Sweet little cottage with most things you need, its a lovely spot to access Little Hyams beach if you’re wanting a couple of days away relaxing and having a swim. Coffee shop is only a short walk and offers food throughout the day and alcoholic beverages in the afternoon.

Overall review

We had a great stay here! We appreciated how clean and well equipped the kitchen was. Will be recommending to family and friends. We’re definitely planning to come back in the near future :) Please note, foil and paper towels ran out and we didn’t replace. Body towels are all in the bathroom and we used the sand-free towels provided as well :)

Lovely stay

The cottage was easy to access and really nice. Clean condition, lovely old look and feel, from cottage 7 we could see the ocean and sit outside on the balcony.

Such an amazing time

We had such an amazing time staying the three nights in the little cottage. Beautiful scenery and incredible attention to detail within the property. Would happily stay again!

Lovely cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It has everything you need and a few little extras too. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and it's 10 minutes in the car to Booderee Nation Park.

Relaxing Retreat

Cottage 7 is lovely and peaceful with everything needed for a short break. There are basic kitchen supplies and decent toiletries. We also appreciated the extra set of towels. Fantastic location also. Would definitely return.

Perfect holiday property!

We had the most amazing stay in our cottage. The facilities were beautiful and the information provided prior to our arrival was all accurate and helpful. The nespresso machine was a great inclusion as was the option for Netflix on the tv. The balcony was our favourite spot to sit and I loved that we could see the beach as well as the bush. Thank you for a perfect weekend away!

Very nice home and spot

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to hopefully staying again in the future. Nothing needs replacing or changing :)

Amazing - would recommend

This cottage was so cosy and so cute. Good location. Across from the beach and 5-10 mins to closest shops. Short drive from other beaches etc. Would highly recommend for anyone!

Winter Getaway

We had a very relaxing time in the area walking and exploring. It was wonderful to come back to the cottage in the late afternoon/evening to enjoy drinks on the deck and prepare dinner on the BBQ and in the kitchenette. Very peaceful, intimate and private.

Cottage 7 is ideally situated to walk to the beach, the cafe and the National park. It’s very comfortable with thoughtful extras like an umbrella for rainy days, ceiling fans and fireplace.

A PEACEFUL HAVEN

The cottage was immaculately presented and decorated to a very high standard with all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was often used as a place to relax and to keep in the shade. An ideal location for a short beach break.

Beautiful cottage, very clean, comfortable bed, warm fireplace look heater. Shower head is not the best but overall great place to stay

We enjoyed our short stay, we didn’t spend much time in the cottage but it had everything we needed.

Winter getaway.

Great location, spot on. The breakfast at The Cooked Goose was yummy. Shower cubicle is a great size and good rate of water flow, nice and hot. It was nice to have heaters in the cottage that we used as it was cold. Highly recommend.

A lovely cottage, a perfect retreat for a couple

The cottage is very well appointed and has arelaxed feel to it. Away from the road, we could only hear the little creek and the ocean at night.

Just perfect!

Cottage 7 was just perfect, with lovely filtered views of the beach. So private yet only a few minutes walk to the waters edge and also to the general store to grab a coffee and a paper. The cottage is an excellent base to explore the nearby National Park and also the other local villages. The interior of the cottage was beautifully decorated and we loved sitting on the deck enjoying visits from the local birds. We hope we can stay again in the near future. Thank you.

Perfectly positioned cottage, nestled at rear, surrounded by trees and privacy. Sunrise and sea peeks through the trees from cottage verandah, perfect for morning coffee and evening G&Ts. Everything you need within comfy lounge area, kitchenette and breakfast nook for two. Elegant bedroom and bathroom from yesteryear. The extraordinary turquoise water and white white sand of Hyams Beach across the road is to die for. Perfect holiday break in every way. We will be back and often.

Fantastic weekend away. Location is perfect - close to beach and cafe. Kangaroos in the yard adjacent. The cottage is cosy and has everything you need for your stay. Sit on your deck and enjoy the wonderful view. Cannot wait to come back!!

