Sea Point at Hyams Beach – 4pm Check Out Sundays

Sea Point is a casual, comfortable, older style, and character filled three level beach house with original bathroom and spectacular 180 degree views across Jervis Bay from its large wrap-around deck. The house sleeps six, has huge light filled living areas and is an easy 200 metre walk to Chinamans Beach.

** Please note: **

Take care when entering or leaving the property as the driveway is steep. Lotus Street is a dual carriage street with one-way systems in place. This said, for lower style vehicles, it is easier to enter the driveway from the right as you go up and left as you exit.

** Where will I be? **

Sea Point is located at the northern end of the village on a high point that overlooks Chinamans Beach, the village, National Park and Jervis Bay. It is a quiet, secluded pocket while still close to everything.

** Why choose Sea Point? **

Sea Point has lovely, spacious living areas with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The house is laid out in an open and very comfortable configuration with simply spectacular views from all rooms, main and upstairs decks. Please understand that the house is older style with an original bathroom, yet a great optiont to relax and take in sensational views!

** How is the property laid out? **

Sea Point is a three level house. On the ground level there is a large parking area at the top of the driveway with stairs leading to the second and main living floor. There is no access to the ground (garage) floor.

The main floor has large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, bathroom and toilet for the house. There is also a large deck on both sides offering remarkable views.

A spiral staircase leads to the third level which is occupied by the two bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed, and the other a queen plus bunk bed. The main bedroom has a private deck.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

** What about outdoors? **

As noted, Sea Point has wrap-around decks with spectacular views the perfect spot for dolphin and whale watching. On the main deck there is a gas barbeque. At the front, a large parking area for three cars and at the back, a small native backyard (with clothes line) backing on to the National Park. Watch for friendly possums and kangaroos that often visit!

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Sea Point comes with a fireplace and two pedestal fans.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Sea Point supplies linen and bath towels. Please bring your ownbeach towels though!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is parking for threecars at the top of a steep concrete driveway. There is a reversing bay at the top to allow for easier access back down the driveway.

** Is my dog or cat also wecome to stay! **

Yes! Sea Point is a pet friendly property. Please note that this property is not fully fenced and is a bush block so we recommend tokeep an eye on your pet at all times to keep them safe.

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Sandals at the Bay, Downstairs – 4pm Check Out Sundays

After a day out and about, you will appreciate this cool and quiet haven – located only 100 metres from the white sands of Hyams Beach. Sandals at the Bay is a smart compact ground floor apartment. Open plan living and attractive decor contribute to a feeling of relaxation and space. 23b Bayview sleeps 4, but you can book 23a Bayview as well to sleep a group of 10!

Keep in mind the backyard is communaland the laundry is also shared with the apartment upstairs.

** Where will I be? **

23b Sandals at the Bay is located only 50 metres up from the main entrance to Hyams Beach with the Hyams Beach Cafe just around the corner.

** Why choose Sandals at the Bay (Downstairs)? **

The fully renovated kitchen will delight the chef plus there is a freshly painted bathroom and an outdoor shower. Step outside onto a big sunny terrace for a lazy lunch or dine to the sounds of the sea. This is the perfect property for a small family or group who are looking for value and a hassle-free holiday

** How is the property laid out? **

The flat opens into an open lounge and kitchen area with a queen bedroom off the back that has a large window overlooking the back yard. There is also a kidsroom with king single, and trundle bed, small built ins and bathroom with shower and toilet. This flat makes efficient use of space and has all you need for a family holiday.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

** What about outdoors? **

There is a large unenclosed backyard which is shared with the upstairs apartment. There is a designated BBQ area with outdoor setting specifically for the downstairs flat. An outdoor shower is located at the top of the driveway which is great for a rinse off after the beach, which is only minutes away.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Sandals at the Bay has a pedestal fan and an electric heater for your comfort.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen is supplied, though pleaseremember to bring your own beach towels!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

You will have use the left parking spot on the driveway. The right side is for use by 23a Bayview – the upstairs unit. There is no garage access for this unit, however if 23a and 23b are rented together, the full driveway + both car spaces are available for guests.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Al Mare – Upstairs Level – 4pm Check Out Sundays

Al Mare is a casual, comfortable and very affordable beach house – very well located just behind the Coles / Vincentia shopping centre. It is a five minute walk to beautiful Collingwood Beach, and because of its elevated position, has views to the bay from the upstairs balcony. The very funky BBQ and fire pit area at the back of the house also make this a great, unique option! Just please keep in mind to BYO sheets and towels.

** Where will I be? **

Al Mare is located very centrally in Vincentia with a local shopping centre just across the road, and Collingwood Beach only a two minute walk from the house. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and the beautiful Booderee National Park are also only a five minute drive. The house is slightly elevated, and the guest accommodation is on the upstairs level – giving good bay views.

** Why choose Al Mare? **

Al Mare has a great central location, within easy walking distance of all amenities. The house has been very well refurbished and has a great backyard and outdoor entertaining options.

** How is the property laid out? **

Al Mare is the upstairs level of a two storey house, but guests have use of a second shower downstairs and the back yard. Details are as follows:

The upstairs level has the three bedrooms, an open plan living – dining – kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a balcony that runs the full width of the house. Access is up a flight of stairs from the rear of the property.

The downstairs level is occupied by other guests, but no noise transmits between the two dwellings. Guests also have their own private laundry, with second toilet and shower on this level. The cushions for the BBQ area bench seats are also stored in the laundry.

Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

Al Mare has a full width balcony upstairs, good lawn areas (front and back), a large covered BBQ area and a fire pit for sitting under the stars around a fire! The cushions for the BBQ area bench seats are also stored in the laundry. There is also a 12 seater picnic table to enjoy your BBQ’s, and a swing set for the children.Overall, there are plenty of options for relaxing outside, or for dispersing the kids!

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

Al Mare can be opened up to catch any sea breeze, and has heaters for the cooler months.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Al Mare does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by tenant or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway to the left of the house. Drive across the grass from the main driveway to access the side, concrete driveway where there is good parking on the left side of the house. The main driveway is generally used by the downstairs guests.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **
