** Where will I be? **
Villa San Gabriel is ideally located in Vincentia. The local shops are across the road and it is a two minute walk to Collingwood Beach. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee Park are all a short drive away.

** Why choose Villa San Gabriel? **
The large, north-facing balcony is sure to impress with ocean and hinterland views. Cook up a storm in the spacious kitchen with quality appliances or BBQ on the large entertainers deck.
** How is the property laid out? **
When you enter the main house you will find yourself on the ground level of the home. On this floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two singles, the other with a tri-bunk and single bed. There is also a bathroom and the laundry which has an adjacent shower and toilet.
Upstairs you walk into the open plan living area with spacious kitchen, generous lounge area and the dining area, off of which you access the large, north facing balcony. The three bedrooms upstairs all have queen beds, and you will also find a bathroom.
To the rear of the property you will find access to the ground floor apartment with its own separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as a second laundry. Ideal for the grandparents or guests that enjoy their own privacy.
** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **
This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!
** What about outdoors? **
There are many great outdoor options at Villa San Gabriel. Enjoy large entertaining deck with roof overhead and BBQ nook with exhaust fan. The entire property is fully fenced, with a separate, fenced rear garden.
** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **
There is air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool in the Summer and a gas fire place in the living room and heaters in the bedrooms to keep you warm in the Winter.
** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
Linen and bath towels are provided at Villa San Gabriel. Though please remember to bring your own beach towels!
** Parking for cars? **
There is enough room to park four undercover at the back of the house, as well as one in front of the shed at the end of the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking along Excellent Street.
** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **
Yes! The Villa San Gabriel whole house allows small indoor dogs only.(Please note: onlypermitted when booking this whole house configuration.)
** What are the minimum stay rules? **
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
