc if you do.

** What about outdoors? **

Werri Beach is less than a one minute walk from the house. Connecting the two buildings is a timber deck with a Balinese inspired entertaining area complete with gas bbq and a heated spa bath, complete with swim jets for those who like to swim. There is an outdoor shower on the deck for cleaning up after the beach. The deck overlooks the landscaped garden.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room of the main house, which also services the other rooms in the house. The lounge room also contains a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have free standing fans, and the cottage has an oil heater for warmth.

ECO COTTAGE, Alpine, Southern Highlands – 4pm Check Out on Sundays!

This pretty country cottage has been built to provide a comfortable stay with a low ecological impact. This has been achieved with a water tank, low energy hot water system and enviro cycle septic system. The cottage makes use of recycled timber, windows and materials. This gives the cottage wonderful personality without compromising comfort.

** Where will I be? **

Eco Cottage is located within the Little Forest complex, a collection of 7 cottages spread across 40 acres of grounds. Your cottage will have its own private spaces, but please be aware that other guests may be around as well. Communal spaces include the lawns, gardens, driveway and trails, but you will have plenty of privacy as well. The Little Forest complex has a bush setting and is circled on one side by the Sydney – Melbourne railway line. As a result, trains are audible at times, and for any kids, part of the fun! Little Forest also has various throughout its 42 acres, but please keep children supervised at all times due to wildlife, unfenced dams and trains.

** Why choose EcoCottage? **

Eco Cottage is a charming and comfortable base from which to explore the Southern Highlands. Set amongst beautiful gardens and removed from other cottages on the property, Eco Cottage feels like a secluded and comfortable getaway.

** How is the property laid out? **

Eco Cottage is reached down a tree-lined country drive way. You approach the house through beautiful gardens and enter into a charming country kitchen and dining area. The front door opens into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The bathrooms leads off from the living area. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and single bed. Outside is a wrap around verandah with barbeque and seating for four. The railway line is close by so you will see the occasional train go by.

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. Just over an hours drive from Sydney, Alpine Lodge is the perfect luxury country getaway. Set on 22 acres, this architecturally designed home boasts beautiful bush views and luxurious modern amenities. Also on this level is a bathroom, & two bedrooms one with a queen bed and built in, and the other with 2x king singles & built in. There is a glass sliding door out onto a large rear deck where you can overlook the surrounding bushland.

A large foyer with vaulted ceiling that features a white piano is located behind the kitchen wall. Pass through the double doors into the formal dining room and raised formal lounge room which features the double sided fireplace, glass windows that bring light and sunshine indoors and allow guests to enjoy the views. (The hallway in front of the piano leads to the actual front door. The foundations have sunk slightly and the front door is now extremely difficult to open and close hence why we use the side entrance off the carport) At the end of the hallway beside the front door there is another set of white double doors that leads into the spacious home office with a desk. There is a powder room opposite the staircase to the upper level.

Upstairs is a sitting room, home theatre with balcony behind the blackout curtains, and three bedrooms; two with queen beds & built-ins plus access to a balcony. ** How is the property laid out? **

Whispering Pines has a main house and a cottage that are roughly 50m apart from one another. The main house is a single level property with six bedrooms; the master Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom has views into back garden, walk in wardrobe and TV. Bedrooms Two, Three, Four and Five are all spacious Queen bedrooms, with hanging space and TVs. Bedroom Six has two single beds, and a TV.

There are three bathrooms; an ensuite, main bathroom with a huge corner bath looking out over the lush green garden, frameless shower, double vanity plus toilet, and the third bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Hand and body wash is provided for each guest.

There is a modern farm style kitchen, and the living/dining area is spacious, open plan, light, airy, clean and fresh. There is a dining table to seat 12, large wrap around couch, remote control gas fireplace and a hallway nook with a library of books.

From the moment you enter the marble foyer of this Hampton’s styled holiday home and then walk into the open plan living and kitchen area you will be impressed with this property. High raked ceilings, stone bench tops, luxurious kitchen, stunning fireplace, opening up to a cooling salt water pool and amazing deck overlooking lush acres and mountains to the west. Whispering Pines is a perfect rural retreat but with modern comforts.Ideal for two families, a group of friends, or a girls’ getaway weekend, you will not find a better holiday home than this spacious six bedroom property on acreage, with swimming pool and firepit.

** How is the property laid out? **

Whispering Pines is a single level property with six bedrooms; the master Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom has views into back garden, walk in wardrobe,and TV. Bedrooms Two, Three, Four and Five are all spacious Queen bedrooms, with hanging space and TVs. Bedroom Six has two single beds, and a TV.

There are three bathrooms; an ensuite, main bathroom with a huge corner bath looking out over the lush green garden, frameless shower, double vanity plus toilet, and the third bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Hand and body wash is provided for each guest.

