The open plan kitchen / dining / living area opens up to a large timber deck, complete with a covered pergola. There is also a European laundry in this section of the house. Finally, there is a spacious second living room, allowing everyone to spread out and find a quiet corner to read or watch tv.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso compatible pod machine. For infants, Queenberry Cottage has a high chair and change mat, but not a portacot. Please bring your own portacot.

There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house – for heating and cooling. The second living area to the front of the house also has an electric fireplace for warmth and atmosphere.

South Wandobah is casual and comfortable, yet at the same time it has been recently refurbished to very high and contemporary standards – true to the photos. South Wandobah is a two level house. It is accessed from Riverleigh Avenue, through a side gate in the fence, and a front door at the rear of the house.

The lower level has a second bathroom with laundry, a smart tv, lounge, table tennis table and Championship Dart Board set up.

This large, architecturally designed coastal retreat is located on Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia – across from the access points for beautiful Orion’s Beach. The house accommodates up to 16 and offers guests a heated swim spa, entertaining kitchen, multiple living spaces, a wood fireplace and air conditioning. The home is a perfect gathering place for family or friends!

** Where will I be? **

Orion’s Lookout is superbly located opposite multiple access points for Orion’s Beach in Vincentia and the Huskisson to Vicentia cycle path. This property is also within walking distance of Vincentia’s shops, cafes and restaurants. Huskisson is a short, 5 minute drive away.

Orion’s Lookout is a unique, architecturally designed property suitable for several families or larger groups to come together to enjoy a coastal getaway. Generous common spaces, plenty of natural light and a good sized back yard and deck will mean that everyone feels at home. ** How is the property laid out? **

Orion’s Lookout is a split level home, with three main levels.

On the ground floor, you enter into a generous atrium containing a staircase that connects all levels of the house. To the left is a double lock up garage that is made available for guest use. To the right, double doors open into a large rumpus room complete with second kithchen, a table tennis table and 3 beds: 1 x king single and 2 x singles. Connected by a hallway are two bedrooms – one queen and one with 2 x king single beds – as well as a shared bathroom for this level of the house.

The second level is divided into two sections, divided by the staircase atrium. To the right, the larger wing contains an open plan kitchen, dining and living area which serves as the hub of the home. Leading off from this area you will find two more bedrooms (one with a King bed and a single bed behind a dividing wall; and the second bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a shared bathroom and European style laundry on this level. At the front of the house to the ocean, and to the rear of the house to the garden – the living, kitchen and bedrooms open to timber decks. The rear deck has a gas BBQ and fenced swim spa area. The rear deck steps down to a lawn area which is fully fenced on all sides.

Still on the second level, to the left of the atrium is a master queen bedroom with a private balcony, ensuite and separate bath tub.

On the third level, after continuing up another flight of stairs, you find the “Orion’s Lookout” level that serves as another bedroom with a double bed.

For coffee lovers, the house is equipped with a Smith + Nobel pod coffee machine that is compatible with Nespresso or Caffitaly capsules.

Cloud Nine is located in Sharwood Place, a quiet cul de sac in Gerringong. It is elevated enough to get lovely ocean views, yet close enough to walk to the beach or the shops and cafes of Gerringong. There is a short cut to beach via a path at the end of Sharwood Place.

** Why choose Cloud Nine? **

Cloud Nine is a great, casual and comfortable beach house – with plenty of room for everyone, great views and a great location. It retains many original features that give it a distinctive, quirky style. The house has however been modernised in key areas to make it an attractive and relaxing beach house – true to the photos.

** How is the property laid out? **

Cloud Nine is a split level home, set up high from the street – with views from a full width deck. It has a rear outdoor patio. As you will see, the lower level, with lock up garaging for two cars is super sized, lifting the house up to catch the views!

In the main living area, you will find an open plan living and dining area, full width deck, shared bathroom (with separate toilet) and the master bedroom. The master bedroom faces the ocean, has its own en-suite and has access to the front deck. This level has lovely freshly polished timber flooring, and carpeting to the bedrooms.

The mezzanine / split level has the kitchen, two extra bedrooms, an internal laundry and access to the rear patio and lawn areas.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso compatible pod machine.  A good amount of pods is supplied by the owner for your stay.

The Green Whaler is located right in the heart of Hyams Beach. The turquoise green cottage is set back from Cyrus Street in a quiet and secluded location alongside three other historic, stylish and immaculate Whaler Cottages. You will be staying right in the heart of Hyams Beach, within an easy two minute walk to either the Middle Beach at Hyams, or the Hyams Beach Cafe.

**Why stay at The Green Whaler?**

The Green Whaler oozes character and charm! Built in 1995, modelled on the original 1920’s whaler’s cottages from the area, this structure is a modern take on classic Australian architecture. **How is The Green Whaler laid out?**

The Green Whaler is a two storied cottage with the living space downstairs and sleeping upstairs.

You will find the dining and living areas, as well as the kitchen positioned at ground level. This downstairs area is made complete with a bathroom and European styled laundry. The lower level has a front deck with outdoor furniture and a rear deck with BBQ and firewood store – ready for Aussie BBQ evenings and relaxing mornings.

The second floor of the Green Whaler has three bedrooms, consisting of two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one with a double bed. A shared bathroom and a full width juliet balcony finishes this wonderfully private level.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso pod machine. A starter amount of pods is provided for your arrival so you are set and ready for a perfect morning start! You will also find ceramic takeaway coffee cups that you are welcome to use for morning beach walks or adventures with a coffee in hand.

The Green Whaler has a front balcony – a lovely serene place to put on your shoes for the day ahead, coffee cup in hand! The property also boasts a back deck at ground level which is equipped with a BBQ and a private space perfect to retreat too in the evenings. On the upstairs level you will find a full width juliet balcony facing towards Jervis Bay. A more compact addition is the small landscaped garden that joins with the gardens of the other three Whaler’s Cottages.

