Located in Alpine in the beautiful Southern Highlands, Little Forest is a secluded property ideal for hosting large groups. The property consists of 7 unique cottages set on 40 acres of lawn, gardens, waterways and bush. When you book the entire property you have exclusive access to all 7 cabins, giving you 20 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, enough to accommodate up to 47 people. A number of the cottages are pet friendly and the extensive outdoor area make this an ideal location for outdoor activities. You can even meet the resident Shetland ponies and alpacas.

** Where will I be? **

** Why choose Little Forest? **

Little Forest provides a secluded and comfortable base for large groups visiting the Southern Highlands. Perfect for wedding groups wanting to stay together, family gatherings or corporate retreats. Having 40 acres of gardens and bush to explore you should never feel cramped, even in large groups.

** How is the property laid out? **

All of the cottages are linked by a drive way that winds its way through the bush and gardens. Lavender Cottage, Studio Cottage, Orchard Cottage, Pottery Cottage and Angas Carriage are all in close proximity to each other and form the central focus point of the property. Eco Cottage are Oatley Cottage are slightly removed from the other cottages and provide a little more privacy for occupants.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it? **This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

** What about outdoors? **

There are 40 acres of gardens and bush for guests to enjoy. There are bush trails which make accessing the bush very pleasant. There are two Shetland ponies, Bootie and Trumbie, and two alpacas, Augustine and Freda on the property for you to meet. Most of the cottages have generous verandahs or courtyards with barbeques and outdoors seating.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **
All cottages are heated, either by fireplace or electric radiator or, in some cases, both. Some cottages have air conditioning, and those that dont have fans.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Little Forest.

Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off street open air parking available for multiple cars nearby to each cottage.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Bimbimbie at Hyams Beach – 4pm Check Out Sundays

Bimbimbie (place of many birds) is a quintessential Australian beach house in a much sought after location at the quiet end of Tulip Street. The house has great views from the large deck and is only a two minute walk to Chinaman’s Beach.

** Please note **

The garage and shed is not available to guests. In addition, whilst the upstairs bath has spa jets and vents they are non-operational.

** Where will I be? **

Bimbimbie is located in the northern end of the village, but is still only a short walk to the local Hyams Beach Cafe and beaches of Hyams. It is particularly close to Chinamans beach and it’s beautiful white sand.

** Why choose Bimbimbie? **

Bimbimbie is a comfortable, relaxed and spacious beach house. It has a large deck with great views over Jervis Bay, perfect for entertaining or a barbecue.

** How is the property laid out? **

Bimbimbie is a two-storey house, configured as follows:

Upstairs has three bedrooms (king; two single; one single and trundle), sharing a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The main living area has an open plan lounge, bar and dining room connecting to a good sized deck that runs the full width of the house. The modern well-equipped kitchen is also on this level – and all of the living areas have views across the bay through large sliding door windows.

The downstairs level is connected via an internal spiral staircase, and has a good sized rumpus room – perfect for the kids. There is also an internal laundry with shower / toilet, and the fourth bedroom with king bed.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

Bimbimbie has a fully fenced backyard garden and a deck overlooking Jervis Bay’s stunning water views. The deck offers a perfect spot for entertaining guests in the lazy afternoons after a day at the beach.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Bimbimbie has reverse cycle air con, and is equipped with a combustion fireplace and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Bimbimbie supplies linen and bath towels. However, please remember to bring your own beach towels.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is no access to the property’s garage however there is ample parking space for up to five cars in the two driveways. One car space has a carport covering it.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Yes! Pets are welcome to stay at Bimbimbie subject to the following:

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house

Absolutely no dogs on the furniture

Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Lastly, please consider that not all guests bring dogs on holiday and we want everyone to enjoy a clean and fresh home. Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure – thank you!

Amazing Views at Hyams Beach – 4pm Check Out Sundays

Amazing Views is a casual and comfortable beach house that has been modernised whilst still retaining much of itsoriginalcharacter and charm. A favorite amongst our returning guests, this relaxed family home is agreat option! This house definitely has the best views in all of Hyams Beach, and is an easy strollto beautiful Chinamans Beach. Just remember to BYO sheets and towels please!

** Where will I be? **

The property is at the northern end of the village. It is close to Chinamans Beach and The White Sands Walk that leads to Greenfields and Blenheim beaches.

** Why choose Amazing Views? **

With separated living spaces, a slow combustion fire, a large deck and beautiful views, this home has a great deal to offer. Located at the quieter end of Hyams Beach, Amazing Views is a perfect holiday home for a relaxing getaway. The modern kitchen overlooking Jervis bay is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee whilst looking out for the passing whales or pods of dolphins.

** How is the property laid out? **

The downstairs room boasts great views of the Bay, and is the perfect retreat for parents or grandparents offering privacy with a queen size bed, separate bathroom and living area. The main living area of the house is upstairs where dining, kitchen and lounge are at the front of the house wrapped around by a large deck. The deck has sensational views and has an outdoor setting and BBQ area. Bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are located at the back of the house where there is also access to the back yard.

Upstairs has bedroom 1 with a queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 singles and downstairs has 1 queen.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.

Apple TVand a Bose Bluetooth speaker are also provided for your enjoyment, please use your own Netflix account.

Please notethat neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

** What about outdoors? **

Amazing Views has a level backyard that backs on to the bush. The house is set up high and back from the street. The front deck offers up amazing views of the bay and is a great space for outdoor living.

There is a ceiling fan and a combustion wood fireplacein the living room.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
