There is also a separate activity area with a lounge and TV near the bunk room, and a European laundry off the entrance.

Seascape is a lovely bush retreat, only minutes walk from Blenheim Beach. This clean, modern and well equipped house offers plenty of room to move or relax in the natural bush settings.

Seascape is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is an easy eightminute walk to Blenheim Beach via the beach track at the back of the house, a ten minute walk to Greenfield Beach and from there only another 15 minute walk to Hyams Beach.

Seascape is set alongside a bush reserve (its north and eastern boundaries), and has easy access along a bush track to Blenheim Beach – giving very safe and easy access to Jervis Bay.

Pollys Escape is ideally located along Elizabeth Drive. Plantation Point and Nelsons Beach are both a short walk away, as is the Plantation Point Boat ramp. It is a 3 minute drive to Bleheim Beach and Greenfield Beach. The local shopping precinct is a short drive, as are the nearby towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach.

** How is the property laid out? **

The main house at Pollys Escape has two levels. Downstairs you will find twobedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk and bunk beds. There is also a European style laundry with a washing machine, bathroom, lounge area and access to the garage. Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, and the open plan kitchen living and dining room that opens onto the large deck.

You will have access to the games room that is attached to the cottage in the backyard.

**Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?**

This property does have Wi-Fi. A username and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

** What about outdoors? **

There are many great outdoor options at Pollys Escape. Relax on the large upstairs deck, or BBQ downstairs. The large, enclosed yard is great for your children or your pets.

The top floor of the main house has reverse cycle ducted aircon. All the windows and doors have flyscreens, so you are able to catch the breeze.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen is NOT supplied at Pollys Escape. Linen is to be supplied by you or it can be arranged with a linen service – for which we provide the contact number. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is plenty of parking at Pollys Escape. You have use of the double garage and you are able to fit up to 3 cars or a boat on the driveway.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Yes, pets are welcome to stay with you! The yard is fully fenced and secure, though we ask you keep an eye on your pet to keep them safe. Please notethe following rules;** **

On The Beach is a stylish, comfortable, and beautifully renovated beach house with fantastic views of Jervis Bay from a large front deck. The main house sleeps six and a spacious, self contained annexe also sleeps 6.

** Where will I be? **

On The Beach is very centrally located in Vincentia, with direct access from the front gate to Collingwood Beach. The local shops are an easy walk from the house – only 500 metres. This strip at Vincentia is north east facing, so all houses have a great sun aspect and some of the best views of Jervis Bay. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are all an easy drive away.

On The Beach preserves a somewhat classic beach house feel. Experience single storey living, lovely settings, good gardens includinga lawned area, beautiful water views plus stylish interiors and decor. You will relax as soon as you step inside!

** How is the property laid out? **

The main house is a single storey design and opens onto a lovely deck with fantastic views of Jervis Bay. There is a large open plan area that takes in the kitchen, dining and a comfy TV lounge. Three bedrooms connect to the living area via a hallway – the master bedroom with water views and a queen bed, a second queen bedroom, and a third kids’ room with bunk beds. All bedrooms share a common bathroom with shower and bath, and there is a separate toilet.

The detached annexe has a very large living area with 2 bunk beds and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a small kitchenette, a shower and toilet, and a connected internal laundry. The configuration of the annexe allows the kids to enjoy the bunk beds and living area, whilst Mum and Dad can have their own space in the separate bedroom.

On the Beach is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the living room – perfect for keeping the main house warm in cooler months, or cool in summer. In addition, the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. The Annexe has a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the bedroom and a moveable oil heater for the room that has the bunk beds.

Kookaburra House is a great family and pet friendly beach house, with a large rear garden and direct access through a waterfront reserve to beautiful Nelson Beach. It sleeps 12 and has good open plan living and deck areas.

** Where will I be? **

Kookaburra House is very well located. It has direct access to Nelson Beach along a pretty bush track that leads away from the rear garden gate, and is an easy walk to Blenheim, Greenfields or even Hyams Beach. The Vincentia shops are also only a short drive from the house.

Kookaburra House has a lovely back garden, perfect for the kids or if you bring along the family pet. It is also spacious, comfortable and well appointed – a quintessential family beach house.

Kookaburra House is equipped with a ceiling fan in the living area and various electric heaters around the house. If the house it opened up in summer, it catches any available breeze.