**Staying warm or keeping cool?!**

For heating, the Green Whaler has a wood burning fireplace in the living room, for which a reasonable amount of firewood will be supplied. In addition, there are heaters in the bedrooms and the living room + extra blankets in all bedrooms.

For cooling, the two front upstairs bedrooms, each with ceiling fan, can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. The third room has a large stylish floor fan which provides ample cool air during the warmer months. Each bedroom has a portable electric oil fin heater to ensure guests are warm throughout the Winter months.

**What about sheets, towels and other supplies?**

The Green Whaler is supplied with fresh linen and towels on each guest’s arrival. Please bring your own beach towel however.

**Parking for cars?**

The Green Whaler has one car space on site, beside the Cottage, for guest use. The guest space is ideal for smaller cars only. All other parking must be on Cyrus Street, a public road. There is one visitor space for all four Whaler’s Cottages – this may only be used for short parking intervals.

Nestled in the escarpment between Kangaroo Valley and Berry, Chalet Beaumont is the perfect place to get away and relax. The first thing that you will notice when you arrive is the stunning view. The house complements the picturesque surroundings, with extensive use of lovely timber, vaulted ceilings, large windows that frame the view and eclectic, comfortable furnishings. This property is pet friendly as well so you can bring your pet along to enjoy this beautiful spot.

Please note that Chalet Beaumont has an open pond about 100 metres downhill of the house, and care must be take at all times with young children! Please also note that the downstairs bedroom is accessed from the deck via external stairs. The downstairs bedroom shares a bathroom on the main level, but has its own, fantastic outdoor hot and cold shower!

Chalet Beaumont is located on Tourist Road between Berry and Kangaroo Valley. It is a 15 minute drive to Berry, 15 minute drive to Kangaroo Valley, 20 minute drive to Nowra, and 30 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. The stunning Cambewarra Lookout and Cafe is also only a few minutes drive by car away – well worth to visit to see the spectacular view on a clear day!

Chalet Beaumont is a tranquil and eclectic getaway. The stunning mountain views can be enjoyed from the spacious deck, or from in front of the fireplace during the cooler months. Touches such as the stained glass windows, interesting artworks and unique furniture make this property unlike any other and one that you will feel at home in.

** How is the property laid out? **

The house is set on two levels. It is approached from a parking area on the road / high side of the property, and from the lower level, you have access to large sprawling lawn areas, complete with pond and firepit!

The upstairs or main level of the house has two king bedrooms, a shared bathroom (for use by the second bedroom on this level + the bedroom downstairs), a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living room….all of which connect with a near full width deck with great views. In the hallway, there is also a single bed that is a day bed during the day. You can see that bed in the photos, with the dog sitting on it! It is suitable for a child / teenager. Next to the day bed is a piano which guests are welcome to use.

The 4 poster king bedroom is the one with the en-suite, and please also note that it is divided from the hallway where the day bed is via the use of moveable room screens, not a door. The second king bedroom has doors and curtains for privacy.

External stairs on the deck lead to the lower level of the house lead to a third, very private queen bedroom with covered patio area and direct access to the lawns and gardens. This bedroom shares a bathroom on the main level, but has its own, fantastic outdoor hot and cold shower!

The kitchen is equipped with a La Pavoni ground coffee machine – complete with coffee bean grinder, coffee tamper and milk frother. Please bring your own ground coffee.

Clouddance is a beautiful, architect designed, mountaintop retreat set on 106 acres of gardens, lawns, bush and rainforest. The showpiece of this property is the stunning views over the entire Shoalhaven coast. The interior of the home is spacious, with high ceilings, open plan living areas and plenty of windows for you to enjoy the view. The oversized lounge in front of the fireplace is the perfect spot to relax with a good book, or simply to enjoy the scenery.

Please note that Clouddance is strictly NOT a party house and a maximum of 8 adults are allowed at the property. The 4 single bunks are also only suitable for children. A cash bond of $3,000 is required and will be forfeited if there are any noise disturbance, damage or other problematic issues. QUARRYMAN’S COTTAGE, Kiama – 4pm Check Out Sundays (except Peak season)!

Built in 1893, Quarryman’s Cottage is a beautifully presented original worker’s cottage. Authentic details such as the timber and stone walls connect guests to the rich history of this beautiful home. Modern furnishings and amenities ensure that guests can enjoy the craftsmanship of this historical building in comfort. Located within easy walking distance of the shops and cafes of Kiama’s main street, it is a wonderful base to explore all that this pretty town has to offer. From the front verandah you will enjoy views of the harbour and town.

** Where will I be? **

Quarryman’s Cottage has an outstanding location, only a five minute walk from the main street, Terralong Street, and the Seaside Markets. Kiama Surf Beach and Bombo Beach are both a short drive away. You can walk everywhere from here, so why not park the car and just relax?!

** Why choose Quarryman’s Cottage? **

Being so centrally located, Quarryman’s Cottage allows guests to enjoy all that Kiama has to offer while being able to leave the car at home. The property also has lovely, historic charm and pretty views. The hillside precinct where it is located is pretty and full of other original cottages or beautiful properties.

** How is the property laid out? **

Parking at the front of the house, you take the stairs up to the covered side deck and enter through the side door. This takes you into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. At the front of the house you will find two bedrooms, each with queen beds. At the back of the house is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with clawfoot bathtub and separate shower. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as an additional toilet. At the side of the house is an undercover deck area complete with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the warm weather.

The kitchen is equipped with a pod coffee machine that uses either the K-fee or Caffitaly pods. NB that these pods are larger than Nespresso pods.