There is a modern farm style kitchen, and the living/dining area is spacious,open plan,light,airy, clean and fresh. There is a dining table to seat 12, large wrap around couch, remote control gas fireplace and a hallway nook with a library of books.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

** What about outdoors? **

Whispering Pines is set on 20 lush level acres. Lush green lawns surround an inground, saltwater pool. The pool has a glass fence around itand there is an entertaining area with two sun loungers, outdoor table, umbrella and BBQ. There is also an undercover patio that surrounds the property with benches to sit on and take in the view and a paved area with a firepit.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Whispering Pines has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and a gas fireplace for the cooler months.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off street, open air parking for four cars on the driveway at the front of the house.

With access to the beach from a short bush path, you can wander the white sands of Jervis Bay or head directly to the National Park, also at your doorstep. This home is located at the southern end of Hyams Beach village in and end block on a very quiet street. It faces Hyams’ main beach and is adjacent to the bush but only a stroll from the Hyams Beach Cafe.

This home has recently undergone significant updates. You will find quality linen, a new TV and a new BBQ. All the bedrooms either upstairs or at the back of the house and all living areas are at the front facing the beach. The paved outdoor entertainment nook fronts on to a lovely little garden area where there is a bush track down to the beach.

** How is the property laid out? **

There are three bedrooms, two queens and one with two singles, all with built-ins and ceiling fans, the main also having an en-suite and private balcony. There is a bath and separate laundry, and open plan kitchen and dining that overlooks the slightly sunken lounge. This gives access to the outdoors via a glass sliding door.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary Netflix and Wi-Fi, and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival emailor will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

** What about outdoors? **

There is a lovely communal garden/lawn just beyond the paved outdoor BBQ area which has an awning. Beyond the lawn is native bush which leads down to the beautiful Hyams Beach. The property has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

This home is complete with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and there are electric heaters in the living room and master bedroom. There is a large gas log fire in the lounge room and the property is also provided with lots of blankets to keep everyone warm and cosy during the cooler winter months.

This home does supply linen. Please remember to bring your own beach towels though!

Wembley is a one of a kind in the Southern Highlands – a historic, stylish and captivating home set amongst an oasis of landscaped gardens. The home has soaring 3 metre ceilingsand incorporatesreclaimed doors and stained glass windows from theQueen Victoria Building and Carrington Hotel! Wembley is set on 11 acres and has an incredible array of features:pool and spa, luxurious pool cabana with its own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, adjoining indoor-outdoor entertaining area that combines the best of a shearing shed, sports bar and BBQ, a half basketball court, trampoline, herb garden, chicken run, farm animals, and plenty ofparking for guests! Wembley is therefore a perfect retreat and is located just west of Berrima town – an easy drive to cafes, restaurants, wedding venues, wineries and the like.

Whilst groups of up to 11 are welcome, Wembley is not available for rowdy bachelor parties. Wembley has an on-site caretaker who looks after the property and farm animals and can assist with any queries you might have whilst staying. His residence is private and away from the house and pool house.

** Sunday Brunches **
Wembley is available to be booked for post wedding brunches. The 11 in house guests + an additional 30 guests may attend the brunch. This is entirely on a “Do It Yourself” basis. Wembley is unable to provide catering, cutlery, crockery etc for the brunch. The cost of hosting a brunch is an additional $1,450 and must be arranged with us at the time of booking or prior to your stay. The on site caretaker will monitor use of the property for brunches, and we will ensure payment for that.

Wembley is situated in Medway, to the west of historic Berrima. It is close enough to town to be an easy drive for coffee or a meal, but far enough out to truly feel away from it all. This is an ideal property for guests attending a wedding in the Southern Highlands as The Bendooley, Centennial, Eling Forest, The Loch and Artemis Estates are all within easy driving distance.

Wembley is set on 11 acres. At the front of the property there are beautiful lawns, an ornate fountain and a basketball court. To the rear of the home is a covered entertaining deck and open lawn area with a trampoline.The lawn leads to a paddock and childrenwill love visiting the chickens, alpacas and resident pony! The covered bar area opens to a full kitchen garden (help yourself!) and the 12m pool with in-built heated spa.

The main house has floor ducted heating and cooling throughout plus underfloor heating in the bathrooms and kitchen. The main lounge has a large open fireplace. The pool house has underfloor heating in the bedroom and bathroom and a gas fire in the lounge (but no airconditioning).

Kangaroos and wombats frequently visit the property, guests are reminded that these are wild animals and not to approach them.

The pizza oven and adjacent BBQs are not available for guests’ use.

The trampoline is used entirely atyourown risk.

The pool is accessed via multiple gates and is fully compliant with NSW regulations. Please note, however, one of the pool gates is the large corrugated iron barn door in the bar area and therefore must be latched at all times.

Wembley is looked after by a caretaker who lives on the property. However you are assured of complete privacy as the property is not overlooked by the caretaker’s residence.
