Moby’s at Hyams is located in the centreof Hyams Beach village, in a quiet street. It is ideallylocated, being only a 100 metre walk to Hyams Beach! Or 250 metres to the Hyams Beach Cafe.

** Why choose Bathers at Hyams? **

Moby’s at Hyams is a quintessential beach cottage, cleverly renovated to make the most of its space to give you a stylish, comfortable, well equipped option just moments from the beach! WiFi, smart tv with Netflix, game, and beach chairs are also thoughtful touches. For outdoor entertainment, the house has a good lawn area and a lovely rear deck under a canopy of large trees.

** How is the property laid out? **

Moby’s at Hyams is a single level house. The front door is sheltered by the front verandah, and leads into an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. A master bedroom has its own en-suite and two other bedrooms share a second bathroom. An internal laundry leads to the rear deck.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

Moby’s at Hyams offers complimentary NBN WiFi and a smart tv with Netflix and Stan.

Whilst the WiFi service is generally reliable, it cannot be guaranteed 100% and no compensation will be paid for disruption to the service. If WiFi is essential during you stay, please make sure that you have your own device as an alternative.

** What about outdoors? **

Moby’s at Hyams has an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach, a front lawn area, a front verandah and a good sized rear deck that overlooks a creek, under a canopy of large, mature trees.

Moby’s at Hyams has a split system airconditioning unit (for heating and cooling) in the living area. In addtion, each bedroom has an electric heater.

Fantastic beach cottage beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable with everything that you could want for a holiday by the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the house is bright and sunny with a back deck and front porch to soak up the sun.The location is amazing! Less than a 1 minute walk to Hyams beach and very close to the Hyams Beach caf and the gorgeous White Sands walk. We had a lovely stay here with our kids. There is lots to do in the area or its a perfect place to relax.Well be back for sure!.

Riversea Cottage is a single level, three bedroom house with timber beams, timber flooring and light filled rooms. The first room has a queen bed and parents’ retreat; the second room has a double bed; and the third has two single beds and one trundle bed. There are three bathrooms, one next to the queen room with shower, vanity and toilet, one main bathroom with shower vanity and toilet, and a third bathroom/laundry off the outdoor patio with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

The living, kitchen and dining area are open plan with TV, DVD player, Foxtel, fireplace, dining table to seat eight, and views across the river and beach.

Mirriyindi – Unique Berrima escape for 7 in the Southern Highlands – 4pm check out Sundays

Down the driveway, under the weeping willow, through the poplar trees and the cherry blossoms, an idyllic and beautifully restored property is awaiting you. Set in just under two acres of lovely country gardens, Mirriyindi is the perfect getaway for small families or couples.

** Where will I be? **

Mirriyindi is just moments from Berrima. The local towns of Bowral and Mittagong are a 10-15 minute drive away, and wineries and wedding venues are close by.

** Why choose Mirriyindi? **

This wonderful home has many great features, including fireplace and country kitchen. Both bedrooms have northerly aspects, en-suites and their own unique style.

The property consists of a main house and one studio cottage.

Mirriyindi (Aboriginal meaning ‘where the rainbow ends’)

This is the main house and features two queen bedrooms both with en-suites and spacious, light-filled walk-in robes. There’s also a large and well-appointed eat-in country kitchen and a separate laundry. Please note that the AGA stove in the kitchen is not functional, there is an electric oven to use instead. The living room has a cosy slow combustion fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books for you to enjoy.

Woongarra (Aboriginal meaning ‘sleeping place’)

This spacious studio sits beside the pond with serene views across the neighbouring lake. It has a queen bed and a single sofa bed, as well as a funky bathroom and kitchenette.

Internet and landline are not available, but there is strong 4G network coverage around the property. There are also bluetooth speakers in the main house and both studio cottages.

There are many great outdoor options at Mirriyindi. The covered verandah off the main cottage kitchen is perfect for an al-fresco dining alternative with its long trestle table, and there’s also an outdoor seating area nearby that catches the sun year round. The gazebo overlooking the garden pond makes for a great photo opportunity, and the grounds are full of places to explore and relax. There is also a gas BBQ available for your use.

Cyrus Heights is a wonderful villa, repeatedly described by guests as a real home. It has quality furnishings throughout with beach views. The beach is only 50 metres away and accessible through a bush track. Sleep to the sound of lapping waves and wake to the beautiful calls of the many surrounding native birds.

The entrance is by a side gate at the back and to the right of the block.

** Where will I be? **

Cyrus Heights is situated at the southern end of Hyams village on the bush bordering Booderee National Park. It is five minutes stroll to the cafe and 50 metres from the beach.

** Why choose Cyrus Heights? **

Entrance from a side gate into a private courtyard entry point. This villa has everything you need and is set both in a lovely garden and right on the beach.

** How is the property laid out? **

The split level property comprises three bedrooms (one queen room with ensuite, a second queen room and a trio room), a toilet, shared bathroom, internal laundry, and an open plan, light and airy kitchen / dining / sunken lounge. The lounge has direct access to an outdoor entertaining area, lovely garden, and beach access that is right at the door.

Chinamans is located on the prime waterfront strip, in the north-eastern corner of Hyams Beach village. It has serene views of Jervis Bay and along Chinamans Beach – arguably the prettiest view in Hyams! The walk to the beach access point is also only 100 metres, if that.

** Why choose Chinamans? **

Chinamans is a classic beach house and a real surprise package. The house is very well designed, has lovely views from the living area, and due to its H-shaped layout and decent sized back yard, offers plenty of privacy or play space for the kids. You will truly unwind here! The front deck is the perfect location to sit and watch the whales and dolphins! The attention to detail is evident in this beautiful home. The ceiling to floor curtains, high end furniture, and luxury linen all showcase Chinamans to be the delight that it is. A stay here will not disappoint.

** How is the property laid out? **

Chinamans has an H-shaped layout with the open plan living and dining area + the master bedroom (with en-suite) at the front of the house, allwith ocean views. The kitchen is at the centre of the house, but is still open plan to the dining and lounge area. The rear of the house then has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and the second with a double bunk and single bed), a second shared bathroom, separate toilet, and the rear yard area. The back garden has a small lawned area, and gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining, as well as a hot and cold outdoor shower in the private courtyard to wash off the sand.

Only 50 metres from the flags, this well equipped beach house is a must for eithera long hot summer holiday or a winter weekend curled up in front of the wood fire. From the deck, capture life’s treasured moments at play … dolphins surfing the waves, whales breaching far out at sea or spectacular sunset skies topping the escarpment.

Carmelone is located two streets back from the northern end of the famous Seven Mile Beach, only a two minute walk to the beach or five minutes to the Gerroa general store and post office. Gerringong is a seven minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and restaurants.

Carmelone is in a great location for those wishing to be near the family friendly end of Seven Mile Beach. The house is architecturally designed and has great views of the beach.