Peaceful and relaxing

A wonderfully peaceful place to stay! We were visited by a grey joey and his mum on our first morning and enjoyed the peaceful sounds of frogs in the creek and birds in the hundred year old magnolia! We will definitely be back!

Amazing couples retreat!

My wife and I loved the cottage! It was clean, well equipped and had everything you need for the perfect couples getaway and more! The decor was amazing!! We felt very spoilt! Hyams itself is also a great place to visit, with an outstanding cafe and beautiful beaches!! Couldn't have asked for any more. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend the Hyams Beach Seaside Cottages and Holidays Collection to our friends and family.

Unique piece of paradise

Upon opening the door we were blown away with the calm & serenity plus cleanliness of this beautiful little cottage, just the right size for a couple & directly opposite the stunning beach & cafe close by. Thank you also to the agents for a great bottle of wine, such a great touch. Loved the coziness of fireplace & we were sad to have to leave. Thank you again

Perfect Getaway!

'Magnolia' Cottage (No.7) was perfect for our week away. The cottage was very comfortable and well laid out. Our view into the trees and the water from the little balcony made for forced relaxation. Visits from King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas added to the ambiance. The cottages are extremely close to the best snorkelling and swimming spots. Dinner at the local cafe was delicious and they also did a carpark grill menu on other nights. We didn't really miss stove top and oven at all! The only down side was our freezer didn't work so we had to shop often.

Loved the cottage!

The cottage was perfect, just like the pictures. So quiet, peaceful and a short stroll from the caf and the beach. The only thing that would prevent me for renting it again is the lack of a stovetop or proper kitchenette, it would be nice to be able to cook so you don't have to leave the cottage in the evenings. Otherwise, can totally recommend it!

Peaceful oasis

This was our second visit to the cottages in one year. Why? Because the cottages are ideally located, in a peaceful, lush setting and so close to the beach. We stayed in Cottage 7 this time which has a better view of the water from the verandah and is quieter than number 1 which is close to the road. Hyams Beach is a divine oasis and the cottages are ideally placed to make the most of Jervis Bay. The cottages are eye-catching from the outside and clean and comfortable inside. The only negative is the lack of Internet connection.

Fantastic stay

These cottages were fantastic, short walk to the beach and cafe. Not far from the shops. Quite and comfy. Just what I wanted and so relaxing. Great place for getting away. Wildlife at your door and so peaceful. Didn't want to leave. All round great place to stay.

Surprised my partner with a romantic weekend away and he loved it. Peaceful and relaxing setting. Enjoyed morning walks along the beach across the road and drinks on our verandah. Loved our stay.

Fantastic stay!

If you want peace and quiet in a fantastic location and you want it combined with a beautiful 'trip in time' this is the place for you! We stayed 2 full days -of which one was raining - and we loved every second of it. The little cottages give you a sense of 'home away from home', it's all spotless and very comfortable, and the beaches are absolutely stunning. This is our second time here and we're planning to go back in 2 weeks :)

We stayed in number 7 Cottage at the Hyams Seaside Cottages Hyams Beach. It was peaceful and tranquil, there was beautiful bird life, the cottage was quaint and just big enough for the two of us. We will definitely be back to stay there again.

Perfect Romantic Location.!

Stunning Hyams beach is close to the cottage, place is ultra clean. Perfect place to unwind to sound of birds and waves. Very relaxing. Must stay.!

We had an incredible weekend away. Beach was walking distance, cafe was walking distance and food got delivered to the door! Sat out on the deck and watched the world go by. Would recommend it to anyone!!

Beautiful

This was the first time i had ever been to hyams beach, amazing and beautiful. The seaside cottages looks gorgeous on the website but were even better in person. So peaceful and romantic the perfect setting to de stress and let lifes hardness disappear. Would recommend it to everyone to go. This was a special time away, i wanted it to be private and romantic and it was. A place to reconnect and no interruptions. 110% for location and accommodation. We loved it and will be back.

very relaxing

Great characteristic place to unwind with the sound of birds and waves in the background. Beautiful walks along Hyams Beach and a cafe within a short walking distance that prepares very good homemade meals. The nearest town for dinner is only 10km away. Wish we could have stayed longer.
